I stayed at your hotel with my wife between the dates of 8 and 13 May 2025. I am a person who travels to Europe frequently due to my job and I used to prefer Motel One if there was one in European cities. But I don't know if I will prefer it from now on because the heating system in your hotel was not working. When we went down to the reception, they said that since the season was temporary, they put it in summer mode and therefore the air conditioning only gave cold. We had a very hard time in the evenings, especially in Berlin, since the temperature dropped to 3-4 degrees at night in May. After a nice Berlin tour, it was very difficult to go to a freezing room and try to sleep under the covers all night and try to warm up, so I don't think I will stay at your hotel again, at least in winter and spring and autumn, maybe in summer I can give it another chance. I will also add a comment like here to Google comments. Best

Conozco bastante esta cadena hotelera y es la que estoy utilizando en mis viajes recientes. Sabes lo que te vas a encontrar y eso es de agradecer. En lo que respecta a esta estancia, habitación sencilla pero cómoda y muy limpia, al igual que sábanas y toallas nuevas. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Habitación en la planta 9 con excelentes vistas y luz. Personal muy amable. Al ser Berlín una ciudad tan extensa la situación depende de dónde quieras estar o te pueda interesar más. En mi caso quería estar en esa zona y fue perfecto, además de que en general está muy bien situado en una zona muy cómoda con todos los servicios y bien comunicada con todo. Además tienen bastantes hoteles en todo Berlín. Por poner un pero, que en esta ocasión no había caja de seguridad en la habitación, y lo que digo siempre en esta cadena hotelera, que estaría bien disponer de una nevera en las habitaciones. Indudablemente, siguen siendo mi opción principal actualmente a la hora de reservar un hotel. Volvería al Motel One Berlin Tiergarten sin duda. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

All was perfect
Based on the fact there’s no in-room tea/coffee facilities, I probably will not stay again. Also I was unhappy that I was unable to shorten my original booking by 1 day. Instead I had to cancel and re-book, and the daily rate had since increased.
I always am happy to stay at this Hotel and always feel welcome. Staff is friendly and the service great and breakfast as plentiful as always. - shame the the rolls offered for breakfast have changed, While there might be valid reason for this, personally I enjoyed the previous bread rolls a little more. All in all, I had a great stay!

I love it when I make several special requests (in this case a quiet room high up at the back of the hotel, far from the lift and the building site) and the receptionist makes the effort to allocate me a room which fulfils all my requests. Motel One usually does this.

Great room, lots of light. Nice breakfast. Some issues with the elevator, apparently only one of them worked consistently, which makes getting to the room tedious when it is located on the 10th floor!
Great stay - good location, nice and functional room, good shower and good Wifi. Check-in online efficient, staff friendly. And price/performance excellent! I wish other hotel chains were as good, even ones that are much more expensive!
Very good overall impression, as I am used to with Motel One. However, I would like to have freshly made scrambled eggs, omelette or something similar for breakfast!
Fifth time is this hotel sadly this time overall experience wasn’t a good one. Check out was 12 which I confirmed twice with reception. Housekeeping came to the room twice within 1 hour.

Got a room with strong smoking smell. Used breakfast voucher when booking, but at breakfast reception the lady can’t find my room number…
I stay here regularly. Due to the construction site at the back of the hotel, the receptionist advised me to take a room at the front of the hotel, but I found the traffic noise annoying and took a room at the back of the hotel. The room was at the far end from the construction, which began at 7am, so I just put earplugs in before the work started. One of the bar staff gave me a free coffee as I was working in the lobby in the morning. There was some problem entering the car park due to my car being right=hand drive and the sensor didn't work, so the receptionist had to come and let me in manually.
Hello ! the Berlin Tiergarten Motel One Team is perfect. I stay always in this Hotel, when I visit Berlin.....it feels like coming home!

Tell me your hotel is entirely designed for men, by men. I’ll go first: It’s 2024 and you still don’t provide any period products in the bathrooms of your rooms? Also no lid or liner in the trash bin in the bathroom?
Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are getting a bit on the tired side and the main window in our family room could not be opened and was opaque with only a small (20cm) wide second window. Felt very much like a cell. Breakfast was very good.
Great hotel, convenient, clean and comfortable
This was our fourth stay here at Tiergarten. We were recognised by several members of staff and made to feel very welcome. The hotel gives the impression if being very well run. I can't speak too highly of the friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff.

Hotel con decoración de diseño muy bien conectado, habitaciones pequeñas pero muy cómodas. Lo único que no dispone de armario. Lo recomiendo!!
Tenía habitación con balcón en la última planta. Habitación muy agradable y tranquila. Como era el fin de semana de la final de Eurocopa, el precio era bastante alto.
El trato del personal fue estupendo. Pero me llevé una desagradable sorpresa cuando desperté con la almohada con la funda salida y ver que esta estaba bastante sucia. Apoyo firmemente que las cosas se utilicen hasta que no puedan realizar su función, pero tratándose de algo que va directamente a nuestra cara, pido por favor que las fundas (la que contiene el relleno de las almohadas) también sea lavada y presentada en buen estado. La calidad(tamaño-estado-servicios) obtenida no concuerda en absoluto con el precio pagado por la habitación.

Buena relacion precio calidad en general. Se hecha en falta armario en la habitación para guardar la ropa, sobre todo en estancias de más de 5 días.

Quien quiera olvidarse de la vorágine de la gran ciudad puede quedarse flotando en nuestro Motel One Berlín-Tiergarten y sentirse como «un cowboy del espacio azul eléctrico»... Y es que el Leitmotiv de nuestro hotel, inspirado en Urania, la musa de la astronomía, son los sistemas planetarios y la inmensidad del universo. El One Lounge está decorado por los planetas y sus lunas, la pared de la barra es un espejo con un gráfico del universo y cientos de diodos de luz emulan un mar de estrellas infinito. Incluso los taburetes del bar parecen cohetes. Las cómodas Swan Chairs de Fritz Hansen y las lámparas de Tom Dixon rematan el diseño de nuestro hotel. Ante este escenario, ¿quién puede quedarse pegado al suelo?
En el City West berlinés, tan cercano a nuestro hotel, le esperan todo tipo de lugares interesantes: KaDeWe, paraíso de las compras, la Iglesia memorial Kaiser Wilhelm y la avenida Ku'damm están a la vuelta de la esquina. Unos pasos más y encontrará el enorme parque Tiergarten. Este extenso parque, en cuyo centro se halla la famosa Columna de la Victoria, es un lugar idílico para darse un relajante paseo.
