Very clean room, sheets, bathroom. I would easily recommend. A small refrigerator in the room would be great though.
I am a Motel One member and the hotel itself was fine, as I expect Motel One hotels to be. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds comfortable. However when I called earlier to confirm a late check in I was not advised that the street in front of the hotel was under construction and that I would not be able to drop my bags off before I went to find parking. When I reached the hotel in Mannhein the street was blocked and the area congested due to some fair a couple of streets down. I tried calling the hotel number a couple of times and did not have anyone answer the phone to advise me where to park. We had 2 rooms booked and we all had to walk through the streets with our luggage at 10PM. In the morning the sidewalk in front of the hotel had broken bottles and a massive amount of cigarette butts were all along the edge of the building. All in all this made for a very unpleasant experience.
Easy and super friendly experience at the check in. Good value for money, super central location.
This review is based on the fact that the street the hotel stood on was under construction and therefore provided no direct access to enter. Our luggage had to be hauled from the nearest garage. Nowhere on our booking site nor in our calls to the hotel was this made known to us. We would otherwise have booked elsewhere.
Good hotel, central, room and facilities are modern
I had a wonderful stay at Motel One in Mannheim. Everything was excellent – from the friendly staff and stylish atmosphere to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Tolles Hotel!
It’s a nice motel centrally located with all the facilities. Room was small but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good although there was no door in the shower cubicle, as result toilet and wash basin area was getting wet. Staff are pleasant and polite and professional when interacting with guests. I have no hesitation in recommending this motel to potential customers.
Exceedingly friendly staff. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. The breakfast had great variety and was very tasty. I would absolutely stay here again next time I visit Mannheim.

Very nice hotel and room. Super decoration in lobby and restaurant. Comfortable room/bathroom. Good curtains, room is very dark (if you want). Open windows or airco available. Power outlets next to bed.

Very good hotel, right in the center of Mannheim. We had a lovely stay over here, friendly people at the desk and a nice and clean room. The music theme is beautiful!
I do not enjoy switching off the TV every time I enter the room.
It's nice to have few bottle of water from reception, but I don't find glasses in the room, I have to go to the bar and get two... It would be nice if you can offer the glasses directly in the reception or in the room. It would be awesome if you can provide membership discount at Lounge one.

Everything was ok but the room , especially the bathroom, is rather small.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with excellent attention an services, very clean room and nice breakfast.
I paid online for breakfast. During the checking, people didnt remind us the opening hours. On Sunday we wanted to take breakfast and we couldnt because it was close since 10 min… We had a late Check out at 3pm. We also put on the door the sign (do not enter / do not clean up or whatever) and the cleaner still knocked to the door and ask us to leave the room; she said that we paid for late check out and she said that if do not leave by 3 we need to pay another night. Most of the room were late check out next to us and i heard her knocking to différent rooms like that. The principle of late check out is not to disturb until this time. Last year it was still exactly the same problem so we would greatly appreciate if you can inform your cleanser of late check out rooms to avoid him/her knocking to the door before the Check out.
Great Location. Room size was good, and well furnished. It would be nice to have a few more amenities in the room - particularly some water glasses and the ability to make tea and coffee.
all good, except that i was missing a small fridge in the room. That would make life easier for a stay of a few days.
Motel One is always good and Mannheim was no exception. The Motel One bar here is especially good. My only complaint is that the breakfast is too expensive now for what is on offer. I have been staying in Motel Ones for years and the breakfast offer hasn't changed but the price has increased by about 8 to 8 Euros.
I am a regular customer of the Motel One chain. The hotel in Mannheim was just another one I visited, and I was very satisfied with the stay. I really liked the room (which was bigger than in many other MO hotels) and the breakfast room (which was much bigger too). We also had a nice evening in the bar. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive especially Vincenzo big thanks to him. The room was clean, The bed was super cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My only complaint is that all bar/lounge/breakfast transactions must be settled via a separate credit card transaction. I would prefer to add these to my room bill. Also, I feel the cost of the breakfast should warrant a bigger offering.
For the usual price ranges the room and service are great. The hotel and the rooms are clean and modern which is great. However I have paid a high rate due to a high season during a fair and for that price I would have expected at least a bottle of drinking water in my room. I was also missing a USB wall charger (there are only normal power plugs), which is great when travelling for business and today useful for a all mobile devices.

I think that Motel One Mannheim is the best Motel One experience i had so far!
Everything was okay. But there was no hand weigher at the reception to check luggage weight before flight.
perfect location in Paradeplatz, the hotel was really clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. however the room was set up for 1 person instead of 2 so we had to share a single duvet and use the same towel our first night. also when we came back to our room the next evening after being cleaned, all of our things had been gone through and one of my rings was missing - it seems the cleaners had rifled through our belongings and stolen my jewellery, worrying enough for us to check if our passports were still where we left them. the man at reception needed seem fussed when i reported this, and i think it’s unlikely I’ll see my ring again. otherwise a good stay.

I like Motel One Mannheim for its excellent customer service. From the front desk to the lounge&bar, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast food is excellent and healthy. Motel One is always my first choice.
Average to good MotelOne experience. Was surprised and disappointed about the breakfast, though: no scrambled eggs or bacon.

Everything is perfect, great walls, you cant hear your neighbours. Great location! The only thing which is concerning that cleaning came to the room even though there was a sign “Don’t disturb!”
First I got a room over a construction site on the first floor. After a room change, I got a room over the ventilation from the restaurant, that constantly smelled like old frying oil. There was a lot of hairs in the bathroom too. The last night there was loud techno music all night.

Centrally situated, a very fancy lobby is receiving the guests, the rooms are not so big but for short business trips are perfect, the quality of the furniture is high, big TV, hair dryer, very good wi-fi connection...all amenities are available. You can ask for a taxi and is arriving in front of the lobby. Thank you !
