Beste Rezeption
The service was excellent. I arrived in the early morning and needed to sleep. I was able to get a room right ahead and they saved my trip to Berlin. I also had a late check out when I was leaving two days later. They were very helpful and service minded. Perfect stay! I’ll come again next time with pleasure.
The only thing missing was an iron. Apart from that, I had a very good stay.
It was a really nice stay at the hotel. A bit crowded at breakfast but that’s ok, but i missed some scrambled eggs and bacon. I think it’s also a bit strange that people who don't stay at the hotel easily can walk in and go to your corridors. Feels a bit unsafe. I also miss to have drawer in the room for clothes.

The room was filled with some irritants, Staff was slow and unfriendly.
The Hotel was great, but there was a huge queue at check-in even though I had done check-in online already. And the breakfast plates were not being cleared quickly so it was hard to find space in the morning without wandering through the whole bar while there were many spaces available but with dirty plates left behind. Potentially a tray which people can deposit somewhere after breakfast would help make this faster. With the many towers around it was hard to find the location when coming from the Zoologischer Garten train station.
Great location, lovely interior, great bar. We arrived at 12pm and were able to leave our luggage but we weren’t told we could go to floor 10 to use the bar if we wanted to prior to checkin and it would have been nice to have spent some of the time while we waited to check in, up in the bar area.
Good hotel is in an excellent location near Zoo Garten station, with S-bhan- U-bahn and regional trains connections to all over Berlin.. The bar / lounge on 10th floor is cool but often very busy at breakfast and evening. The terrace next to the bar has great views looking over the Tiergarten Room was small but OK. I would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink, maybe this only happens in British Hotels. Staff were really helpful.
I know MOTEL ONE and have stayed in many. Was attracted by the location and a previous visit to the lounge / bar. I was disappointed this time - lounge/bar was totally overcrowded, breakfast also overcrowded and difficult to get near food, no eggs left on either 1st or 2nd day. Room was absolutely fine. Staff were there but not engaging beyond minimal service. Will probably not return because the room rate was HIGH
Everything is fine, but I would prefer no carpeted floor in the room.

Amazing Hotel and location within Berlin. I stayed at Motel One in Amsterdam before and seriously this Hotel doesn’t disappoint. I would always opt for Motel One in any city where available.

Fantastisch hotel voor een stedentrip naar Berlijn. Heerlijk centraal gelegen met de U-bahn letterlijk om de hoek. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer schone kamer met comfortabele bedden en uitstekende regendouche. Tja, wat wil je nog meer?! Parkeren doe je in de Bikini garage. Dat is slechts 5 minuten lopen.
Nice as always. Very disappointing that late check out was not possible even though I asked for it when booking the room. I would have booked a different hotel if I had know what that. Kudos to the housekeeping manager. She was extremely kind and helpful.
Great staff and welcoming
I had a fantastic stay here! The receptionists were very professional and helpful – they arranged an early check-in and even upgraded me to a beautiful room for my birthday. The bar was also a highlight, with a great atmosphere and a stunning view. A perfect choice that made my birthday truly unforgettable!

The location is great and the hotel has a nice decor. The room was a bit small but clean and prefect for an overnighter. The portraits of strangers hung over our bed were a bit creepy. We never got the welcome bottle of water that was promised for members. I'd prefer a couple of glasses instead of the disposable paper cups. Tea/coffee facilities would be nice, but instead of a Nespresso machine in every room why not offer (members) one free hot drink? As there were no tea/coffee facilities we ordered coffee in the lounge. They said they had a milk supply issue that morning and that they couldn't make Espresso coffee at that time which was disappointing. However, they kindly offered to bring us a coffee from the automated machine in the breakfast room. When we got our coffees I asked to pay right away as we were in a hurry. The waiter said "Let me check if you even have to pay..." and disappeared. I thought it to be a nice gesture since we didn't get our Espresso coffees. Unfortunately, the guy never returned and as there were no waiters in the lounge I approached the lady at the entrance of the breakfast room who promptly charged us for the drinks.
My room was on floor 9, right below the breakfast room and the kitchen. There was always someone who moved furniture at night and I was wide awake at least 3 times per night. The bare minimum of a hotel is to provide a place to sleep and the room did not do that. I had a very important business meeting in Berlin and was so tired the entire time and not able to focus as well as I should have. I will not choose this hotel again, particularly not for business travel and I am so upset that tjis hotel ruined this business opportunity for me. Don't rent out a room if you know that your staff is moving furniture the entire time and ig you can't provide the bare minimum

Das beste Motel one in Berlin!
Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Behulpzaamheid was zeer goed. Personeel aan de balie, maar ook het onderhoudspersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en de kamers waren iedere dag perfect in orde gebracht.
Love. Incredible value. Two small wishes: 1) the sheets and pillowcases are scratchy. 2) give me conditioner. But I’d stay there again, so clean and quiet and comfy. Great value!
I have stayed at this property several times and always enjoyed it. However this time there was a serious problem with the air conditioning which was not working. This made the room uncomfortable during the day and very uncomfortable during the night. This was very unfortunate as otherwise the hotel is great.
The location and views are excellent. The room is comfortable, though quite small. Even if my room was just above the bar terrace, it was well soundproofed. The bar is too crowded and it's impossible to dine quietly there. Anyway, there was some control at the entrance of the hotel on the busiest days, so that only guests had access, and this seemed an improvement with respect to some reviews I had read before. In any case, the guests who want to have a drink in a quiet place, like me, have to look for other options outside the hotel. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning service. They do a very good job and I don’t understand some complaints that I have read online.

Goede locatie, goede service, classy style maar nooit over de top. Enige minpunt : iedereen kan de lift gebruiken er is geen extra stap door bijvoorbeeld scan van je kamerpas. Vreemd.
1. Wel erg veel kamers en mensen in het hotel 2. Wachtrij bij ontbijt en beperkte ruimte om het ontbijt te pakken, is ververvelend 3. Hotel en kamer zien er mooi en schoon uit
Prima service aan de balie. Uitstekende kamer. Lekker ontbijt en de rooftopbar was geweldig. Hulde aan het personeel dat vriendelijk en behulpzaam was en erg hard werkte. Aanrader sit hotel!
Indrukwekkend mooi hotel op indrukwekkende locatie. Erg mooie kamer (de iets grotere). Prachtig met de ramen tot aan de vloer.

Een superhotel, goede locatie, met fijn en vriendelijk personeel met aandacht voor haar gasten! Het is er thuiskomen en deel uitmaken van de familie!

Heerlijk hotel, schitterende locatie keurige service
Het is een mooi hotel, echter is de bar in de avond druk en was er geen plek, men wilde ook vanwege personeelstekort geen extra gedeelte openen
In eerste instantie was de gekozen kamer niet naar wens. In overleg met de receptie een mooi aanbod gekregen om te upgraden naar een grotere kamer. Deze is ons enorm goed bevallen, tevens een net betaalbaar aanbod ontvangen t.b.v. deze upgrade. Minder aan ons verblijf was de eerste ochtend dat wij al vroeg gewekt werden door de luide muziek van de ramenwassers. Deze was tot in onze kamer te horen!

Prima hotel, centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel en mooi uitzicht. Enige minpuntjes: de kastruimte voor het opbergen van kleding e.d. is wel heel minimaal: 15 cm. Ook de ruimte in de badkamer is zeer minimaal.
Wij hebben beslist 30 overnachtingen in dit hotel gehad. Het was altijd goed. Deze keer kregen we een vreselijke kamer, waar niet eens een plek was voor je koffer, anders kon je niet in bed stappen. Geen plek voor de kleding. Geen tafeltje waar je ook maar iets op kon zetten. We waren erg teleurgesteld, mede omdat upper west onze lievelingsplek is. We moeten van 23 op 24 maart weer een kamer hebben en denken, alhoewel niet graag, een ander hotel te zoeken. Hoor graag van U.
er was een onaangename geur in de badkamer. er zou meer achter en onder het bed moeten worden gekuist. (er viel iets achter het bed waarbij ik het bed moest verschuiven, de verrassing was echt groot hoe vuil het daar was), er werd ook een grote fout in de rekening gemaakt in de bar. dit werd slechts deels opgelost. de receptie was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. verder vind ik de kamer en ligging super !
Zoals altijd prima verblijf gehad in Motel One Upper West Berlijn. Miss wel wat extra schapjes voor opberg kleding.

Prachtig hotel op uitstekende locatie. Op vrijdag en zaterdag soms geen plek in de bar.
gezellige bar/lounge, duurde soms lang mbt bediening maar goede sfeer. Goed ontbijt buffet/service kamers waren klein maar prima en schoon
