It was great, see you soon again. Thank You
I had another wonderful stay during my business trip. The location is perfect. Close enough to reach Munich city center easily, yet tucked away near the peaceful Isar. A big thank you to Vesna and Maya! They always make me feel right at home, especially during breakfast. Their warm and friendly service really makes the mornings enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.
Check-in staff was very helpful and kind. Restaurant/bar staff less so. We had housekeeping one time in 4 nights and they didn't not remove dirty dishes. The room needs drawers, closet, fridge, or coffee maker.
I requested high floor with view room, it was arranged. Everything was very good thank you.
I wasn’t very impressed with this Motel One. The room was small and the breakfast was basic and very busy
War alles ok
I always stay at Motel One Deutsches Museum - location is great near the Isar. Usually the price is competitive - except around Oktoberfest. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good - I would recommend that the hard boiled eggs are properly hard boiled - they are too soft for my liking.
No cool air conditioning in the room. We were told the air conditioning was set only to heat. We had to get a portable fan / air conditioner from reception from staff member that was rude and made us wait for a long time. Portable evaporative cooler air conditioner was not efficient enough to cool room. Small rooms with very little storage for our personal items. We asked for a quiet room and were put on a very busy 4th floor. We could clearly hear people in the corridor and doors being closed.
Location good, staff polite. Breakfast really poor, there should be diverse choices.
Alles top
Clean and comfortable room. Warm welcome
I love Motel 1 and, should I happen to travel to a city where there's no Motel 1, I am actually quite upset. For me there's just no competition out there. I'm impressed by the tasteful design in the communal areas as well as in the rooms, the friendly staff, but mostly, the immaculate rooms. I'm very particular that way, an could NEVER find fault in any of the rooms I occupied. I love you for that!
The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The room would be much improved by having a kettle with tea and coffee in it. I also think that a rubbish bin in the bedroom would be a useful addition. And a few more coat hangers.
It would be better if the site had the option to choose Russian language for easier and deeper understanding of the description.
Facility , locatipn, price/efficienct rate is really good. Only the problem was I have been invited 2 times in the morning to reception for payment issues because even I paid cash at the check in stage, it was not well noted or recorded..Then even at the first invitation , I confirmed my payment, it repeated second time to invite me to reception which was really disturby!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general was in a good condition. Only the room size and equipment are downsides as the room was extremely small and did not even have a coffee maker. Cleanliness was overall ok, but the room was very dusty.
The hotel was in a good location with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were modern and nicely set up with everything I needed. From check in to check out, it was a wonderful experience.
Nice hotel, friendly stuff and great views from the room! Great value - price balance & location
Super!
Perfect! Nice room nice people! Well done
Very good position and good breakfast, room too small for 3 people, you need to be family friendly in future! Personal very good and polite
Nice hotel, however very small rooms, made it difficult to walk around, the bed was clean but the bed head had hair on it.
Super
War ok!
It was the second time we had stayed at Motel One Deutsches Museum, It was as excellent as the first time. There are many reasons that we like staying at Motel One. One of the main reasons is that we always feel welcome. Also the strong teamwork us always evident. The following people deserve a special mention: Robert, Julia, Michael, Marian, Vesna, and Elena. All provided constant and excellent service every day.
I recently had a fantastic stay at MotelOne Deutsches Museum during my business trip, once again. The room was impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access my meetings. Additionally, the breakfast and high-speed Wi-Fi were perfect for starting the day and staying connected. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone traveling on business.
I really like this hotel, it’s modern, cozy, quiet, room is always clean. And the view is nice especially in the upper floors. What I miss though is a small fridge and a kettle for making tea. Breakfast could be a bit more varied and more (packaged) gluten free food.
The stay was just OK. The carpet felt like a bunch of "smell good" starch had been spread all over, and your feet felt gross after walking barefoot on the carpet. Additionally, the bedding and pillows smelled like someone had eaten Burger King in the bed and then sweated it all out all night. It was hard to ignore the smell. The Whiskey Sour did not equal 11.50 EUR—nothing warm at the 18 EUR per person breakfast and way too many people.
Alles top.
Location was very good. Not so good the smoking area: I'm a smoker but all in all it was a bit dirty, including the cushions on the couches outside. Not very welcoming a front desk where people had a broken German and a broken English. Strange that it was difficult to talk to the cleaning person too (I just wanted to say that I needed only a few minutes in the room but I'd left straight away).
Clean, functional, easy check in and good location. Wish I’d had a kettle in my room!
The staff responsiveness was outstanding. We received a very quiet room, as per our request and the front desk receptionists went out of their way to help with every request.
Alles prima!
Great hotel just across the river and within walking distance of centre. Rooms compact and stylish. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
everything was great, except the check was a bit slow as there was a crowd of people and only two receptionists
Overall very good and balanced value for money. Friendly staff, good beds, comfy room, great breakfast, private parking. 2 things that make it stuck at an 8 instead of higher: - while breakfast was free for our 6yo daughter, they initially charged her anyway. This was corrected without a problem subsequently. - beOne members would get a free water bottle in the room. However, there was no bottle present in the room. We didn’t follow up on this ourselves. It would have surely been corrected then. These however are just minor things. We would definitely and happily come back any time
The hotel is nice, just the tissues were missing and the cleaning lady was knocking the door and tried to open it at around 10 amwhile we were still asleep and it was the morning before the checkout 12:00
Very good service, room tidy and efficient. Request for top floor with view was realized
The booking process using your reservation team for our group was incredibly unprofessional. how can it be that there is no flexibility and rooms are way more expensive than booking separately? next time we will look for alternative options.
The staff was very nice, the location is very green and very walkable and reachable by public transport. The surfaces were clean and the bed comfy. Unfortunately, the TV was off center and it was not possible to move / tilt it as the angle was fixed. The bathroom could be improved. It was only possible to close the door, not lock it. The shampoo/body wash was not mounted to the wall and was using the limited space for toiletries in the shower. The toilet had limescale stains. But the real downside was the shower: it was very difficult to reach a comfortably temperature (quite hot for a long time and then too cold) and the water pressure is too low for somebody trying to wash his full head of hair. For two nights it was okay though. I knew this location wasn't the most modern one so knew what to expect, I liked the location close to the Isar and Haidhausen and the price was good, so all in all a good experience .
Clean and great location. Would be great if the hard boiled eggs were proper hard boiled. Love the coconut yogurt.
Most Motel One's have been reliably consistent in delivery standards and generally always been a good stay, this one included. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, having space to work as well as sleep. The gentleman on reception (cannot remember his name) was super friendly and really helpful, he made time to speak to me about a few things I asked which was great thank you, an asset to your front of house team.
Great as always. Only remark is that on arrival 8pm there were seven guests waiting to check in and only one staff member at the front desk. That’s not how I want to spend 25 min.
Good hotell, with great little garden. Friendly staff! View on one side is spectacular, but the other side is directly in to peoples Homes… Good, but crowded, breakfast.
Clean rooms in good state. Easy Check-in and Check-out
Efficient overnight stay in the city. The breakfast buffet could really be improved by providing traditional scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage etc.
Perfect location, breakfast, enough room and very friendly/helpfull staff...
The room had a funny smell in the bathroom. the shower equipment was old. the bar was packed.
It was good. Even if the breakfast did not have scrambled eggs, bacon etc. it was really good. (scrambled eggs etc is nice but you are eating too much). The room was rather small. It was hard to have two/three luggage open and move around at the same time. It was proper and clean but the "sink" in the shower had some problem because the water took long time. The people working there were all nice. It was a quiet area, like that when you sleep.
Digital check in makes the whole process so easy. Very welcoming staff upon arrival. Hotel has great facilities.
