The Cloud One is beautiful, sparkling clean and spacious rooms. One amenity I would like to have is a kettle in the room.

Dear Motel One Team, overall I am pleased to have the choice of two more hotels of the Motel One Group in a central location in Frankfurt. My review is not as good as it could have been, because the refurbishing process from formerly Flemings to now Motel One came with the downside that my last two stays were under the impression of a very strong scent of paint in the room. Another aspect I'd like to mention is that the Flemings had an excellent breakfast at very good value for money. Motel One used to have outstanding value for money in that regard as well, but that's not longer the case.
I was very impressed with the hotel and it's facilities! Very fresh and clean. The guy who checked us in at reception was very friendly and helpful as well as the cleaner who cleaned on our second day. Otherwise I would have loved if other staff was a little bit more welcoming. On the day of our check-out the cleaner came to knock on our door 30 minutes before check-out and just said "Reception, reception!". It made us feel very stressed and pressured to get out of there even before check-out was due. Aware that this ain't that big of a deal, but it made a difference in staying with the Cloud One. Other than that it was lovely and thank you very much!
The service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I cam recommend MOTEL ONE Westbahnhof in Vienna to anyone who looks for a hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast
It’s an excellent location and hotel for visiting Vienna. That’s its prime asset but in other ways it is the same as any other motel One a good hotel brand. However it’s been rebranded as Cloud One. Forgive me for being a little stupid but I’m not sure how the visitor benefits from this rebrand to what Motel One call its premium Range of hotels. The rooms are the same, there’s nothing special added to the room and you don’t get tea/coffee making facilities all these non extras at a more premium price. As a be one member you get a bottle of water. 🤷 The public areas have been remodeled but the experience in the room has no benefit from this premium rebranding. Except you pay more for it 😬. Oh and the rooms have been painted. Is this a reason to ask more money for what can be considered a same Motel One experience as it was when I last visited the hotel in 2024? Answer - No I don’t think it is a good enough upgrade benefit, as you don’t get anything more than you would at a normal Motel One.
The hotel is at an excellent location. Very well maintained and nice decoration. Very easy and fast check in/out. I personally would have liked a small fridge in the room.
I had to do more bookings and I am dissatisfied that I can’t do them at the reception at the same price as online booking I’m already there and booking right away would be more convenient
Don’t be fooled by the hotel’s utilitarian exterior or budget room price, this place is lovely inside, has a fabulous roof bar and is so central to the city. I chose this hotel when running the Rotterdam marathon as it was closer to the start/finish areas than other options in the city, but I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rotterdam.

Amenities are very scarce for a superior room. Eg. No water, no fridge, no utilities in bathroom. Breakfast was quite limited and crowded.
Last-minute booking, good price this night by online booking the room, kind people at the desk, good too, good sleep!
Room 476...no chair, no table...just the windowstill to put some extra stuff. Already the older rooms had little space to put your clothes, but now there was nearly no place, just hangers. But slippers...seriously? Where's the matching robe? I think MotelOne got it's priorities wrong.
I had a pleasant stay at Innsbruck Motel and would rate it 8 out of 10. Overall, everything was good—the room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable. The only downside was that the toilet floor was a bit slippery, which could be improved for safety. Other than that, I was satisfied with my experience.
I have stayed at various Motel One hotels in Germany and a few times in Austria and Poland. This Paris hotel is significantly different in that its location is not as central as in other cities, and the breakfast offering was poorer than in all the other Motel One hotels I have stayed at.
We forgot something in the Motel One Freiburg and the team took excellent care of it, having it ready for pick up a few days later.
Great location, friendly and helpfull staff as always ;) feedback: temperature in the lounge was to high and uncomfortable, missing the one smile service during breakfast , only a goodmorning and roomnr, no extra service, would have made the difference for the other guests

I stayed twice during my visit to Dublin. The first room was a great location, but the bed was small, not what I thought I had reserved. During my second stay, I did have a king sized bed, and the shower pressure was better. The staff was amazing during my time visiting. They accommodated any requests I made. The location was central to everything in Dublin, easily walkable to all the sights. Quiet at night, and comfortable beds.
Everyone was really helpful. Very friendly and nothing was too much bother. The reception staff and Robert the janitor were great. Shout out to the Barman on Sunday night (sorry forgot to ask his name) was brilliant. His recommendations for gin was superb!!
Really lovely friendly hotel very close to the train station and within walking distance of The Royal Mile, Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle.
There's always someone at disposal. Staff very kind and professional. Rooms are clean and in a modern stile.
I would have given a higher rating but three emails to the property went unanswered. When I called on two different occasions, I was on hold for a very long time and no one ever answered. I cannot recommend a hotel that doesn't respond. It's very unprofessional.
Excellent stay again- such a quiet hotel for a city centre location (because it’s on St Peter’s Square). Appreciate that the cups in the room have been significantly upgraded from the flimsy/dangerous paper ones to bigger, sturdy plastic ones. Would still prefer proper ceramic mugs, though. Would prefer jugs of real fruit juice for breakfast instead of the horrible machine-mix concentrates, which taste a bit like horribly sweet cough medicine. Even basic cartons of supermarket long-life juice would be a massive step up from what’s on offer, juice-wise. Fabulous pastries - real-deal croissants & absolutely gorgeous fresh fruit salad.
I would have given a better review probably 10 out of 10, but I was very disappointed with the lounge staff. They scammed me out of five euro over three days. I’m sure they thought it was funny because I didn’t ask for a receipt and so they overcharged me each night. When I notified the manager they blamed me for not requesting receipts. I just hope they don’t do that to other customers. I was courteous, even tipped each time and was still scammed. Coincidentally, or not, the next day after complaining to the lounge manager I became violently ill. I wouldn’t put it past the lounge staff to have put a laxative in my water. It ended badly what was an otherwise lovely holiday.
Room was nice, breakfast was good. Aircon did not work, really warm and low oxygen in the room. Could not open windopw due to street noise.

I had a really great stay at Motel One Manchester Piccadilly. My room was very clean, modern and with all the facilities, most of all the bed was really comfortable, luxurious bedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I was able to use the room before checking in and on the day of departure offered to store my luggage. The breakfast was delicious, continental buffet. The atmosphere very relaxing and with a cool vibe and there is also a bar lounge area to relax in. All in all, a budget friendly and great experience, highly recommended, I will definitely keep using Motel One in the future.
The location of the hotel is very conveniently located. The check in is easily done online, but the front desk staff we encountered when we arrived was not very informative or helpful. However we found the other staff at breakfast and the bar very helpful and positive. The room was very small, VERY basic and without a window that could open. The airconditioning/heating in the room did not work.

We chose Motel One for our trip to Amsterdam because it’s close to the airport (15 minutes) and the city center. It’s very well connected, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean, and very quiet. The hotel overall is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. It’s a pity there aren’t any places nearby where you can have dinner.
