It was the first time in Motel One. It was a very nice design in the lobby area, very comfortable and clever to combine this area for breakfast and the bar. The reception was quick and the staff in the reception and bar were very friendly. The room was very good, clean and spacious. I would definitely use Motel One again and recommend it to others. The hotel location was very good, close to the Altestadt, for restaurants, not far from Bremen Station and the Messe.

Checking in took long. Room is very basic.. two towels in total, soap and shampoo seems a bit cheap / not easy to erogate, post shower the mirror was completely wet as no air circulating system. It is ok for very short stays only, in my opinion.

Our stay was great, the rooms were clean and roomy enough. Because we stayed during the summer, the AC was very welcome! However, we did miss a kettle and a coffee machine in the room itself.
Good location and very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and had access to outside for fresh air and air conditioning for the summer heat. Breakfast was excellent and many local choices if required. No tea making facility was a bit poor and shower was dangerously slippery. We placed a hand towel on base as shower mat and that worked.
For 107 Euro the night, we expected a small refrigerator. There was only a bed stand on one side of the bed. No information in the room about internet connection.

Room is good. Design great. Breakfast great too. I wold have liked an option between the cleaning every day and the no cleaning at all though. A lot of effort has been put into sound proofing, and thank you for that. But it doesn’t filter out the sound of trams. So avoid the rooms along that side of the hotels if you can. Parking at this motel is not easy to plan ahead, and the staff were not very helpful. The choice of motel in the name does sort of indicate, that you can travel in by car and park it at the motel, but alas there are a limited number of parking spaces available. So if arriving late (6 PM in our case) there is no parking. Had the motel ansvered my comment about that in my booking, I would have been prepared by finding alternative parking. But I did not get an answer, and was a bit surprised and annoyed at arrival. Directions to (very neaby) alternative parking from the reception staff was not very helpful, so we ended up spending 30 minutes at a 10 minute problem. An unfortunate start, that ligered.

Nice room with balcony, spacious bathroom, good breakfast. The parking garage was full and you are in the middle of a busy city center, but luckely we did find a good alternative around the corner.
I have stayed in Motel One several times and always enjoyed our stay. I booked a room with a balcony, I had not expected to have a shared balcony. This poses a security risk and also privacy, a barrier needs to be implemented.

Our initial reception and arrival was somewhat disappointing….i) we had a long wait to check in.ii) asked to park and did so…but the car park was full. iii) having taken our luggage up to the assigned room discovered that it was a single. I’ve) another long wait at reception to rectify this and find out where we could park.v) given poor directions to the car park and intact ended up in one that was 10+ minutes walk rather than 3 for the nearer one.vi) directions to somewhere to eat locally not great …luckily a lady had overheard our request and told us about an Italian close by…which was very good. The room was significantly smaller than our recent experiences in Hannover, Liepzig and other motel one. But after these initial setbacks our stay was ok. Not sure whether I would recommend this hotel …but certainly have good experience at other motel one
Staff excellent, the only help would have beern to be told how to switch the lights on, namely with my room card in the card holder at the door. And also literature in the room detailing what is available in the way of breakfast, evening bar etc and instructions for fire escape. There was no way of contacting the staff by phone from the room..
Une note 6 alors que nous avons toujours trouvé vos hôtels parfaits. Que se soit à Munich ou à Bruxelles, nous avons adoré. À Brême, le Checkin était parfait, la réception parfaite, la chambre parfaite. Malheureusement nous avons été très déçu par le petit déjeuner. Tout d’abord et surtout par le manque de place. Pour le nombre de chambres la salle de petit déjeuner est définitivement trop petite. Ensuite la place dévolue au buffet est également beaucoup plus petite que dans dans les autres établissements cités plus haut, ce qui induit un choix plus restreint. Avoir besoin de plus d’une demi-heure pour trouver un emplacement pour quatre personnes et devoir débarrasser soi-même car le personnel était apparemment également dépassé par la situation nous a fait mal commencer la journée. Voilà pourquoi nous ne donnons que la note 6 au motel one de Brême. Nos expériences ultérieures ont par contre toujours été parfaites et nous reviendrons chez motel one dans le futur.

Had a good stay. For next stays ( and there will a number of them until the end of march) I would like to have a room on the 'inside of the hotel ( so a room on the left side of the corridor, (if you consider the rooms on the left side when leaving the elevator) not on the street side

Room directly next to lift and therefore could not sleep. I know those rooms have to be used, maybe provide earplugs in the room? However, lovely room, very good bed!! Love the bathroom!!! Your staff is friendly and so helpful. Very hard working. We will be back 👍🏼

1.- problème à l'arrivée entre la société et l'hôtel concernant la réservation... (décalé d'un jour) heureusement la personne à la réception était compréhensive et a trouvé une solution, malheureusement j'ai dû payer les chambres pour 2 nuitées alors que tout devait être réglé par la société 2.- alarme incendie a 1H15 du matin, j'espère que vous avez retrouvé la personne ayant sans doute fumé dans une chambre, et qu'il soit condamné voire même financièrement pour le remboursement de cette nuitée

It's been my second time at MOTEL One in Bremen and I had again a nice stay. The location is great, the staff is very friendly. the rooms are very small, but the price value is totally OK. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room this time ;(.
Excellent location, and quiet despite proximity to main roads. Tram stop very close by, and just two quick tram journeys to/from the airport. Lots of eateries close by along the river. Ten minutes walk at most to the Altstadt. Unfortunately there were times when the breakfast supplies could not keep up with demand, which was very .disappointing. Otherwise I would give top marks.
I liked the stay in Bremen. The location of the hotel is very central and close to the beautiful Brill. The rooms, staff, service & breakfast are great and I am used to that unique Motel One style. However, I am not rating higher than 8, because the location of the hotel restaurant/bar/terrace is not ideal on the ground floor. For guests sitting outside, the traffic & passants are distracting. But overall, good rating for a relaxed one-night-stay in Bremen. Well done! :)
