LOvely Staff, very clean and very central. Cosy Atmosphere
Hôtel très bien situé comme toujours pour Motel One, personnel adorable, très bon petit déjeuner comme toujours aussi ; la chambre était prête déjà à 11:00, nous avons eu une chambre plus grande que réservée, calme et lumineuse. Il y a juste la température de la chambre que nous n’avons pas trouvé où régler, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre la nuit pour nous mais sinon nous recommandons !
The hotel is in a fantastic location near so many beautiful things to see and visit. The room was great and specifically the shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly at breakfast the staff were very efficient and energetic and the breakfast was good. Only thing that really annoyed me was the noise in the street outside at night, trucks collecting trash around midnight, people shouting and other noises, cars and motorbikes driving speed during the night. I also missed net curtains in the windows, I like to get some light in in the morning, but with the office buildings just across the street, I had to keep the curtains closed until I was dressed.
freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück
Es hat mich geärgert, dass ich für die größere Zimmervariante ca.100 Euro mehr bezahlte, während meine Freundin die Standard Version gebucht hatte, ein Upgrate erhielt und die gleiche Zimmerkategorie bewohnen konnte. Das war für sie erfreulich, aber ich fand das im Grunde ziemlich ungeschickt! Wenn si ein unmittelbarer Vergleich im Preis ersichtlich ist, komme ich mir als häufig Motel one Buchende nicht gut behandelt vor!!

Un hotel de 10. La habitación muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda, muy silencioso. El personal encantadores. Por poner un pero, estaría bien que tuviese algo más de picoteo en carta ( tabla de embutidos por ejemplo) para poder acompañarlo con las bebidas de cafetería.
Sólo estuve una noche, llegué a las 20:30 y me fui a las 10:00 h. Puedo decir que la habitación estaba muy bien, la cama cómoda y la atención del personal fue más que correcta.

Nos alojamos un grupo grande (22 pax) durante un mes y la amabilidad del personal ha sido siempre de 10. Echamos de menos algunos servicios (gimnasio y lavandería sobre todo), pero la ubicación y sobre todo la amabilidad del personal lo compensa. Ha habido problemas pero siempre se han solucionado de forma eficaz y satisfactoria. Eso sí, el alquiler de la sala de reuniones nos pareció bastante caro.
The staff was very nice and made us feel at home. My recommendation is that for long stays the consumables shall be renewed. I spent 1 month in the room and the spare toilet paper roll was never replaced, until one day i had to ask for it as I had finished both. Same for the paper glass to hold the toothbrush: once i used the 2 spares they were never replaced. One month is long and the need for consumables is not the same as for short stays.
Fantastic hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best nights sleep. Central location was great. We will definitely stay again. Many thanks.

En general me ha gustado todo pero me gustaría que tuviera servicio de habitaciones y algo de comida en el bar. La página del hotel debería de estar en español por defecto para España.
The room was far too hot and we were unable to get a proper night's sleep during our entire stay - hence the low score. The staff, who were all excellent, tried their best to adjust the climate control for us. In the end, they turned the air conditioning off at the main control panel and we slept with the terrace doors open (in January/February). You need to sort this problem out, as it does nothing for you brand. I am a member of beOne and normally happy to recommend your hotels, however on this occasion my partner and I were extremely disappointed with our stay. Madrid is a fabulous city for those who aren't sleep deprived.
Freundlicher Empfang, gutes Zimmer, mehr brauchte es nicht für eine kurze geschäftliche Reise... Leider funktionierte die Dusche nicht, tröpfelte nur, das Waschbecken war verstopft.

El alojamiento supera las expectativas
Das Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht, inkl. sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter. Das Interior der Zimmer unterscheidet sich vom gängigen Motel One Stil, da es bis vor einigen Jahren von einer anderen Hotelkette betrieben wurde. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön gestaltet.
Very friendly service, especially at the reception. Rooms are bigger than in other Motel Ones. Tasty breakfast.
Ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Madrid, schönes geräumiges Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Nur das Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein wenig reichhaltiger sein, z.B. Rührei wäre schön. Weiterhin wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wünschenswert. Enge Tiefgarage, aber mit ein wenig Kurbeln passen auch größere SUVs rein.
Ein wirkliche gutes Hotel. Preis/Leistung sehr gut, 100% Empfehlung.

Excellent stay. Excellent service. Great on the go breakfast! I will certainly stay again. Very good for the low price in hotel/ motels. You cannot beat this location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Cafes. Restaurants. High end world shopping. The royal palace took me 8 minutes to get to by foot. All this and it’s very quiet.
To mój pierwszy negatywny komentarz na temat jakiegokolwiek hotelu. A to dlatego, że zamiast standardowego pokoju, który mieliśmy zamówiony dostaliśmy pokój z drzwiami do drugiego pokoju przez co nasz rytm dnia ustanawiali goście właśnie z pokoju obok. Było słychać wszystko: budzik, poranną toaletę, rozmowy itd. Minusem był też stan łazienki, obdrapane lustro, brud w narożnikach pod prysznicem. Brak jednorazowych kosmetyków jak patyczki, waciki czy balsam do ciała. To nie pierwsza moja wizyta w Motel One więc spodziewałam się standardu jak w innych miastach tej sieci.

First room was unfortunately very stinky and we needed to insist to get an new room. The Price was also very high even if i come regulary to Madrid.
Excellentes prestations sur les éléments les plus importants : qualité de la chambre, literie, insonorisation et qualité du petit déjeuner. Les prestations sont cependant assez limitées ; ce serait appréciable d'avoir un fer à repasser dans la chambre et une bouilloire avec quelques sachets de thé. Je suis venu dans le cadre d'un programme de formation, qui s'appelle ECATA, que nous organisons une fois tous les 2 ans avec l'université ETSIAE, depuis plus de 30 ans. Nous venons de changer d'hôtel pour venir chez vous. Un tarif a pu être négocié pour les 22 participants, en revanche nous n'avons pas pu avoir de tarif fixe pour les organisateurs ou lecturers occasionnels ; les prix varient en fonction des jours et l'amplitude est très grande. J'ai par ailleurs été déçu d'apprendre que l'on nous avait demandé de payer 400 € de plus pour prolonger la réservation d'une salle de réunion prise toute la journée, pour 3 heures d'occupation supplémentaire. Cela ne me semble pas très commercial. Quand vous avez 22 personnes durant 4 semaines, il me semble que vous pourriez faire un geste pour qu'ils aient envie de revenir la prochaine fois.

This is a perfect location for a city break in Madrid. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the vicinity and it’s so close to Gran Via and all the main sites. The hotel was an excellent price and I would return again
