Excellent central location. Great bar, open late, good selection of drinks and friendly staff. Room was not equipped with hairdryer but one was made available upon request. Bed was very comfortable but pillows weren't great. Overall we were impressed. Will definitely recommend to others and will most likely stay here again. Thanks
Everyone needs a Pablo on their front desk, he is polite, friendly and takes an interest in you as a guest. The room was clean and one of the good things about it is, it has the option of actually opening the window which is rare in hotels now. Would quite like the option of having an iron in the room.
Had a lovely stay, the hotel was spotless, the people who work there were really polite, helpful and approachable.
A fantastic stay as always
Rooms are good, shower great. Love it that your trying to be more sustainable. Our first booking we were given a room with a smaller bed than booked. Your staff were very helpful and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. Our second visit was interrupted with a fire alarm at 4am. Not the hotels fault but more information would have been helpful.

Great hotel and location. I was only here for a day but it was a great sized room for one person, bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean. If I’m back in Manchester, I will stay here again. My only critique is that when I checked in, the person at the desk read out my room number and floor. I appreciate that it was just me in reception at the time but as I was travelling alone I would have preferred that information to be kept private, especially as it was near the bar and main doors. The person who checked me in was very nice and helpful so I think it was a mistake and I did not want to make a complaint but leave as feedback instead. I did not make use of the lounge and bar so I can’t comment on that. I have coeliac disease and wasn’t sure there would be options for food.
Great location. Hotel and room very clean and modern. Some USB outlets in the sockets would be helpful. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast is a bit unexciting and whilst it was free as it was my first booking I wouldn't pay for it.

One night stay over for dinner out with friends in Manchester, this was the perfect solution. Central, comfortable room, comfortable bed, shower room, all very clean and visually well presented. Wander back to a good bar at the end of the evening for liqueur and coffee before retiring. Easy checkin and checkout. What's not to love.
A great experience staying at your hotel for the first time. Receptionist was warm and welcoming we were early to check input she explained the process and we were checked in within 10 minutes she was very helpful andfriendly. Room was a good size bed very comfy and great location as well. Will definitely book again if available for next visit

Great find, not sure how long motel one has been in Manchester but this is the first time we have stayed here. Hotel room was ready for us on arrival ( 11:30am) which very convenient and rare as other hotels can’t give you a room till after 3pm. Room was clean and comfortable , staff were all friendly especially the bar staff . Location of the hotel is brilliant, right in the heart of Manchester.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Loved the quiet room. The only issue was the air conditioning being turned off and room was too hot but this problem was resolved for the second night.

Had a very warm welcome when arrived. The room was good and the breakfast was lovely too. I would definitely stay with you again - now that I know where you are! I got lost on the way to your hotel, so if you provided directions via train station to where you are on St Peter's Square that would have been helpful, as several 'locals' gave me different directions! Apart from that, you have a lovely hotel and the staff are very nice.
Excellent stay in Manchester - St Peter's Square. The room was clean and modern. My room allocation was quiet and had a very comfortable sleep. The hotel breakfast was light and fresh, perfect start to the day. The reception and seating areas are well maintained and very relaxing a comfortable place to hang out, from the busy city centre. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I'm a frequent visitor to Manchester for friends and family, so always the first choice, whatever the occasion. I've said it before, but a home away from home. Thanks Motel One! Oh, and the 10% discount really helps!
Was a nice room. A few negatives were my shower gel was empty , and there was no bin, so had to ask for both. Resolved pretty quickly. Clean which is good.

Hôtel très propre et bien situé. L’arrêt de métro est juste en face. Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre était spacieuse. Literie parfaite! Une très belle expérience, à retenir!
Super hôtel ! Au delà de la chambre propre, moderne avec une bonne literie ... Le personnel est génial. Ils prennent le temps de nous expliquer et d'essayer qu'on comprenne la langue. Ils sont disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Hôtel bien tenu, bien insonorisé et personnel très souriant et serviable. Situation idéale pour découvrir Manchester, centrale et à 2 pas du tramway. Lit confortable. Salle de bains ok sauf la douche : étions obligés de se mettre tout contre le mur pour ne pas mouiller le sol du reste de la salle de bains.

Super bien situé proche de tout au centre ville ! Déco de chambre et du lobby très jolie et lit confortable pour le prix. Juste dommage pas de système d'aération dans la salle de bains Petit dej' très correct ( mais staff pas très attentif, tables pas nettoyées, plats vides,...) Staff de l'accueil checkin / check out super sympa !

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, avec une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit la partie chambre ou la salle de bain. Très calme également, et l'équipe est sympathique. Prix un peu élevé, mais cohérent étant donné l'emplacement.

Excellent hôtel. Bien situé, belle chambre, très propre, tout neuf, chouette bar (même si un peu cher...).
Très bonne expérience. L'hôtel est idéalement situé (6 mn à pied de la gare d'oxford, reliée à l'aéroport), en plein centre ville, on peut tout visiter à pied sans problème. Le confort et la propreté de la chambre sont également à un niveau excellent. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir me faire un thé dans la chambre. Aucun bruit, j'ai rarement vu un hôtel aussi calme !. Je ne connaissais pas cette chaine mais je recommande sans hésiter.

Entrez donc pour siroter une tasse de thé dans notre hôtel design avant de partir à la découverte de Manchester. Notre Motel One Manchester-St Peter’s Square est un point de départ idéal pour votre escapade à travers Cottonopolis, surnom que cette cité doit à son passé d’ancienne capitale de l’industrie textile. En quelques minutes de marche seulement, vous atteindrez de nombreux sites incontournables de la ville : le Palace Theater, la Manchester Art Gallery, l’église Sainte-Marie ou encore le musée des Sciences et de l’Industrie. Bref, tout ce qui fait envie aux passionnés d’art et de culture. Quant aux rats de bibliothèques et autres inconditionnels d’architecture, ces derniers ne seront pas en reste non plus, car à proximité de notre hôtel se trouvent la Portico Library, la John Rylands Library et la Central Library. Que diriez-vous d’y faire tour ? Pour leur intérieur comme leur extérieur, les trois valent d’autant plus le détour qu’elles sont accessibles à pied.
