Great staff, very small room , didn’t have breakfast as no hot food
Hot room with ineffective Aircon meant a very bad sleep.
Friendly helpful staff, clean well laid out room. Great location.
Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff who attended to all our needs.
Room was basic but comfortable. You can hear trams early in the morning. Hotel door lets in light and very noisy to shut. Not good sound proofing as could hear corridor noise. Bathroom door shuts in it's own which we didn't like. No wardrobe space, 3 hangers each on open rail. No USB chargers but electric plugs beside the bed. Bathroom was small but adequate. TV needed updating and was glitchy, only had a few channels and you couldn't stream to it. No windows to open, A/C was outdated and difficult to use even with instructions pamphlet. Reception and bar area very pleasant and location was excellent for city centre.
Helpful and pleasant staff. Would be nice to have a proper cup in the room rather than a disposal one. Great shower
A very good stay, Staff are always helpful and friendly especially Ausra and Melissa .
Great location, very clean and friendly staff
The hotel has assigned a huge room 7.01 for this stay. The room has significant memories for me
We really enjoyed our stay and found it very well priced. We joined the loyalty programme, which gave us an extra discount, and we’ll definitely book here again as we often stay in Manchester. The only downside was check-in. The receptionist was friendly at first, but after questioning our lower rate, they seemed less welcoming and rushed us. Aside from this, it was a great stay.
Easy check in, could enter the room b4 1400 official time, every day cleaning, No noise at night, despite size, nice staff.
Good facilities great view close to the train station and the city attractions.
Reception staff very friendly, rooms very clean and pleasant. Cocktail Bar a disappointment. Too expensive, wine bar would be nicer. TV Reception not good and duvet could be warmer.
A wonderful stay! The staff are all soooo helpful and obliging. The room was warm and and comfy. Breakfast was very good value and nicely arranged. Can't give motel 1 high enough praise.
Good value for money
Absolutely perfection !!!
Clean tidy hotel well located
I’ve give a 10 because I love this hotel and the breakfast. The beds are comfy too. TV signal is not great though.
Only stayed for one night so didn’t get to try any of the meal options. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again.
The overall experience is easy and efficient and good value
Always a great stay at Motel One
We did not request an accessible room and would have much preferred a standard room. Did not like the wet room bathroom.
Great value for money! Very clean and everything you need is in the room! Coffee/ /tea - shower gel etc etc! 5 minutes to Piccadilly station and staff very good! Would defo stay again
They failed to clean my room on the second day of my stay. There was no proactivity on the part of the reception staff - other than offering me towels. Other than that, a perfectly fine hotel in an excellent location.
The bed was very comfortable I didn't want to get up
Lovely central hotel imaculate and lovely staff
Super clean hotel and nice design especially in the reception area. The staff were helpful. The rooms were nice and cosy and the bed was comfy, the facilities were good but having a minifridge could be an option.
Really clean and homey hotel with good location! Friendly staff and good breakfast!
Great location above the station, very quiet rooms and a comfy bar area.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying; it made me want to linger. The reasonable price of the accommodation was also a plus. I would like to stay at this hotel again.
An excellent stay- only (small) downside was that I asked for a room high up with a view and got a high up room with no view apart from an office directly opposite so could not even open curtains. I appreciated everything else and staff, bed quality, cleanliness, quality, excellent as always. Have recommended you to many people, even on the train home!
It was exactly what we needed I was staying in Manchester whilst meeting a friend we had a room each. The room and the building was really clean. Tbr toilets in thr lobby not so. Paper bins overflowing and papers scattered over tbr floor. The following day when I used the same toilet it was very clean. It would have been useful to have been told when we checked in the breakfast was included in the price I had missed this so how. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.
Great hotel just next to Piccadilly station. The room was great.
Nice and clean and very friendly Customer Services
Very convenient with everything that I needed for a nights stay. I would have rated higher, however the sound proofing from noises outside lacked. I could hear the tram's horns late into the night, which were rather disturbing. It is in a busy location, so outside noise into the evening is unavoidable but I was surprised at the level of noise in the room. Other than that, thought the hotel was great and had everything I could have possibly needed.
Very good location. Really enjoyed our stay as the facilities were good and the hotel very clean. Relaxing ambience in the reception and bar area which made it very welcoming.
Would like to see a English breakfast being put on morning menu .
good but there is always room for improvement .
Love the consistency of the brand in UK and Europe. Great to check in earlier than 3pm and choose our floor. The bottled water is important for me too. It would be better to have more than one paper cup per person for hot and cold drinks though. Public area was really stylish and great lighting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I always check for MotelOne wherever we travel. Need one in Liverpool please!
Lobby looks good, room is basic. No view, no phone to call reception, had to carry up iron from downstairs. Wasn't able to get any mobile data reception from my room
Fantastic position and really fantastic staff , clean and great service . The most is that you can reserve and cancell before 6 p.m .
Lovely entrance, friendly staff on reception, great decor, comfy room.
I stay at the same Motel One in Manchester quite frequently and used to get a room upgrade because I'm a member. The last three times, I have not been, and this is disappointing. I've also had to ask for the bottle of water.
I always find Motel One excellent value for money for the rooms and service received
Good but should improve in some basic things like drinking water in the room, glass cup for wind or tea, and also I think breakfast should be added to our benefits
Very nice hotel. Everywhere was spotless. Good hotel bar. Don't do food but encourage guests to have takeaway food delivered and eat in bar area even providing plates /cutlery Great price/location
Everything is great about hotel with the exception of the breakfast . Hot options would be most welcome . Coffee could be improved , the generic machines are not very good and i bring my own coffee bags
Very comfy bed
Reception was too busy when checked in and out so didn’t have the ability to complain about the room. But the room smelt heavily of smoke. Room 413. The longer you spent in there the more you noticed it. Thanks
We have stayed in a few Motel One's but with this stay the room was very dated and needed a refresh, it was also quite small, the bathroom door didnt shut. Reception area was nice.
