Clean and comfy room. Lack of small fridge in the room and parking that is optional (payed, no reservation option) is what could be better.
I had 2 nights, one business, one privately paid. I asked at checkin to separate the invoices, that was agreed, but I got one invoice with both nights on it, and so far no reaction on my query to split the invoice, neither by email, nor by phone. This is very disappointing, as overall I was happy with my stay. the only suggestion I would have is to replace the paper drinking cups with glasses.
Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only remark is that the button of the toilet in our room was partially broken.
A quiet and well-organized place with all the services. In my opinion, the cost of breakfast, especially for a family, is a bit too high

Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough to have some closed storage for clothes and a small fridge/cooler but for some reason did not. The ambience at the bar is great and the prices fair. Plenty of outside space too.
I've stayed several times and always enjoy it. I love the location, the ambience, and the value for money. If I had one minor comment it would be that I do enjoy a hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, porridge) and a slightly broader menu besides toasted sandwiches the rest of the day. Howevere, those are small things. You would be my first choice again when I come to Vienna.
The mini safe is a very good equipment. Usually, I always miss a small fridge from hotels.

the only negative point is the contact at the reception, I did not feel welcome; although it was not busy at the time of arrival/departure, I felt like if I would disturbing... ; personal at breakfast was very friendly and attentive

Generally the location and quality of the hotel ist great. Unfortunately we found a condom behind the sofa in our room. Room service seems to be a problem.

Amazing rooms, great staff
Very confortable and located close to Messe and Prater and, very important, to the Metro station. Room very quite and clean. All services worked perfectly. Good quality breakfast with a wide choice of food. You can't miss the cocktail bar!
There was cold outside and in hotel the heating did not work
- it was all very good - a small, but somewhat annoying aspect for a non-smoking hotel and for me as a non-smoker: I stayed in room 328 and whenever I opened my windown throughout day or late night there was smoke entering through the window due to smokers standing in the smoking area on the terrace outside the breakfast area = this smoking area should be removed and places somewhere where the smoke cannot bother anyone.
Good location and decent rooms, but the parking was very impractical – the entrance was extremely narrow for an SUV and the exit required driving against the traffic signs. The TV didn’t work (likely dead remote batteries), and one towel had a torn edge, which even caused me to lose balance after a shower.
Excellent stay as usual. Look forward to come back.

Ik vond het fantastisch dat ik bij vroege aankomst in het hotel (9.00) gelijk de kamer in kon. Receptiemedewerkers zeiden dat mijn komst werd verwacht. Dat is bijzonder klantvriendelijk. Goed gedaan!

Rooms don’t have kettles or drinking water and there are no shampoo, conditioner, body creams which you can find in other 3 stars, so if travelling for business it’s inconvenient to having to carry your own shampoo and conditioner and body creams. There is only a soap that is not very good, certainly not good for hair. Rooms are missing an iron and iron board which again if travelling for business are very handy, I asked for one at reception and it wasn’t working.
The overall is very good, the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel’s decorations are amazing and the room was comfortable and cleaned. Very good breakfast!

It was my second stay in Motel One Prater and I enjoyed it very much! View is amazing, metro station is just few meters away so it’s very easy to get to the downtown. Room was quiet, very clean and cosy, bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as always. Staff is amazing, kind, helpful, always smiling, especially Ms Renata made my stay unforgettable. Definitely will come back!

Mooi hotel met een prima kamer. Goede douche en schoon! Ook het bed is erg comfortabel. Een goed ontbijt al vind ik dat persoonlijk erg prijzig, dus ik heb dat maar 1x geboekt!
Al vaak bij motel one verbleven. Eerste keer bij Prater in Wenen. Kamer net wat groter dan die bij Opera. Kamer leek wel geluiddicht en Airco deed het supergoed. Fijn! We komen zeker terug!
Heerlijk modern hotel, vlakbij metro. Ook lopend naar centrum goed te doen. Goede isolatie betr. geluid van het Prater en airco was ook top. Schone kamers en ruime parkeergarage.
Prima hotel, gewoon wat je van een Motel One kunt verwachten.
Helemaal prima alleen jammer dat de airco niet werkte (bij 30 graden buiten...)

was super aardige ontvangst en prettige uitleg
Wederom prima verblijf, goede kamer, schoon en functioneel. Wat mist op de kamer is de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten en standaard een strijkplank aangezien het hotel vooral zakelijke reizigers kent.
Ik kom hier vaker en het voelde weer als thuiskomen. Sfeervol, schoon, vriendelijk en een heel goed ontbijt
Goed hotel, ziet er prachtig uit, goed ontbijt, zeer schoon. Enige verbeterpunt is dat de ontbijttafeltjes aan de kleine kant zijn waardoor je weinig ruimte hebt.
Wij zijn een gezin met 4 kinderen en dat is niet altijd even makkelijk om een leuk hotel te vinden waar ze plaats hebben voor ons. Maar bij Motel One mag je vragen om een extra bed in de kamer te zetten voor een kind. Hierdoor moeten wij maar 2 kamers boeken ipv 3, wat een pak voordeliger uitkomt. Daarenboven was ook dit hotel van de keten weer heel leuk ingericht. De ligging was zeer goed, aan de U-bahn en vlak naast de Prater. Ook voldoende eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand. Het ontbijt was niet het beste dat ik al gehad heb, maar uitgebreid genoeg, zeker voor de prijs. Kortom, zeker aan te bevelen als je met kinderen reist.

Hotel Wenen-Prater
“Kom binnen!” is niet alleen de slogan van het attractiepark Prater, maar ook van ons Motel One Wenen-Prater. De attracties van het beroemde attractiepark worden ook weerspiegeld in het design van ons hotel. Historische carrouselpaarden en schommelschepen brengen op een originele wijze beweging in onze One Lounge. Designelementen zoals de 'Pig Table' van Moooi en de 'Rabbit Lamp' verwijzen naar het feit dat de Prater naast een attractiepark ook een zeer uitgestrekte groene recreatieve zone is. Tijdens het gezonde biologische ontbijt kijk je uit op het beroemde reuzenrad, de Flieder. En wie alvast een voorproefje wil van de leuke uren vol ontspanning die je in het park te wachten staan, die kan terecht in de Outdoor Lounge met zijn ziteilanden en fonteinen.
Ons voordelige designhotel ligt dichtbij de Prater en dus ook in de buurt van het wereldberoemde reuzenrad. Hier, in het stadsdeel Leopoldstadt, bevinden zich ook de beurs en de economische universiteit. Dankzij het metrostation Messe-Prater direct voor het hotel ben je zo in het centrum, bij de Stephansplatz en de vele bezienswaardigheden.
