This was the second time I stayed at this hotel, and just like the last time, I was very satisfied. The room was adequately sized, and the bed was comfortable. I might have missed having an extra chair in the room, and a small refrigerator would have been nice, but these were not issues that detracted from the positive impression. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good.

I love how modern, stylish and cozy these hotels are, with the color curtains, artwork and fire tv screensaver
Rooms were nice. Parking spaces were also convenient. However, while we did reserve a EV charging spot beforehand, the spots were taking for a couple of days by cars that were not even charging. This could have been better arranged and managed by the hotel. Additionally, the airconditioning in our room, but also the of our travelling companions was not sufficient to cool down the room. This meant we had to sleep with the window open at night, which increased noise levels subtantially.
Sorry but the aircon in our rooms was a joke. You must fix this.
Good Service, nice and clean rooms
Overall ok. Breakfast a bit overpriced for what it offers. Having Bio butter is great, but packed in aluminum? If you want to be green and Bio, this can be done better. The not working AC is an NoGo. If MotelOne is a green hotel this is fine, but the limitation with the AC should be stated clearly on the website It was too hot in the room! That is the reason why the rating is rather low.

I was hoping for a bigger room and a cupboard
I liked the stay, one can cleary see that a lot of thought was put into the design of the rooms. I especially appreciate the breakfast with vegetarian/vegan and bio options. Only small things to improve - a towel hanger nearer the bathroom sink would be good, I also missed a trash bin (it was only at the toilet I believe).

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Again I have inheritate the room 028...and the overall temperature was more or less ok but the bathroom was really cold. I have reclaimed and I was only explained the rule related to the heating guideline...not really satisfying. I am coming again on the 8th to the 10th of April and I have to say that I would be happy to have the room "special one" with no extra

I was stuck in Munchen because of technical problems on my flight to Berlin on Friday night so I didn’t arrive at Motel One. I sent an email immediately when flight was cancelled but never had reply

all receptionists very relaxed, helpful, friendly and communicative. Our requirements fully met as always with various Motel Ones we have been staying at.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and compact but nice rooms in top condition and cleanliness. No minibar in the rooms in a minus. The bar should renew the whiskey inventory. The breakfast is poor and overpriced - only basics like bread, croissant, cornflakes, yogurt & coffee and the only "main dish" at breakfast is soft boiled egg, every morning - insulting and inadequate for 18€. Aside from the breakfast, a very good hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, spotless (although small) rooms with good quality decor and working perfectly. Easy to moderate temperature as well as window that opened; good lighting with useful magnifiying mirror in bathroom. Bed was comfy and pillows good. Fabulous location and very reasonable cost. In particular we loved the bar / lobby / breakfast area which was decorated well and a very easy relaxed space to enjoy. We liked the luggage store which was helpful too.
My overall experience was very good, as always.
After a long night out, we we're searching for a Hotel close by so we could rest. Motel One unexpectedly gave us the room during the day already, and we really had the best stay possible. The staff was super nice and helped us with everything.
Room was clean but very small. Staff were friendly. A basic product but fine for the price.
We stay in many Motel Ones and this one at the Moritz Platz in Berlin was really nice. The reception staff, breakfast and everyone around was super friendly. Especially Tassmin on the front desk. We had a lovely time. Looking forward to be back again.

I had a good stay and remain a fan of the concept of MotelOne, but this particular house could do with some updates. Such as repairing the front door, or upgrading the tv to respond with less than a minute delay. And running out of the regional beer seems unnecessary, too.

Friendly employees, Check-in really efficient, clean, got all you need for a short trip, volume of the room are ok. The only downside for me was the Wi-fi which is so bad that I had to use my iPhone as hotspot.

There was an absolutely terrible smell throughout the property and bedroom that was like sewage
I was very impressed with the hotel (which my brother had booked for me). The room was very comfortable and nicely designed. There were thick curtains allowing me to sleep in the morning and it was nice and quiet (I had a back-facing room). The breakfast (for 16 euros) was a steal - strong coffee, fruit, bread, muesli. I also liked the reception area was arranged and decorated. I would stay again for sure.

Very functional room with a great bad and kind reception staff. Good location and excellent breakfast. However, refrigerator and/or coffee machine is missing a lot.
Always grateful to stay at Motel One Mortizplatz Berlin Mitte, Only frustration was a large group of loud obnoxious of 20+ tourists arriving right before I did. You all were not set up to handle that, and I waited over 20 minutes to check in.
The motel was clean and staff welcoming. However, I must not have been aware of the minimalist ideology for this motel. Our room again, was clean, well tended to during our three night stay. However the room was no larger than our river cruise room and not having a refrigerator and microwave was quite inconvenient for a stay more than a night. We ate out and were unable to bring things back and keep fresh. The cups provided in the room were paper. Odd. Not seen that since cheap hotels in my past. My expectations were most likely my reason for disappointment. Otherwise location was nice. Would I stay again? No for the reasons mentioned above. Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback.

Could do with a small fridge in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and access to English television. But overall we had a fantastic stay …
Habitación pequeña y baño muy justo. Sin armario para colgar y dejar ropa. Hubo un problema eléctrico que afectó gran parte del hotel como ascensores y nuestra habitación en el tercer piso que tuvimos que bajar a pie para preguntar porque no hay teléfono en la habitación . No recibimos ninguna solución
La limpieza de 10, el trato del personal, especialmente de Julia de recepción, fue maravilloso.
Muy bien hotel a precio razonable, la cama súper cómoda y todo estaba limpio.
Pros: Buena acogida. Eficiente personal de recepción. Excelente limpieza. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas. Contras: habitación con moqueta; solo 1 cortina (mejor doble cortina: una para tapar visión y otra para tapar luz); la recepción parecía un bar de copas lleno de botellas de alcohol; el hotel se llama Mitte aunque no está en Mitte; la entrada apesta a tabaco porque la puerta siempre está llena de fumadores (clientes y empleados): deberían poner los ceniceros en un lugar que no fuera de paso para el resto de clientes

¿Le fascina el pasado histórico de Berlín? Entonces, nuestro Motel One Berlín-Mitte, con una ubicación muy céntrica en el corazón de Kreuzberg, le resultará un punto de partida inmejorable para explorar esta ciudad cargada de historia. Y es que, antiguamente, el Muro de Berlín discurría 100 metros por detrás de nuestro económico hotel de diseño. En la actualidad, se encuentran muy cerca el puesto de control fronterizo Checkpoint Charlie, el Ayuntamiento rojo, el Märkisches Museum y algo fundamental para hacer un descanso durante su visita turística: numerosas cafeterías y restaurantes económicos. La avenida Karl-Marx-Allee, el Bode-Museum y la Potsdamer Platz también se encuentran cerca. La fantástica ubicación de nuestro hotel, justo en la estación de metro Moritzplatz, le permite llegar directamente con transporte público a la Puerta de Brandeburgo, la calle Friedrichstraße, la East Side Gallery y la Alexanderplatz. Y lo mejor de nuestro hotel: a la vuelta de la esquina del Motel One Berlín-Mitte se encuentran también los jardines Prinzessinnengärten, cuya vegetación crece también en nuestro Lounge. Los detalles vegetales y los colores de las series de lámparas 38 y 28 de Bocci crean un cielo con un aire muy botánico sobre el bar. La barra del bar se ha mantenido con un estilo industrial gracias a su acabado en cemento, y las superficies con espejos proporcionan profundidad al espacio. Ya lo ve: ¡nuestro hotel en Berlín-Mitte es tan polifacético como la misma ciudad!
Además, en el One Lounge, la obra de arte moderno "The One" de la artista berlinesa Freddy Reitz representa la división histórica de Berlín entre el este y el oeste. Durante su estancia, tendrá muchas oportunidades de apreciar esta obra con todos sus detalles y dejar que actúe sobre usted en un ambiente muy agradable. Por la mañana durante el desayuno, tomando un capuccino por la tarde o un gin tonic por la noche en el bar: desde luego, en el One Lounge ya tenemos su sitio reservado.
