We love this hotel and stay every year for the grand final. Its an excellent location for us. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean. The bar area is lovely and cosy.

An ideally located hotel, the only (minor) issue I had was that the bathroom door didn't close properly. Other than that everything was great.
Great staff very helpful
It was a good stay following our last one in the different branch in Manchester back in August. The only down side I would mention is the TV in the room, the reception is quite poor and many channels were unstable due to antenna problem (at least it is what said on the screen). Otherwise it is in a very convenient location just next to Piccadilly station.

A good experience, welcoming and comfortable, an excellent breakfast and friendly reception and staff. Unfortunately the bathroom had an appalling sickly sewage type smell. Looking back I should have mentioned it from the off, and asked for a different room but was very pre occupied and didn’t. I would definitely use Motel One again.
Great modern budget hotel close to station and most city centre attractions
Ticks all the right boxes: keycard entry, air conditioning, large windows, block out curtains, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower with decent bodywash, quality toilet paper, in-room coffee station, etc. Not always a given at this price range. Well impressed with everything on offer and/or included.
Really conveniently located, clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very helpful and cheery. Bed was comfortable. View was excellent.
This hotel was great for a 3 star, it was very clean, modern and the location was perfect. The beds was comfy and room was just the right size for me and my daughter. Overall no complaints and definitely will be staying again.

Awful experience, tv broken in room, my room was next to the supply closet so from 7am there was constant banging and noise. The decor is very ugly, and the lobby had such a strong odour of air freshener it made me choke.
Was a great hotel, but unfortunately had faults this time round. The toilet in the reception area was disgusting, not clean, paper towels everywhere and no toilet paper, this was same at two different times we used it. The bedroom light didn't work in our room. The small towel in our bathroom has a mark on it, we didn't use it and used the other towels but had a horrid brown stain on it. We were only there one night so didn't feel the need to let reception know, but was disappointed with what we saw.
Hotel was even better than what I imagined when booking. Cheap compared to other hotels in the area considering there were 3 concerts in the city that night. Spacious , accessible rooms. My only issues was the lack of bin in the room and perhaps the tv could be updated to smart tv or have chrome cast.
For what I paid £515 for three nights I would have expected a better/bigger room. So rather disappointed to be totally honest. Was very basic and worn carpets. Tired furniture too.
Booked last minute. Hotel room was clean and contained everything I needed.The hotel is located beside Piccadilly Station and close to city centre, making it a very convenient location

The staff were friendly & helpful & the hotel reception & bar area was comfortable although dimly lit. The bedroom was very small & completely different to the same standard of room we stayed in at the Edinburgh Royal Motel One so we were very disappointed. There was no decoration only plain white woodchip type walls with hardly any space to move around. No space for a wardrobe only rails with hangers on. We definitely wouldn't stay at this Motel One again.

Heerlijk hotel, centraal gelegen, freebus om de hoek, lekker ontbijt, leuke bar en inrichting en heel vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!
Kleine kamer met comfortabele bedden. Alles netjes zuiver en zeep en handoeken aanwezig op badkamer. Koffie en thee met waterkoker aanwezig. Tegenover het treinstation is super makkelijk.
We hebben al eerder in motel one hotels de nacht doorgebracht. Glasgow en Newcastle We vonden Manchester de minste

We konden voor check in tijd onze hotelkamer in, Europese stopcontacten in Engeland, elke dag schone handdoeken, locatie , rustig ondanks grootte van Hotel, vriendelijk staf

De waterdruk van de douche had wat beter gekund, maar verder was alles prima. Mooi hotel, de kamer had zelfs Europese stopcontacten naast het bed
Ik ben al in diverse Motel One hotels geweest in verschillende landen (en nu voor de 3e keer in Manchester). Altijd voorspelbaar prettig: de bedden zijn prima en alle basic dingen die nodig zijn voor een fijn verblijf zijn doorgaans goed in orde. Dat was ook nu weer zo, maar ik vond dat er ook wat dingen aan een opknapbeurt of serieuze schoonmaak toe zijn: het tapijt was viezig, het kleine bureautje beschadigd, op de TV miste alle BBC kanalen. Belangrijkste suggestie: doe iets aan de inkijk vanuit het station en nabijgelegen gebouwen. Mijn kamer op de 4e verdieping keek direct uit op de hoofdingang van het station en omdat dit zo dichtbij is moest ik eigenlijk steeds de gordijnen dichthouden. Hang hier wat vitrage op en de gasten hebben een stuk meer privacy.
Een heel goed gelegen hotel met een hippe uitstraling, prettige lounge en mooie kamers (waarvan sommige met prachtig uitzicht). De service was fantastisch, wat een aardig en behulpzaam personeel! Heerlijk ontbijt met een ruime keuze en alles was lekker en vers. Ik zou zeker teruggaan naar dit hotel bij een volgend bezoek aan Manchester.

Perfecte locatie in Manchester, fijne kamer die alles biedt wat je nodig hebt, fijn receptie personeel, super aanvullende diensten zoals heerlijk ontbijt en tijdelijk opslag voor bagage. Ik kom zeker graag terug!

Welkom in de culturele hoofdstad. Een citytrip naar het noordwesten van Engeland gaat altijd gepaard met goede muziek: Oasis, The Smiths, Stone Roses en Take That vonden hier hun roots. Ons voordelige Design Hotel ligt in het hartje van Manchester, in de directe omgeving van talrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals het Royal Manchester Theatre en de kathedraal van Manchester. Recht tegenover het hotel ligt het Piccadilly Station, het Centraal Station van Manchester. Zo bent u ook vrij snel bij de iets verder weg liggende interessante plaatsen zoals Salford Quays en de luchthaven van Manchester.
