Hotel and staff was good, but the rental bikes where not good.

Everything very fine. One minor issue: At breakfast time, it gets very crowded at certain times.

High value. Nice room. Nice decor. Smiling staff. Great breakfast. Got wrong room number written on our keycard, so had to go back. The seating for breakfast is very low for most of the seats, so hunching over is necessary. We found a table later. Hair (one black) and products on the wall in the shower from previous guests.
Great location. Walking distance to all the things we wanted to see. Had a beautiful balcony that we could sit out on and could watch a bird sitting on her nest through one of our windows. Liked having 2 seperate bathrooms. One shower room and one toilet room. Only two or three stops from main train station
All exceeds expectations. Didn’t manage to do self check in a mobile key though. Probably my bad. Unfortunately didn’t have time to clarify it.
Very friendly staff at reception, especially the young lady (on duty 29Aug25 afternoon), nice room, close to Elbphilharmonie, liked it.
Well situated, quiet hotel; rooms are small but comfortable and with everything needed.
Love the hotel design and decor. It has a great ambience, well maintained , clean. The room is adequate in size , light and airy . bed is comfortable with two choices of pillows. Excellent water pressure.

I stayed for two nights with my six-year-old son. He was very pleased to have a good view (including a fire station, which caused no noise during our stay) and enough space to play. The room was clean, and the decor was modern and beautiful. We felt cosy and got a good night's sleep in the very comfy bed. The location is ideal for exploring Hamburg's harbour; I would always opt for this purpose. In general, I was rather satisfied with the selection at breakfast and as my son was only 6, he could eat for free. However, I would have appreciated at least one vegan pastry instead of none. There are great options out there these days (even Starbucks has vegan croissants and pain au chocolat) and it would have been great, if there could have been one vegan danish. Great selection of vegan milks (oat, almond, soy). Vegan cream cheese and fresh peppers would have put the breakfast over the top.
As always brilliant, and this time I took advantage of late bar snacks which were prefect with excellent service.
I had such a warm welcome, and the staff were incredibly friendly! This time, I stayed on the 7th floor, and it was just amazing. I always look forward to staying at this hotel because I absolutely love the location. It’s always a pleasure to be here!
Love this place. Super well situated- staff fantastic, friendly and available! Terrasses available for some rooms- very nice! Common spaces also very well arranged!!
Tolles, stylisches Hotel in perfekter Lage
It was an okay stay. The room was big and clean. However, it felt a bit soulless with the complicated self checkin (scanner not working, no key cards on our kiosk). Little things like a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Also paper cups instead of glasses in the bathroom felt odd. And after I used on it wasn't replenished. Overall Tuesday was okay but for the money I would have like a bit more, like a bottle of water.
Motel One is really price-performance winner. I strongly recommend this hotel. Always clean, simple, minimalist. Breakfast at that price is one of a kind. Team always helpful. Hotel bar is cool, variety of drinks. Only thing they can add is a bit more choice for food in the bar for late hours for thosewho came late from trip or still feels hungry :) Overall great hotel and price.
Motel One in Hamburg Fleetinsel is a fantastic hotel. It is clean, comfortable, has good views and large rooms, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Exactly what you need. We would stay again!

Lovely Hotel, great location. Super nice staff. Having a coffee machine with oat milk in it to get hot milkcoffee with oat milk would be really nice. Especially since there are several machines, other hotels already provide service like that. Other than that, we love everything about Motel one and always recommended to friends and family. Breakfast is overall a great experience you get a great value for for the price.

I had a great view from the room, the staff was very nice and the central location was very convenient. I would love to stay again. At night it was super quiet even though there is a fire station around the corner.

The location is very good- It is near Elbphilharmonie, quiet and you can see water when you look outside the window of your room and during breakfast.

Very well located hotel. Close to city rail network. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Room is comfortable if minimalist. Bed excellent. The room needs a kettle and tea/coffee. A serious failing in my book. The breakfast choice was extensive though the coffee was poor. The bar in the evening is a lovely space to relax after a long day in the city.

A pity that you would not use my beOne membership because someone else booked for me. I was happy in Hamburg in the hotel. Freindly staff, Breakfast with the low seats is not very practical. We are elderly people and had to wait a long time for a breakfast table every morning. The guy who arranged the table for us every morning was very helpful and friendly, by the way.

Very basic, but good enough for a night or two on a business trip. No frills anywhere is, I guess, the company motto. Except for the price, obviously, that was not very competitive. If I hadn't been forced to use Motel One by the company, I would have chosen something else.

Lovely hotel with a really great bar. Quiet but central location. Only drawback was the breakfast which was provided in a very cramped area and far too many people .
Overall, the stay was pleasant and the service met expectations. However, I was very disappointed to find that bottled water was being sold for €6. Access to water is a basic human right, and such pricing feels excessive and unreasonable. Aside from this issue, everything else about the hotel was enjoyable.
Be aware there are more rooms then there is space for the breakfast. There was an insane que (waiting time over 1 hour) and therefor I had to have breakfast outside the hotel. Cancelation of the breakfast was not possible.....
It was a short visit but very relaxed and enjoyable. Location is great, easy access to shopping, dining and other activities.

Od muzikálů až po miniatury
Z centrálního ostrova Fleetinsel můžete zamířit do všech koutů města, třeba na molo Landungsbrücken, promenádu Jungfernstieg nebo do čtvrti HafenCity. Během krátké procházky navštívíte známá místa jako hamburskou radnici, kostel sv. Michala nebo zábavní čtvrť v okolí bulváru Reeperbahn. Zejména milovníci kultury jistě ocení, že se náš hotel nachází v přímém sousedství Labské filharmonie. Také proslulý Speicherstadt je odtud jen co by kamenem dohodil. Společně s přilehlou čtvrtí Kontorhausviertel a fascinující budovou Chilehaus patří tento komplex skladovacích budov od roku 2015 ke světovému dědictví UNESCO a přitahuje tak pozornost všech návštěvníků Hamburku. Nezáleží na tom, jestli se vydáte pěšky uličkami mezi historickými cihlovými budovami, nebo vyrazíte na objevnou plavbu po zdejších kanálech. O zábavu tu rozhodně není nouze.
