great lobby... great staff... maybe a tiny bit more in the room for the business traveller... ? a safe? more hangers?
I recently stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be really good. Friendly staff who were very helpful, a good choice at breakfast even though the hotel was still being refurbished and high levels of cleanliness. The only improvement would be if there were tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
Voor de overnachting op de terugreis vanuit Zwitserland is dit de ideale bestemming. Zodat ik op de volgende dag terug kan reizen naar Nederland.
the room is very Basic there are no minimum facilities available like hot water kettle or tea bags no cupboard for cloths..

Generally a mediocre hotel. The beds were amazing as was the bathroom very good, although small. The carpet was relatively dirty and the room was small. The location was easily accessible and in a good spot for trips to the centre, as two metro lines were close by and many trams. The reception was just typical but there to answer questions! Overall I would stay again
The staff is very nice and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible considering the renovations.
Got a super small room even if we were 2 people, a single blanket, AC didn’t work at all. So we had to cancel the remaining days we had there and move to another hotel.

I’ve stayed at your hotels in different cities and locations before, and I was generally satisfied with them as well. But the team here is truly outstanding. Many thanks to each and every one of them.
Happy as always. But due to the ongoing renovation, the lounge and bar was not available. No problem with that as it was announced. But 20 EUR for a reduced breakfast (croissant & coffee) makes me reducing the promoter score.
Prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend. Schoon en gastvrij ook voor onze hond. Gratis ontbijt vanwege verbouwing in de lobby, niks in kamer gehoord van de verbouwing
Great budget friendly stay. Right next to the mall with everything you need and you can get around Frankfurt easily as there is an U-bahn, Sbahn, and straßenbahn stop. Breakfast was lovely. I like the concept of the smaller room to save money but still be in a perfect location.

Very bad value for money. It was way overpriced considering the size of the room and the general quality.
War super
Suggest adding a Safe to the room. Also more glasses for drinking etc.in bathroom. Also bathroom door does not stay open without blocking it with an item. This is annoying when in such a small space. Having the door open allows steam out and adds a feeling of space... Bar staff do not seem very happy - not many smiles....Breakfast staff very friendly and reception was fine...
Super Team
It is conveniently close to the venue. The staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast was good, as were the bar drinks. The bed was comfortable, but the comforter was too small for the bed. I missed a night-table or shelf, for putting my phone / jewelry / water bottle on. I missed a safe. I missed toiletries: hair conditioner, and body lotion. It was a good stay which would have been a little more comfortable with the last three items.
The overall experience is always very good. Rooms were cold, as the overall hotel heating was disconnected, this was a bit uncomfortable.
One of the ground floor Bar personal (stronger person) was very unfriendly and aggressive in his behavior in different occasions and with different guests.
A very special mention to Nicolas at breakfast what a gem! He can teach more of the team to smile especially reception. Location is great. With the high charges over fairs, there should be a bottle of water in the room. It would also be good for some light voile curtains for some privacy in the room when curtains are opened for natural light or when opening the windows for some fresh air.
Hotel was super! Nicola herkende ons vanaf de 2e dag en het is heel fijn om een vriendelijk persoon tegen te komen in de ochtend De kamer en badkamer hadden iets groter gekund, met opbergruimte voor de kleding. Verder super verblijf gehad!

My room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. The air conditioning didn't work. My room on the ground floor was particularly noisy due to its proximity to the lobby room. Totally unsatisfied this time.
Goed hotel als uitvalsbasis voor een Beurs in Frankfurt Messe. Loopafstand acceptabel en een aantal fijne restaurants vlakbij.
All things were ok but so many problem with parking, at 9:30 pm was indicated as free places but was completely full, receptionist gave me the opportunity of another parking but I’ve paid 45€/day…

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room faced the front of the hotel and we didn't hear a thing at night from outside. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend it to friends and we would stay again.

Good morning, Everything in room and lobby was good. The only point to improvement is breakfast. In my opinion breakfast is the most important meal, and should not a big investment to have a something warm like scrumbled eggs, hot susage or bacon. Boiled eggs is better than nothing but should be thare even mayo not only a salt.
Considering the small size of the room, would appreciate if there is power plug below or near the desk for easy working, most wire are not long enough to pull from the other side of the wall.

op de website staat dfat dit hotel een parkeerkelder heeft. Ik boek dit hotel om die reden. Dan blijkt ineens achteraf dat we moeten betalen hiervoor. Telefonisch zijn jullie onbereikbaar. Ik heb na 12 minuten in de wacht staan de verbinding beeindigd. WAARDELOOS !!!

In het Motel One Frankfurt Messe draait alles om de financiële en beursmetropool - kortom, om geld. Dat geldt uiteraard niet voor onze traditioneel voordelige kamerprijzen, maar wel voor de thematische vormgeving van de One Lounge. Onze kamerhoge ledwand staat helemaal in het thema van de beursstad “Ontmoeting - Mensen - Beweging” en de fotografische weergave van begrippen uit de omgangstaal zoals 'Mäuse' en 'Zaster' maken de stressvolle werkdag algauw veel relaxter. Hoogwaardige designmeubels in het zitgedeelte van de Broker nodigen uit om urenlang ontspannen over de aandelenmarkt te kletsen. Hier start u elke ochtend met een gezond ontbijt en 's avonds sluit u hier de dag af met een goed glas wijn in een aangename sfeer.
Dankzij de ideale ligging bent u vanaf het Motel One Frankfurt Messe zeer snel op uw zakelijke afspraak, want op slechts 300 meter afstand van het hotel vindt u al de hoofdingang van het beursgebouw en ook de Europawijk met zijn congrescentra ligt op wandelafstand. Een stadswandeling gecombineerd met wat shoppen op de Zeil en wat culturele bezichtigingen aan het Romer zijn perfect mogelijk, zelfs al heeft u weinig tijd. Ook voor liefhebbers van de klassieke muziek en de tentoongestelde kunst ligt ons hotel perfect om een onvergetelijke avond in de Alte Oper te beleven.
