I like the hotel and am generally happy there. But my room on the 12th floor was somewhat noisy (because of the rooftop bar), both in the late evening and in the early morning. And I find the seating in the bar uncomfortable for breakfast: too many tables are too low for comfort. The background music is irritatingly loud.
A room of good standard and a nice breakfast experience. Most of all is the service excellence we experienced. All the people we met were very helpful and nice.

I understand that the hotel is business hotel which i booked because of the location. The receptions are ok (some are willing to service some did because of the duty.) I hardly complain about the hotel because i expect what i paid for. The worse thing is the staff at the bar, i asked for the seat available but he point at my face and tell me (not ask me) to out to wait outside. I understand that under the busy situation he may stress and don't want to talk nice to me. But you are the service provider, I'm a customer that at least i pay for the hotel. When i complain with the reception, he said he understand but doesn't feel of any understanding at all just a plain script. I think more training needed for some staff here

Prima en schone kamer en douche/toilet. Vlak in de buurt van Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. Ook ander openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Ik was er 's morgens al vroeg terwijl ik pas om 15.00 uur kon inchecken, maar kon mijn bagage daar al neerzetten. Geen probleem. Prima ontbijt en een prachtige ontbijtplek: 13e verdieping met uitzicht over Innsbruck!

Great location, gorgeous view, excellent breakfast and staff. Very comfortable bed.
I give low score because of the following reasons: reception service was very disappointing, from not answering the phone for hours to delays on check in/out or staff not available. Breakfast service not existence, very crowded, dirty tables and very messy. Rooms are nice and clean.
The overall experience was only satisfactory as we had to ask to change rooms after one night. The original room assigned on the 12th floor was noisy (unusual for Motel One!) and we could hear not only the guests in the neighbouring room and bathroom but also noise from the floor above, i.e. the Rooftop Bar Level, which lasted through to at least 1 a.m. Also the A/C in the original room was not working and as the room was south and west facing it became very hot and stuffy by the afternoon when we checked in and did not cool down during the night. We therefore asked to be moved the next day and were assigned a room on the 11th floor that was satisfactory. The reception staff were helpful and willing to make the changes without any fuss.
All good, only the breakfast coffee was ways too difficult to get. Why do you not put there a traditional can of coffee, so that the extremely long coffee waiting line can be avoided? Thanks.

From the moment of arriving until I departed, the Hotel’s staff and amenities were excellent…The location near the Old Town, train and bus stations were perfect…
The location is right next to the train station, so convenient to the station and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The rooms are super comfortable, a little small, but have everything you need. Amro is a delight, and je looked after us. Please book if you want to have a drink in the rooftop bar as it is busy. We loved our stay in Innsbruck.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center, next to the central railway station, and very convenient for food, restaurants, and shopping malls. Getting a taxi was never an issue, available 24/7. The hotel offers great value for money. My room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, with a beautiful sunrise view and stunning views of the Alps. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, a perfect choice for both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!
Excellent option in Innsbruck, convenient location just a couple of meters from the train station, still very quiet. Great views from the balcony. Staff is helpful and friendly. Really recommend staying here.

The corner room overlooking Innsbruck was just a miracle. Quite tiny room but good design. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom amenities were great. Breakfast with fantastic huge selection with breathtaking view. Location is impeccable at the Central Station. Kind and professional personnel at the reception and in the Bar. Also loved the Bar's design and cocktail choices without alcohol. I highly recommend this city hotel for all kind of travellers.

Awesome! Room and accommodations were terrific. The 13th floor bar is a definite bonus. The front desk staff was outstanding. We arrived early and fortunately a room was available. The gentleman who helped us was super helpful in recommending restaurants with traditional Austrian food and other things nearby. We would absolutely stay again.
The hotel is great and well situated next to the main train station. The only problem we had this time was that the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room the first night and Innsbruck had a high of 33 degrees celcius that day. We reported this to reception and luckily the problem was solved the next day. As a corporate member, doing quite a bit of business these past few years with Motel One, I would have expected a comped breakfast or at least a bottle of water due to this inconvenience. Another thing was that our room was not cleaned very well on the last night and no fresh towels were provided. The hallway outside our room was also full of crumbs that were not vacuumed during the length of our stay (4 nights).
Very small room + we had a room at the corner and the AC was not sufficient to keep the room cool. I think it was at least +25C in the room, even we kept the curtains closed for the full day. No parking and the partner parking where you receive discount was full so needed to pay full price in another parking. Great view from the room and breakfast area

De locatie is top en goed bereikbaar! Ook de matrassen liggen zeer goed. De airco werkt er top. Wat minder was waren blekker op het linnengoed. Dit hebben we aangegeven bijn de receptie. Echter moesten we zelf het linnen vervangen want huishouding was er niet meer. Voor een kamer waar je 160 voor betaal per nacht mag je toch verwachten dat je dat niet zelf hoef op te lossen...De douche was prima echter is heel.de vloer van de badkamer nat door slechte architectuur. Ook eerkte hrt pompje niet van de shampoo. Dit hebben we zelf opgelost door de dop er af te halen. Wat we zagen is dat er te veel viezigheid in zat. Toen we de douchekop aanzetten spoot hrt bijna alle kantem op want deze zat niet goed op de kraan gedraaid. Wat ook jammer was is dat we onze chrome cast niet konden verbinden met de tv want die functie was uit de tv gehaald. Wel moet ik zeggen dat het personeel zeer vriendelijk is je aan ze ziet dat ze hun werk echt leuk vinden. Mocht je graag cocktails drinken dan is onze tip ga de stad in daar is het veel goedkoper. De bar van het hotel op het dak ziet er tof uit maar de cocktails zijn veel te duur. De prijs en kwaliteit verhouding ban dit hotel is helaas slecht en raden we daarom niet aan.
While the balcony/bar area on the top is nice on the evenings,it does give the impression of a lack of atmosphere when you enter on the ground floor at the small reception area . It gives a different feeling to other motel one entrance areas,a lack of personality and atmosphere we have felt in others. The small but important issue for most travellers nowadays,is the ability to connect their Android device or a stick device to a hdmi output on the room tv. This is not the case in any other Motel One we have enjoyed.The tv was a new Samsung,but no facility or option to connect anything,i think this is a big step backwards. It would allow your guests from around the world to have more of a choice when in the room,and a feeling of home from home if allowed to access these options,and it would not cost anything as wifi is included. At one point both of our keys would not work ,to either access the room,the lifts or worse,the floors from the stairwell,this is a major safety concern in my opinion. If power to the building or systems took place ,could people who were to use the stairs to evacuate then access lower floors ? It was not possible when BOTH of our room keys would not work. Motel one is always super clear, and reasonably priced in general . I had booked 5 nights in Munich ,and during the 5 days we decided to travel to Innsbruck,so I booked a room,while already having paid for the 5 After arriving ,and after paying for a room,160 euros for the Special One, I was under the opinion I would receive a corner room with a view .I did not,i received a normal room as far as i am aware,I then received a discount offer on the app,not via email ,if i wished to make another booking. This would have been much more appreciated if i had received this before i had made the booking for Innsbruck,and also via email not just on the app,but i am not clear on the terms and conditions of this particular offer. To sum up,room keys should not stop working to access,rooms ,lifts or exits ,stairs at all times It should be possible to connect to the in room tv/media via , android/cast hdmi etc Any offers should be available to you as a Beone member, ie, on website or email not just via an app , especially if you have already had a booking on the same date . We only use Motelone while traveling in Germany, Austria ,Ireland, Uk and plan to in Poland and other destinations,we recommend it to all our friends and families .
Pros - Room looks new and is considered clean. I had a corner room and absolutely love the view 😊 Staff are polite and helpful. Location is great as it’s next to the hbf. Suggest areas to improve - bathroom has no ventilation and the entire bathroom was moist after each shower. Shower area has no door and the toilet floor was all wet no matter how I tried to angle myself. While I managed to borrow one from the reception counter, suggest to place an electric kettle and proper cups/glasses in each room as I may not be lucky everytime. Overall, my stay has been a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only thing that could be better is bigger tables at breakfast.
De kamer was wel heel erg klein, maar netjes en schoon. Lokatie was prima op wandelafstand van het centrum. De rooftop bar is voor een drankje helemaal goed.
Mobile key via phone is great but does not work in the elevators- so it is useless basically
Amazing experience i had the pleasure to spend a few nights in the location in berlin so I had to book again for my trip to innsbruck. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff is kind and professional I will definitely try other locations
Schoon en mooi motel dichtbij het station. Kamer met terras is aan te raden uitzicht op de bergen en in de middag een lekker zonnetje als hij schijnt :-) wifi haperde een beetje en was soms zwak vooral eind van de middag.
Een fijn hotel in Innsbruck waar ik inmiddels een paar keer heb verbleven. Kamers zijn klein maar handig ingericht. De Lounge, tevens restaurant op de hoogste verdieping maakt het een speciaal hotel met een fantastisch uitzicht op de stad en de bergen rondom Innsbruck. Op het bed lag alleen een 1-persoons dekbed. Ik heb 3 x moeten vragen om een groter of extra dekbed! In de zomer zou ik mijn gasten zomer dekbedden aanbieden!

Helemaal top! Mijn favoriete hotel in en om Innsbruck. We slapen hier altijd een nacht voor en na de wintersport. Super kamers, perfecte locatie, leuke bar, goed ontijt en aardig personeel.. wat wil je nog meer?
Perfecte locatie voor een kort verblijf, goed bereikbaar en mooie schone kamers. heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Geen last van Innsbruck HBf
Slim en mooi ontworpen hotel. Parkeren onder het hotel is een pluspunt! Een dik warm dekbed is veel te warm als ook de slaapkamer al warm is. Veel hotels maken de fout dat de dekbedden te warm zijn. Met het raam open slapen was geen optie vanwege het lawaai van het verkeer. Fijne lounge/bar en ontbijtruimte op de bovenste verdieping met rondom een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad en de bergen. De terrassen zijn ook fijn. kwaliteit en keuzemogelijkheden ontbijt was goed.

Prima hotel, had graag een grotere loungeruimte gezien om lekker te zitten, ruimte in hal is prima, lekker warm, maar beperkt. De bar is te klein, de twee avonden dat we wilden gaan, was het vol. Jammer.
Wat hebben wij genoten, een heerlijk hotel en fantastisch personeel. Heel erg vriendelijk! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Innsbruck is goed beschermd. Als een lange lijfwacht ontfermen de Alpen zich over de Oostenrijkse bergmetropool en waken over de historische pronkstukken van de stad. Dus niet alleen een wandeling door het charmante oude centrum is de moeite waard. Ook een verandering van perspectief loont zich.
In slechts 20 minuten wisselt u het hartje van de Tiroolse metropool in voor de prachtige bergtoppen van de Nordkette. Op een hoogte van maar liefst 2334 meter ligt Innsbruck letterlijk aan uw voeten. Stop, haal diep adem en geniet van het 360-graden panorama- uitzicht over het Alpenjuweel. Hier is het goed toeven, nietwaar?
Innsbruck – waar natuur en cultuur hand in hand gaan
Laten we eerlijk zijn: bijna geen enkele andere stad is zo in evenwicht met natuurlijke en culturele schatten als Innsbruck. Soms laat ze zich van haar groene kant zien, soms blinkt ze uit vanwege haar culturele erfgoed. Laten we beginnen met een korte geschiedenisles: in Innsbruck kunt u niet om het Gouden Dak heen. Het prachtige bouwwerk in het centrum van de oude stad trekt bezoekers van heinde en verre. De kostbare constructie is te danken aan keizer Maximiliaan I. Rond de eeuwwisseling in de 16e eeuw gaf hij opdracht tot de bouw van het waardevolle monument dat maar liefst 2657 vuurvergulde koperen dakspanen bevat.
En Innsbruck heeft nog een historisch pronkstuk te danken aan keizer Maximiliaan I: de Hofburg. Deze statige voormalige keizerlijke en koninklijke residentie verrijkt sinds het begin van de 16e eeuw het stadsbeeld met zijn laatgotische elementen. Geen wonder dat ook keizerin Sissi hier een prachtig appartement liet inrichten voor haar bezoeken aan Innsbruck.
Maar liefhebbers van architectuur kunnen ook mooie foto’s schieten in Anpruggen. Dit historische deel van de stad ligt op de linkeroever van de Inn en ziet er dankzij de gebouwen met bontgekleurde gevels en de prachtige Nordkette op de achtergrond uit als een plaatje uit een prentenboek.
Genoeg van de cultuur in Innsbruck, dan gaan we nu de natuur in: de Alpen-Zoo, de hoogst gelegen dierentuin van Europa, ligt namelijk al op u te wachten. Ga naar binnen en bekijk meer dan 150 diersoorten die van nature in de Alpen voorkomen: van bruine beren, lynxen en otters tot aan baardgieren. Ook de skischans Bergisel is een bezoek meer dan waard. Met een hoogte van maar liefst 134 meter wordt de beroemde skischans terecht beschouwd als het "arendsoog" van Innsbruck. Niet alleen moedige wintersporters, maar ook fijnproevers en bergliefhebbers houden van de adembenemende hoogte. Neem een van de twee high-tech liften en in minder dan twee minuten bent u bij het panoramaterras of bij het restaurant Bergisel Sky. Bij dit uitzicht smaakt de Wiener Schnitzel nog lekkerder.

Van oude ambachtswinkels en rustieke delicatessenwinkeltjes met Tirools spek, steenolie en honing tot aan elegante modeboetieks: tussen de Annazuil, het Gouden Dak en Ottoburg komt elke winkelliefhebber aan zijn of haar trekken.
Van al dat gewinkel krijgt u behoorlijke honger, nietwaar? De vele Oostenrijkse restaurants, bars en snackbars op de terugweg naar het hotel zijn precies wat u nodig heeft. Zin in stevige kost? Geniet dan van een flinke portie Tiroler Gröstl, Kaspressknödel of Kasspatzln met geroosterde uien. Zin in iets zoets?
