The hotel is beautiful and the staff are pleasant but operations are very disorganized. The desk staff could not find the required paperwork for requests made by guests on multiple occasions, some of the rooms were not clean when we arrived, we had several incidents of staff walking into rooms occupied by guests. I suggest a better manager. The staff were doing their best, but they need more systems in place to operate effectively. Additionally, we asked for an early check in for a VIP who had been traveling for 9+ hours and even though we had spent thousands on hotel reservations for our company staff that week, the staff could not accommodate the request and were not flexible in offering alternative solutions for a place to freshen up. Not good customer service. Lastly, Andrea was unresponsive via email and was unfriendly on site when asked about meeting room rental. I don't recommend she interact with guests at reception.
An amazing stay at an amazing hotel! everything was perfect, If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed! Looking forward to returning :)
Thanks for everything
Everything was excellent, the cleanliness, the polite and efficient staff. I also had lost my mobile phone and the hotel staff contacted the taxi company and found it. I am now waiting for the hotel to contact me how I can have it picked up from a courier company. Thank you
First receptionist we met was absolutely fantastic, we arrived really late and she got us sorted really quickly so we could get a drink and go to bed. Receptionist in the morning again amazing helped us translate some tickets we bought for a gig from french to English so we knew timings. The receptionist on the last night was appalling, after sitting in a bar downstairs for 25 minutes with no staff and asking twice if someone could come we were told to "just go to the roof if we wanted a drink that much" we'd been out in Disneyland all day and then travelled back it was 11:30pm we just wanted to sit down. After explaining that the previous evening we were asked to leave the rooftop bar as it was closing at 11:30pm So no wouldn't be doing that she huffed and called a bar man to come down, by then there was a queue forming behind us as we'd been sat there 35 minutes by the time someone came. She has clearly told the barman I wasn't happy as his attitude was just completely off with us so we got out drinks and took them to our room we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome which is sad as the first night at the rooftop bar the staff were amazing and helpful. Building work and cordened off area on floor 7 wasn't a great look but the rest of the hotel was spotless and the cleaners were lovely, rooms immaculate. Outside roof terrace was beautiful and a lovely surprise.
We loved our stay at this motel one, the hotel itself is very new with great ambiance and decor. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and quiet despite being right next to a busy road and was also very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there were times where we wanted to order some drinks from either the main lobby bar or the upstairs rooftop bar and there were no staff available. We went to the beautiful rooftop bar a few times about an hour after it opened and sat for 15-20 mins but there was no staff available to take drinks orders. The one time there was staff they were amazingly friendly and the drinks were so nice! I’m sure we could have asked the staff if anyone was available to help but after a long day we decided just to go back to our room. I wouldn’t let this stop you from staying here as everything else about our stay was really lovely, I would recommend you to stay here!
it really feels like a motel hotel. very functional. if you go to paris for a conference nearby i would recommend this hotel, for this purpose it’s an ok option. would not recommend staying there to visit paris ( to far from the center) the staff at the hotel is not friendly and not welcoming at all. they should improve this to improve the stay at this hotel.
Chloe at the reception was an absolute rockstar! From Day 1, she has been extremely pleasant and always eager to help. Right from the check-in process to her daily check-ins on me and my stay arrangements, she went above and beyond to make my experience delightful. Thanks to her and your team, my stay was not only comfortable but also truly enjoyable. Please pass on my regards to her and your team.
Good situated near to Metro Porte de Versailles, new building, nice rooms, friendly staff and an impressive roof top bar.
Well - it is super nice, clean, and your staff at the reception is very friendly - especially the one women who is mostly there. She is absoluety great in what she does. On the other hand - you could see that it is still all new and some things and processes might need a tweak of improvement. Our room was quite smelly the first 1-2days and for the breakfast - when we came a bit later (around 9) a lot of things were already empty (soja milk, fruits, water ..) so the staff really tried refill, but seemed like there is not enough stuff. Also they couldnt really clean the tables during breakfast. What is super nice though is your rooftop terrace, the gin menu and the stuff up there. She was also super good in her recommendations and very friendly.
Great room ! clean and very quiet Staff were polite and helpful Lovely roof top bar
Beautiful interior, all very comfortable, although we had a glitch because it’s all so new and being used for first time, it was all sorted swiftly. Great access to the expo, metro and tram - so everything is at your fingertips. The only thing we missed was a toaster at breakfast….
All new, modern and clean! The staff was very friendly. Good location, just 5 minutes to the subway. Great hotel for the price.
Hotel was new clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a little expensive but would stay again
Stayed at Motel One Paris–Porte de Versailles with my son and loved the compact, well-designed room. Everyone was friendly, and receptionist Zeinab helped us with everything we needed. The location works well for the Expo area but is a bit far from the main tourist sights, and there was no complimentary water in the room.
There was no water in the bathroom and no reaction from the employees from the hotel
We had a short but very nice stay. Staff was extraordinary friendly, the rooms were very clean and cozy.
Loved the team
2 nights while on travel in France
Really enjoyed our stay at this new Motel One hotel. Staff were very pleasant and kind. They all spoke excellent English, and really made us feel welcome. Our 'basic' room was larger than we'd expected. We really appreciated the air-conditioning, and how quiet the room was, with no outside traffic noise bothering us. The location of the hotel suited us very well, because having the metro station six minutes away means it's so easy to get to the city centre. At the same time in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a lively local area, with shops, cafes and restaurants. The only things we noticed that weren't perfect was that the bathroom door in our room (654) was a bit difficult to fully close, and the hooks on the back of the bathroom door are quite shallow, and towels or robes could easily fall down onto the floor. Also it took the bathroom mirrors a little while to clear after using the shower. But we would definitely recommend this Motel One location and would happily return should we visit Paris again.
Great to experience a new hotel in the Motel One fleet. I appreciate the great service and the hospitality in Paris. The Gin Rooftop Bar is amazing.
nice and new, lots of room in the lobby. Free water.
Satisfait
Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was spic and span and the towels so nice and soft. Nice rooftop bar!
I booked for 5 nights. After 3 nights I was told that I only booked 2 nights, which was a failure of the hotel, as I paid for 5 nights. The conversation was not that friendly. The stuff let me feel like I did a mistake, what was not the case as I proved! Also I asked if I could do a meeting in the working room at the lobby. I was told that this is not possible as the room is not finished. Later that day someone else was working there. I had the feeling that I was being taken for a ride. The hotel in general is nice, but my experience was mixed with the staff.
Motel one ist die beste Hotel kette
Super tolles Hotel, alles war perfekt
Overall I'd recomend this hotel. For my the only inconvenience was parking situation: there's no hotel dedicated parking nearby; and the one that available on discount is on the Expo territory and it's quite a walk to hotel, especially if you're with bags or luggage. Everything else was great, I stay at this hotel network because you always know what to expect.
My experience at the Motel One Paris Porte De Versailles was very positive. The hotel is very close to a metro station, as well as bus and tram stops, so it's well-connected to the rest of Paris, although the area itself is more of a commercial/residential district and doesn't offer much in terms of tourism. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is super professional and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offers a good selection of drinks and a great atmosphere. The breakfast selection is sufficiently varied and tasty. The room, for a single, is spacious and well-organized, even the bathroom. I was completely satisfied with the overall cleanliness. The only criticism I have about the room is the lack of a mini-fridge, which would be very useful, especially in the summer.
The Motel One hotel was conveniently situated to the nearest Metro. Recently opened, everything was fresh and new. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful.
Very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice room A little more storage space would bei benefitial. Distance to the Metro was OK. The roof terrace was only Open in Connection with the bar. It would bei great If the Access would bei possible in day time and without Entering the bar.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Only downside was the location. Lots of work going on nearby but there was no noise once you were inside the hotel.
Parking space is not close to the hotel.
Amazing hotel
Loved everything! Everyone was really kind and so helpful!
Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and nice location.
Top Management, Top Environment, Top staff, thanks to everybody
We were the first customers to sleep at Motel One on 11 July. We had such a great time, we came back. We love the hotel, the staff, the comfort in the rooms. The lounge has a lovely living room stylish vibe with lovely books. We will definitely come back as loyal Motel One customers. Motel One has a boutique hotel design vibe at an affordable price. The staff remembered us, that's really important for customer service - keep it up. Thank you to Rosa for her lovely welcome!
I was very happy to stay in the Hotel. The only thing which could improve would be the variety of bread as I am Glutenfree. There was some GF bread and other things for me to eat, but they got worse the longer I stayed.
After a very complicated day when our flight was canceled at 9:30 PM, staying at Motel One Paris was a relief and quite a pleasant experience. The staff was terrific, very friendly and kind.
I have stayed at Motel One all over the world and this one has the best staff by far! The room was smaller than others I have stayed at but the rooftop bar was tres chic!
Excellent amenities. Poor location for private or family experience.
The service and comfort were excellent. The building is modern and clean. And if you choose to have breakfast there, it is very good. The bars are excellent as well.
Super visit - we were the first guests and treated very well. We love the hotel and we can't wait to return. The breakfast was super. The personnel were super kind - we benefitted from being the first customers and had a super experience ! Bravo et merci !

Hotel Paris Porte de Versailles
Coucou, Paris! Our Motel One Paris-Porte de Versailles is located in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition centre in the 15th arrondissement. This makes it a particularly convenient location for all trade fair visitors and event fans. Checking into our design hotel in Paris means you can start your day in a leisurely manner, as the exhibition grounds and convention centre are just a few steps away. And there’s always plenty to do at the Expo Porte de Versailles: the Paris Book Fair, Paris Games Week, the Rétromobile motor show… you can see why it draws several million visitors every year.
But the Motel One Paris-Porte de Versailles isn’t just a great location close to the Expo – the convenient public transport links also make it the perfect base to enjoy a relaxing city break. There are metro, tram and bus connections to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Montmartre district and the Champs-Elysées in the immediate vicinity of the design hotel by the trade fair centre, making it the perfect starting point for an extensive sightseeing tour. So a stay at the Paris-Porte de Versailles hotel isn’t just ideal for business travellers.

The Paris-Porte de Versailles design hotel in detail
But we mustn’t neglect to mention the unique interior of our hotel in Paris. The design confirms that guests have arrived in the vibrant metropolis as soon as they enter, combining French elegance and modern flair, with an emphasis on strong black-and-white contrasts.
As Paris is not only the city of architecture, but also of art and fashion, both are harmoniously reflected in the design of the Paris-Porte de Versailles hotel. Miniature Eiffel towers and illustrations from ‘The Little Prince’ paired with floral motifs create an unmistakable feel-good atmosphere in the design hotel.
The Paris hotel will also impress you with its individual hospitality and modern comforts, because it also scores highly on amenities. In addition to Wi-Fi, free luggage storage, smart TVs and convenient online check-in, there is a varied and extensive breakfast buffet in the morning.
Not to mention a very special highlight for all guests of this hotel in Paris, especially in summer: the roof terrace! After all, a cool drink with a view over the rooftops of the city tastes best on sunny days when you’re on holiday.
Attractions in Paris
And the rooftops aren’t the only thing to marvel at! Thanks to the excellent transport connections near the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre, the hotel is also ideal for thoroughly exploring the city. From the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre and Notre-Dame Cathedral, there are many cultural highlights to discover. If you are interested in art and culture, the exhibitions at the Musée d’Orsay, where fascinating works by famous artists are regularly presented, are well worth a visit.
Culinary delights such as the classic croissant or baguette, a café au lait or a visit to a small bistro are also a must on a holiday in Paris. And afterwards, a stroll along the Seine, a detour to the Latin Quarter or a romantic dinner with a view of the Eiffel Tower – the possibilities in Paris are almost endless.
Fortunately, bad weather in Paris is also no obstacle to an extended tour of the city. How about a visit to one of the largest museums in the world, the Louvre? When it rains – and of course in bright sunshine too – nothing stands in the way of a good long day of shopping at the Lafayette department store. We also recommend a descent into the Paris Catacombs, almost 20 metres below ground. Our tip: make sure you get your tickets early, because they are very popular.
In any case, a trip to our hotel in Paris is a unique experience and always a good idea for a city or business trip. We look forward to your visit to our hotel near the Expo Porte de Versailles!
