It was a perfect stay, very central to everything that you need. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, it made our stay wonderful.
Great value for the price. Front desk people were great (Philip is a machine!) and the location was very convenient.
Rooms are clean, location is great. But our bed was too hard and also I found the breakfast too basic.
There's not enough Telephone connection and Internet connections on the side of middle rooms ( Man has to get outside of the room or stand near the window in order to get proper telephone connections ).
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I opted to have my room cleaned every day and maintain it was the right decision due to the weird insects I found crawling around on the floor, especially silverfish. Also, the bathroom ventilation was so poor that my toiletry bag was soaked when I packed my bags.
Good facilities, friendly helpful staff, clean, great breakfast, lovely hotel.

Motel One hotels are a safe option anywhere in the world. Always Clean, always stylish. Breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety though.
Location is amazing, front desk seemed understaffed the whole time, team was amazing but had to be rushing constantly, housekeeping was excellent, the rooftop bar was a bit disappointing snacks were all packaged, but the gin selection was amazing (a bit overpriced on my opinion)
This was an absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I went to this hotel for our honeymoon. They gave us a free upgraded room to give us a gorgeous experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I’m impressed with the amenities.
Excellent value for money. Very basic room (I wish there was a minibar), but has everything needed and the location is absolutely perfect. Excellent check in and check out process - seamless and almost wait free. Thank you!
From booking through to checkout, a very easy and happy experience. The hotel is excellent, particularly the 2nd floor. And the rooms are ideal. The location. Is perfect for exploring Berlin.
Great location, nice and clean facilities, and most importantly incredible service by staff! Would highly recomend to anyone visiting Berlin.
There are no questions about the equipment, everything is new and ergonomic. The staff in general is friendly, but please add one more receptionist on the night shift because in the evening and at night you have one person who has a huge queue and when I asked for an iron to iron my shirt for morning meetings at work he told me to wait for the queue to pass I waited an hour but the queue didn't pass and eventually at 12am I went to bed without ironing my shirt. Early in the morning I came and asked for an iron again and they finally gave it to me because there was no line. Honestly I didn't quite understand why they didn't give it to me in the evening as it took exactly 10 seconds, well still I would recommend adding another receptionist on the night shift. Also surprised at how poor the breakfast is for the money. Such a breakfast costs at most 10 €, I don't think I will order it from you again. But I liked the coffee you have, it's delicious and a good variety I buy it at home. Overall the experience is rather good apart from the iron problem and the unreasonable price for breakfast. It would also be fair to warn in advance that you have renovation work going on, as it was a surprise. Also it would be good to make your price cheaper through the app, as it is exactly the same as through Booking (I have the maximum discount there). So if I decide to stay with you next time there is no point in using your app. Overall the impression is rather good except for the above mentioned points, thank you for your work.
The prize is too high compared to service and confort, and at list breakfast should be included. I payed separately for breakfast but also in this case there is little assortiment of food. Finally rooms are too small.
As always - product and service is consistent. That is super important to the business traveler. Two turn offs 1) the court yard was littered with full ash trays and it just looked un-kept. 2) roof top staff was snobbish. I understand that you have a lot of off-property folks coming to enjoy the view and have a cocktail but hotel guests should be given unfettered access. It was a turn-off.

The shower had issues: the water temperature wasn't constant, always switching between hot and cold. Room 417
I had a very pleasant experience at Motel One Berlin it was truly an amazing stay! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by someone named Philip (I’m not 100% sure of his name), but he stood out for being especially kind and helpful. I had requested an early check-in, and not only did he offer to keep my luggage, but he also let me into my room as soon as it was ready which I really appreciated after a long trip. I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel’s bar. Even though I didn’t get a chance to grab a drink, I stopped by to take a few pictures and it looked super cozy and stylish. Overall, great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a lovely vibe. I would definitely stay here again!
Overall, the property is decent, and the staff are very polite and helpful. My room, 8112, was great – I always prefer rooms with more windows. However, I gave it a low rating because it's missing some basic amenities like a kettle and tea bags, which even small hotels usually provide. You could consider offering these for corporate customers at least. I've stayed at Premier Inn before, and they offer these essentials at the same price or even lower than Motel One. That's not to say I don't like Motel One, but I do think you can improve in this area.

perfectly adequate room, everything you need and nothing you don't no more-no less. public rooms nicely decorated - perhaps make the public areas less ostentatious you could reduce the prices a bit.
I love motel one, but the pricing policy is unpleasant.
The view from my room on the 18th floor scared the bricks out of me 😅 stunning view! The door can be opened completely, thus leaving you 1-on-1 with ~50 m fall separated by a glass wall 1 m height. Entertainment for the people with balls of steel 😆 exactly what I asked and paid extra for 😃 Yet, it wasn't enough to impress the girl I invited so that she would lay down with me right there in the room on the bed 🤷🏻♂️ I guess my plan failed, because of that damn AC in the lobby right above the entrance to the hotel. When we just came in from the street in the evening, the AC flushed such a cool air flow on us, that everything got frozen in a moment : my balls, her desire for a passionate night... The staff is friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was poor though 😕 no sausages , scrambled eggs, just ingredients for sandwiches, some pastries and muesli.

Everything was ok except that although it was mentioned there was air conditioner; it was not true. İt was just a “freezing cold or turn off and get a normal cold” situation
Overall, I like your chain. Unfortunately, this time I forgot my toothpaste and discovered it quite late. It would be great to have a small tube in the room or the possibility to buy it in the lobby. Also, sometimes I miss a kettle. However, as I said, these are just small things, and I like staying in your hotels. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean and modern and in a great location. The breakfast was good (although more cooked options would be nice) and the staff were friendly. Our room was a bit small, but had a good view.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was so unbelievably comfortable I wish I could take it home. Breakfast was fine but could use a bit of a bigger selection and better coffee. Overall, I’d recommend it (and already did:)).
The rooms are relatively small but comfortable. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is ideally situated only a few metres from the Alexanderplatz S-bahn & U-bahn stations.
I find the room quite comfortable with great view and central location. However, there‘s something going on in 17th floor which always woke me up in the middle of the night. Like the sound of water running through pipes and it was really loud. It happened every night during my whole week of stay here.
Everything went well except that the pillows were unusually uncomfortable and I was not able to feel my neck in the morning. I like Your simple breakfast. More fresh fruits and fresh omlet would sound perfect.
Very nice room, only wooden floor could be better instead of carpet. Lounge and bars were also nice. When we were leaving and wanted to leave our luggage in safe the lady in reception asked us to leave them just there. We came to pick up them without any receat but luckily two very nice ladies helped us to find them.
A very nice option if you don't plan to spend the whole day in the hotel room. The room was quite small but had a very efficient layout and surprisingly enough storage. Everything was very clean. Had everything for a good sleep: nice firm mattress, blackout curtains (not 100% blackout but did the job just fine), AC easy to operate and worked as expected. I wouldn't mind having a mini fridge somewhere, but I knew about this beforehand so won't complain.

I paid more for the room with the view and when I checked-in at the hotel and entered my room there was no view. My room was looking to garbage cans and side street not the view that was promoted and it was definitely not the view I paid for. I was at the 4th floor and from what I had seen, you should only charge extra for view above a certain floor, at least 8th or more. Below is not worth it. I felt like I had been taken advantage of.
Nice stay in a clean and modern hotel and room 😀 Friendly and helpful staff. A large Lounge area, which we enjoyed every evening for a coffee or a drink ☕️ 🍷🍺. It’s very close to the trains and busses 🚍 🚊 Notes: We are international travelers, but we speak German. We did not try the breakfast. There is no kettle or fridge available in the room.

To crowded in the breakfast area. Confusions about the ordered room (we have booked at better room than we got on arrival and paid more than on the confirmation said), however we got a solution about the room (and money were returned) on the second day but poor view from that new offered room. Not top-class experience all in all.

Lokalizacja świetna. Pokoje wygodne. Brakuje małej lodówki w pokoju. I dlaczego na powitanie na pokoju nie ma chociaż 1 butelki wody??
Zawsze wybieram Motel one. Lubie lokalizacje, czystość. Dwie sprawy: Dobrze, że są szczelne okna. Nawet pokój z oknem na patio ( a dokładnie na ścianę) tego potrzebuje. Są tam przyjęcia nocne które odbijają się echem. Brak czajnika. Nawet malutki plus jedna szklanka byłby miły.
