I enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I wish that there was a cooked breakfast option.
Everything according to expectations. Quick check in, nice and clean room. Even got my room cleaned, when not asked for it as only stayed for two nights. And always friendly staff!

Super great Reception staff. Emily, Tiana, Jack, Bergan, Hailey, Fernado, Maria, Keith, (days) and Andy, Joe and Maurice provided excellent customer service skills and professional attitudes while being constantly being kind, considerate and friendly. I would recommend this hotel
It was ok for a couple of nights but not very comfortable as the room was super small and there was no closet, just a few hangers and a metal bar. The signal for the TV was really bad - we notified reception and asked for it to be fixed but it never was.

Stayed for one night for wythenshaw park day festival. Really good location for tram and train. And feels like one of the last affordable places with a reasonable checkout time - midday!

Very impressed with this hotel. First time using it and the staff on reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were bigger than expected and perfect for our one night stay. The bar area was very modern and slick.
Wonderful Hotel. Simple but with every amenity you would need for a short stay. Excellent location and great for local landmarks and transport connections. Would certainly recommend and will hopefully have the opportunity to visit again.

It was fine overall. The room was inexpensive, with clean bedding and a reasonably comfortable mattress. That said, the space felt a little tired and could have been cleaner – there were marks in the basin that suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the bathroom had a slight sewage smell. The air conditioning was very welcome on a hot night but unfortunately so noisy that it disturbed our sleep. We only stayed for one night while visiting Manchester for a funeral, so it was acceptable for our needs, particularly as it was very central – close to Piccadilly station and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. However, I’m not sure we would choose it again for a longer stay.
This was a wonderful stay. The staff were great, I had a wonderful breakfast each morning. The room although compact it had all I needed along with a large bed and fresh nice linen. I would of given it a score of 10 but I used a wet wipe to remove some food I'd dropped and I noticed the carpet was dirty. So not nice to walk on bare foot! There were a few spots of dried food on the desk too. The shower sink and toilet were spotless. The location was great just a five minute walk to shops and buses. I found the hotel easy to find from Picadilly station despite the Tram works.
I ve been there a few times and it always confirm my opinion! Perfect stay in central Manchester!

Very clean, and comfortable. Great air conditioning, crisp bedding, spacious shower and excellent mattress.
Tiana and Emily (days), and Andy (nights) on reception provided excellent customer service, were very helpful and friendly. Extremely good staff and I would very much recommend this Motel One.

The hotel is lovely however my tv and remote did not work (floor 12 room 17) .can’t fault anything else though
Breakfast could have been better. No complimentary water for Motel One members. The bathroom stinks so bad that in the morning I had an urge to vomit… Do not recommend it for pregnant women. (I am not pregnant). Also not possible to open windows. Would not stay at this place anymore.

super convenient location and super friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. BUT! the bed was uncomfortable (at least for me!), especially the pillows.

Name Mark Daniels stayed on 9th till 10th august, stayed in room 5-44, shocking stay, tbis didn’t work properly, did ask about fixing issues snd didn’t hear back, asked for more towels didn’t any, fire alarm went off twice no reassurance, im also a hotel manager myself and if any of my guests had a stay like that I would personally hand my notice in, Would like a full refund on £72. markdaniels97@hotmail.co.uk is my contact
Great hotel
I have stayed in many Motel One properties I have also stayed at Cloud One in NYC I have always been very happy with my Motel One Experience this time it was just OK. I was disappointed there was not a safe in the room
The staff were professional, the rooms were kept very clean. The only downside was,I had asked for an extra duvet when booking since it wasn't a twin bed and I was sharing with my teen but it wasn't given, desperate asking twice at reception.
Wonderful location! Room is just a little on the small side, although not too bad. Bed had one of those integrated sheets/comforters together, which was a minus for me as it was also a little short, which meant that my legs were a little too warm and my torso was a little too cold - I'm tall.
Very friendly and lovely staff. Can always give 10/10 to the rezeption. Strategic location. The night was loud from the traffic, car alarms and construction. Water boiler was very dirty and something is floating inside the kettle.
Superb value for money. A really lovely, high end look hotel for a budget price. Well located near Picadilly station but really quiet at night. Slept like a baby on a really comfy bed. Very impressed with all aspects. Just a small point ,but of no concern to me personally , is that there is not a cooked breakfast option which i know some folk would probably prefer. Although for the price i dont think realistically you could expect that. Staff were superb. I arrived at 11am just to drop my case with no expectation of checking in. In fact i didnt even ask. They checked me in and i had my room staight away. Fabulous service! Would highly recommend this hotel.
