Everything was great! The UBahn was so close, which has been very useful for us, as we used the public transportation of the city. The only negative I can think of, is the lack of flip flops in the room. Other than that, jolly good mates!

The only comment would be the inability to have tea / coffee facilities in your own room was quite annoying.
i arrived late at night still very simple check in and very two really friendly young receptionists they also gave us something to drink at the Bar location also fine i will definitely come back. Great :)
Very good overall. The only thing I missed was a kettle for preparing coffee or tea in the room.

Hotel con personal muy amable. Habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero muy cómodas, limpieza impecable. Cama con colchón cómodo . Muy bien desayuno y variado. Al tener el subte en la esquina es muy práctico manejarse a otros sectores de la ciudad. Volvería.

It was definitely good, up to the great quality and design standard we're used to from motel One. However when we started using motel one regularly for our business trips, it was always great quality at a great price. Now we paid approx €320 per room, and in that price range you're competing with a whole different class of hotels. Then the little things like the overcrowded breakfast area, limited breakfast options such as no fried or scrambled eggs and sober room interiors make it significatly less the "great value for money" case it used to be. Looking back at the value for this very high price I would probably not choose it the next time.
Good location if you need to be in a walking distance to the convention center. Reasonably priced but you may miss: 1. Mini-fridge in the room, 2. Phone in the room, 3. Room service, 4. Sound-proof walls, specially if the couple next door feels sexy and noisy, 5. Healthy options for meals, 6. Good restaurants and shops nearby.

Impressed by good design of premises and furniture and friendlyness of reception. I highly appreciated the opportunity to check into the room at 10:30 already, without extra charge. Very good value for money.

Reason for low wifi score: Wi-Fi without a password isn’t useful for me. Super cosy room on 5th floor. Reception in the evening was forthcoming. During the day … a bit strange and unhappy faces. Breakfast: lactose free options were great. More egg variations would be great. And nuts.
The room was too small and there was enough options for breakfast. It was a little bit poor. Everything else was good.

I really like Motel One. My room was clean and you could not hear any street noise. Staff was very nice as well. My only complaint are the pillows, as they are very hard and high.

I had reserved a special room and was given room 538, which is on the top floor and lovely, but so close to the elevator (and elevator motors/mechanics) that you constantly hear those noises in the background. So I kindly asked for a different room, which the staff was happy to provide, but it was a smaller room. So in essence I got penalized for not wanting to sleep right next to the elevator. I'd suggest to just book a standard room and save the money for a superior room in the future.
For business travel perfect, only missing scrambled eggs in the morning.. :)
Yearly I stay at Your hotel a few times. And I always wanted to mention that the air in the room is very dry. I stayed 4 nigths this time. My nose is bloody dry in the morning. I experience this in every time when i stay at Your hotel. In the summertime it is better a bit, because i can sleep with an open window.
Would have prefered if the room temp wasn't set to 24/25 C but otherwise enjoyed the stay :)

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was not worth the money, nothing warm like scrambled egg, bacon or sausages and the fruit salad was direct from the can.
A good place to stay if visiting the Messe, good breakfast and friendly staff. The media streaming feature from PC/mobile to the TV did not work.

Overall the hotel has been very clean and neat. The bed has been made very comfortable with two pillows and a warm bed blanket. The towels in the bathroom were white and without any stains and in satisfing amount - for the floor, face and body towel had been present. The TV had only german chanels available maybe put some english speaking to the menu would be great too, especially if you have an international guest attire. What I appreciate a lot is the quietness of the hotel. The floor has been covered in carpet therefore all the steps and unanwanted noises has been silenced by the fibers of the carpet. Also the room has been quiet and one has not been disturbed by the traffic in the hallway and other rooms. The most pleasant moment has been in the morning at the breakefast. The pastry has been warm, the jogurt has been cold but still maintained the room tepmperature, the salami has been delicious also the variety of cheeses could satisfy my appetite. The OJ has tasted fresh, not too sweet not too yellow. And the freshly baked peacan pie was just a sweet finish of a very pleasant stay at motel one. The staff at the reception seemed to be a bit confused at the check in but stayed calm during the whole process. The staff in the breakfast area has been very efficient and pleasant to talk to. Thank you.
First stay ~ The people at the alcohol-bar need to be nicer to the customer. On the evening of around 30 Dec 2024, the male bartender was rude and the server woman was unprofessional for a rate of 4. On 26 Dec 2024 they were nice for a rate of 10. Both stays ~ However, a rate of 10 to Claudia from Colombia & Guadalupe from Venezuela that both worked at the breakfast, and both were fantastic & caring, especially the lady Claudiathat was so attentive!!! Also a rate 10 to Alexandra (maybe from Poland) that cleaned my room she was kind, friendly & helpful. Please express my gratitude, from Lauri to Claudia, Guadalupe, and Alexandra!!! 🥰 Thank you!

Bonito y funcional.
Una buenísima experiencia. La habitación muy amplia y muy bien insonorizada, el hotel estaba lleno y no se oía un ruido, cama comodísima, almohadas estupendas, personal muy amable. Decoración simpática, muy agradable jardín, muy buena selección de música y coctels en el bar. Solo un pero, el desayuno fue una decepción, por casi 17 euros, fruta de pésima calidad, zumo de naranja de bote, no hay tostadora, café de dudosa calidad... Un 10 de hotel buscando otro lugar donde desayunar!
Cómodo, limpio, decoración muy bonita Falla el desayuno, solo opciones frías y sobre todo carbohidratos y azúcares, muy poco saludable. No se corresponde además con las imágenes de la web.
Hace much tiempo que me quedo en el MotelOne cuando viaje por trabajo a Viena y siempre es una experienca muy agradable. Me encanta la zona exterior en verano para tomar algo y el servicio es excelente. Quiero destacar la atención muy cálida de Vicky, siempre nos da la bienvenida con una sonrisa!
Tuvimos una buena estancia en el hotel, pero si que es verdad que la falta de amabilidad de algunos empleados, ensuciaron un poco nuesta estancia. Concretamente, hubieron tres personas con las que no nos sentimos buen tratados ni yo ni mi familia (ibamos 10 personas): una chica morena que estaba en recepción el viernes 26 de abril a las 10 de la noche, la chica rubia con cola que estava en la recepción del restaurante el sábado 27 de abril a la hora del desayuno y una chica que repostaba comida en un carro a la hora del desayuno. Los comentarios y expresiones de las tres chicass nos hicieron sentir un poco despreciados en el hotel, nose si por el hecho se ser tantos, de llevar niños (la chica morena de recepción nos llegó a decir que NO era un hotel familiar sino de negocios….) o por el hecho de no ser austríacos. Sin embargo, hubieron otras personas que lograron que nos fueramos del hotel con un buen sabor de boca: una chica muy dulce y rubia que estaba també en recepción la noche del 26 de abril y que nos ayudó con nuestro problema, y una chica colombiana que estaba en el desayuno el sábado 27 de abril. També queremos agradecer las disculpas reiteradas por parte de la recepcionista rubia, así como por carta en la habitación y el detalle con la bebida que tubieron para disculparse con nosotros, també nos dejo muy buen sabor de boca. Finalmente, decir que no se gestionó del todo bien la capacidad de nuewta habitación cuando hicimos la reserva por email, ya que en nuesta habitación eramos 2 adultos y 2 niñas (3 y 5 años) y nos dieron una habitación con cama de matrimonio y cuna de bebé, con lo que era imposible que durmieramos allí los 4. Por eso se generó nuestro “problema” que más tarde se solucionó cambiandonos a una habitación con cama de matrimonio y una cama individual extra. Quizá des de un principio tubieramos que haber sido colocados en esta segunda habitación y así todos nos hubiéramos saltado el mal rato de la noche del viernes. Con todo esto, de nuevo (estubimos en Berlin en el Motel One de Alexanderplatz en 2022) hemos gozado del hotel Motel One, con su diseño, su calma, su comodidad, limpieza y buen desayuno. Si en un futuro seguimos podiendo reservar habitación en el hotel, seguiremos viajando con esta cadena, ya que su concepto nos encanta. Gracias por todo, y las críticas siempre son constructivas :)
Excelente ubicación, frente al magnífico parque de atracciones Prater. Yo fui por viaje de trabajo en la Messe y es muy practico ya que está a 10 minutitos de distancia caminando. También hay metro Justo delante que te lleva al centro de Viena. Recomiendo cojer el desayuno ya que es todo muy fresco y los panes y brioxeria recién hechos cada día. Este año me sorprendió que un día no han limpiado la habitación, es lo único negativo que tengo que decir, es muy desagradable llegar despeues de 10 horas de trabajo y encontrarte la habitación y el baño sin limpiar… El personal de recepción súper amable y receptivo. Gracias por todo, nos vemos el próximo año!

Junto al famoso parque de atracciones Viena Prater
«¡Pasen y vean!», será lo que oiga en el Prater. Y también en nuestro Motel One Viena-Prater. Y es que las atracciones del famoso parque aparecen también en el diseño de nuestro hotel. Históricos caballos de carrusel y barcos piratas dan a nuestro One Lounge un aire original. Algunos elementos de diseño, como la Pig Table de Moooi o la Rabbit Lamp, nos recuerdan que, más allá del parque atracciones, el Prater es una gran superficie verde en la que recrearse. Disfrute de las famosas lilas que crecen en el Prater mientras toma su saludable desayuno ecológico. En nuestro Outdoor Lounge, con sus butacas y fuentes, podrá disfrutar de un anticipo de los agradables ratos en el parque.
Nuestro hotel económico de diseño está directamente junto al Prater vienés y, por lo tanto, bastante cerca de la noria, mundialmente conocida. También en el distrito de Leopoldstadt se encuentra el recinto ferial y la escuela de Comercio. Gracias a la estación de metro Messe-Prater, ubicada justo delante de nuestro hotel, no se tarda nada en llegar al centro, donde se encuentra la plaza Stephansplatz y otros muchos puntos emblemáticos de Viena.
Disfrute de la metrópolis del Danubio desde su lado más desenfadado y entretenido. ¡Puro placer!
