Overall good experience. Price could be a little more competitive and the parking cheaper. It was my third times there so no surprise with the room.
Motel One-typical hotel with very friendly staff. It’s close by the metro whim gets you in just a few minutes to the city centre. Recommendable with the usual issues (no space for your items in the bathroom, not enough space for clothes).
Impressed with hotel on arrival, nice outdoor seating area at front of hotel. Metro few mins walk direct access to airport and city in 10 mins. Reception staff friendly, I had already checked in on the b one app therefore just had to collect my room keycard and complimentary water. I requested a high room with view which I got. Room spotless and plenty of light, bathroom fab. No tea/coffee maker which is a shame. Iron and ironing board provided. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment but lovely bar area for coffee/drink. I would return if I visit Amsterdam again which I hope I will.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is - although not being in the center - awesome since you are directly connected with the M52 to it.

I was able to get in extremely early and got an upgrade for free. All staff was extremely attentive and friendly. That's the Motel One standard I know.
Everything was excellent, only the parking cost Is not the cheapest.
Had a lovely stay, very easy check in process, friendly staff, super clean room, very affordable. My only suggestion that would have made it perfect would be shampoo/conditioner for the showers

Comfortable and pristine, very clean room made my stay at Motel One Amsterdam very enjoyable. Aida on Reception was very professional and helpful. With regard to the room I was disappointed to see there were no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good but I think there needs to be more variety of food. To have the same breakfast offering 4 days in a row can be boring. Additionally there was no hot food (like scrambled eggs, bacon for example) that many hotels offer as well as cold food. The breakfast price is quite high. Location of the hotel was good and staff very professional.

The rooms are always extremely clean, great interior and friendly service. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom but nothing perfume can't fix. I wished there was a mini fridge, but overall great price-quality ratio

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hotel. Extremely clean and tidy throughout. Staff were very nice and helpful. If I was to suggest a few changes to give a better guest experience, they would be:- More TV channels for English visitors, less soft reception furniture for the older visitors, far too low, and bench tables for eating at like the one at the back of the room.

Stayed in room 2,403 for 4 nights. There are a couple of issues about this room: Too many mosquitoes. After initial removal they keep coming back (suspect daily house keeping leaving the door open when they are servicing the room) Lack of furniture. The room doesn’t have a desk, tiny table, chair.
Really nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for the RAI, with shops, restaurants and transport links close by.
I stayed for 1 night at a cost of around 230 euro. Can't believe that for that price there is no coffee/tea facilities in the room - no water - no iron nor phone to call reception? Better off in a budget hotel !
Due to a system problem, it took us until 7 pm to check-in. Parking is very expensive and the breakfast area is very narrow and cramped. The staff are very well-intentioned and helpful in resolving issues. Except for the problems, we were generally pleased with our stay.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel..the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, it's easy to get into the city centre by train or tram. The bar prices were good and the cocktails were delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean..The rooms are quite small and it would be nice if there were a safe and a kettle. Overall I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
All went well and smoothly except a hick up with the checkin but as we prepaid we eventually got the entry card without further delay

A great stay at Motel One Amsterdam! We didnt know the brand but we'll sure be coming back in one of your hotels around the world (we were so happy with the place that we already booked a stay at Motel One Rotterdam for this summer! :)) Minor downsides: the breakfast wasn't dog friendly so unfortunately so we couldn't enjoy the buffet + we would have enjoyed having a bedside table in our room - Other than these very minor inconveniences, everything was perfect! Thanks for having us!
I had a perfect stay! The hotel is well located, the room was clean and confortable and staff top friendly. My special compliments to Felix at the reception. He was friendly and very helpful. I will sure come back and recommend the hotel.
2nd time staying in two months will be back very soon lovely quiet clean hotel very near to station tram and metro ..my new go to now every time I visit which is around 5 times a year see you again very soon
