It was satisfactory, but not great. We did not know the room would not have a small coffee pot or fridge in the room. The room was very small & we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice & efficient.
Staff was friendly and helpful
on the 13th floor, south side, there is noise coming every 10 minutes. the sound might be from pumps. Not sure, but it can be irritating. at the reception, the staff is very friendly, and helpful ( I really like them). though, there is one person, who I feel has strange attitude. I observed this over 6 weeks, I stayed with you. (Not to mentioned previous summer holidays) !! sorry, but I have to say it for better future.
No warm water in the shower During the check in I was asked if I had paid already, this is something motel one should know without asking.
The shower switch was not swift. The holder for the plate on the shower pole was not sturdy.

It would be perfect if room has electric kettle. Please provide basic tea bag and instant coffee and electric kettle for guests convenience.

I have been to Motel One for various occasions and was most of the time happy with the experience. This time I arrived late with my family. The room we had on the 7th floor was close to the technical facilities and not usable. The sound from the tubes and vents was that loud that sleep was not possible. This room can not be used.
It's was our 2nd stay at a Motel one. First time was in Vienna. Also now everything was as expected. Very friendly and helpful reseptionist Valentino!!! But renting 2 bikes for 3 hours for 15 euro each was extremely expensive as the bikes were not in good condition. The tires were old, trimed and flat when we took the bikes from the hotel.
Hotel was very clean and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was delicious.
We had a great overall experience with Motel One!

A wonderful complex in a convenient location. Large underground parking with reasonable prices. What we liked most was that the hotel claims to be pet-friendly and actually is (we visited Munich with our big chocolate Labrador Teddy and had no problems whatsoever).

Courteous staff and prompt check-in, check-out, and cancellation; impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed and good-quality linens; bathroom with adequate water pressure and heating; efficient and quiet air conditioning. Breakfast, included in the daily rate, was excellent. Overall, the cost/benefit is very good.
We paid bill online, the my mother paid again in person and team did not realise bill was paid 2x. Took a while to sort out. Could not open window. Awful. Hair dryer not working and was not repaired after explaining. Poor experience
Dear Motel One Campus Team, As always, I truly enjoy staying at Motel One Campus — it’s a place I return to with pleasure. However, I would like to share a few suggestions that could help make the experience even more exceptional. My room number during this stay was 1056. Cosmetic Mirror in the Bathroom: The cosmetic mirror is placed so low that it’s not possible to use it comfortably while standing. Since the bathroom is quite compact, placing a chair inside isn’t really an option — making it difficult to get ready in a relaxed and practical way. Do Not Disturb Sign: It would be helpful to have a classic "Do Not Disturb" sign. While there is a door hanger saying "No Room Service Today," it doesn’t reflect situations where a guest might want to be left undisturbed for a few hours — but still wishes to receive room service later in the day. Workspace in the Lobby Area: It would be great to have one or two additional tables that are better suited for working or brainstorming with guests. There are many lounge chairs, which are comfortable, but not ideal for productive conversations or business meetings. All in all, Motel One Campus remains a wonderful hotel — and with these small changes, it could become even better.
Front desk was magnificent! I was tired from my flight and was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready in the morning. I received a coupon for a 1L bottle of water which was much needed! Breakfast is always delicious and the variety fantastic! Clean rooms and plenty of hot water. Only problems was TV didn’t work but personnel came within 10 minutes and found that a cable was loose. AC could be a tad cooler.

All in all it was a nice stay, however the room service never cleaned our room in the 3 days we we‘re there. It said that room service would only clean till 2pm. On one day we were out pretty early and back in the late afternoon and our room was never cleaned (trash not emptied, no new towels).

Everything was to our satisfaction. Rooms were clean and functional.
As always the same food standard and clear what to expect. However the price of 250 euro for a night is not adequate.
Please stop making the TVs in the rooms turn on automatically, when you insert the Hotel Card. I find this to be highly annoying. I hate TVs. I hate having to turn them off every time I come back to the hotel room.

The hotel room was excellent as always. Your restaurant, however, needs improvement. Your floor manager would not let us sit down and have a drink on Friday night at 18h. He told us that we needed to go to the bar instead. We have stayed at this hotel many times before, and had a single drink or two on this beautiful patio many times.
This is the bestest Motel One and I have stayed in Frankfurt, Vienna and other Motel One’s in Munchen. Two thumbs up. I look forward to booking again soon. Thank you for being the best!
Small room, but nice location
I stayed at Motel One for a week during a business trip and was very satisfied. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essentials like air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. Daily housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient; close to a train station with easy access to the city center and the area felt safe and quiet. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it.

Bad: - TV turning in every time power was available was VERY annoying, especially since the aquarium video looped so fast. - Door rattled every so often (probably when a specific other door was opened or closed?) - had to shim the door to stop it - Hairs of previous customers stuck in the headrest material (not really the fault of cleaning - I guess that sort of material just kinda grabs onto hair) - Confusion about which elevator to use. Had a stamp on my card envelope that told me to use another elevator, but the one BEFORE the bar was correct. (A colleague who checked in later hat the reverse experience - no stamp, but he needed to take the other one). Maybe some sort of signage at the elevators like “[ ]00 - [ ]49 that way” Meh (= don’t really care but why not give some feedback) - Don’t know if that’s a thing or just a coincidence, my previous hotel experiences all had fridge on the room, which is really nice for storing rations for long trips and such - Cool “turn all lights off” switch was only on the right side of the bed - Showerhead was leaky - Paper cup over the toilet confused me, if it were for rinsing after brushing teeth I’d prefer it to be next to the sink (I know it doesn’t make a really difference from a hygiene standpoint, but I guess psychologically - I immediately thought ‘must be some kind of toilet cup?’) - price of the breakfast was a bit much Good: - Overall quiet - Simple WiFi setup (no weird X-hour-passes or paid options was refreshing!) - liked the simplicity of the room - Soap was really nice - Everything felt clean - Staff was friendly, especially the person in the morning that proactively told me about the fast checkout and immediately took note of a broken toilet issue, I was still sleepy and wasn’t sure how to describe the issue, her response felt very professional and gave me a good feeling of “everything’s taken care of” - Curtains do block light as needed - Desk with easily visible socket right next to it - didn’t have breakfast, but reading that there are vegan options was nice! Maybe you could go into it more, I personally associate hotel breakfast with all kinds of bacon/egg stuff that’s “fancy but not for me”

Room was small. There was no water in the room, was given some card to show it in the bar to get water bottle. A complimentary bottle in the room would be preferable. Asked for an iron box, way told to do it in a staff room, getting the clothes down and ironing was weird.

The bus stop Spixstraße offers a convenient connection to the Ostbahnhof train station, from which you can directly travel to the airport. For a relaxing day out with your family, head to Hellabrun Zoo or the Isar riverbanks (“Isarauen”), a popular location for bathing, jogging and barbecues on sunny days.
