The price for the breakfast compared to what you actually get is ridicolous. The stay itself is fine and its right in the city center, but skip the money for the breakfast and go out and buy food nearby instead.
Great location, good greeting from staff on welcome desk. We did not use the bar/food offerings ,as we were meeting friends in Glasgow. Warm, relaxing lounge. Good that can leave luggage after check-out time.
Have stayed at Motel One in Newcastle and first stay in Glasgow. Excellent, just the right balance of facilities for a short business stay. Very clean, comfortable and great to see high quality fixtures, lamps and furniture.

This was a very comfortable stay in a well-provisioned hotel. The foyer is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming, the staff are friendly and informative and the room was ample, clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent, but would benefit from a greater selection of fruit and the coffee from one of the machine's tasted less fresh. These are nit-picking points however and this is a great hotel in which I would stay again. Thanks to the staff for a great stay! Keep up the good work.
Stayed with my partner and we loved it!! Unfortunately in the morning we went for a shower and the attachment for the shower head was loose and not a straight forward fix meaning the pressure was poor. However, it didn’t dampen our stay! Would return

The shower floor was just a plastic box that made squeaky noises when stepping on it. Didn't seem very sturdy. Otherwise I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Upgraded, as promised due to a problem last stay. Room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. 5th floor. Not too high. The staff were fantastic and the bar lovely for a casual drink. We would stay again.

We loved Motel One! very quick check in, lovely guy at reception explaining everything and showing us in map places of interest. Our room was ready at 10am! And it was in floor 11, I had asked for a room in high floor and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was big enough and extremely clean, the window was the length of the wall (big!) and we could see far and beyond. Very quiet room, never heard anyone! Great shower and all spotless clean. The best I keep for last.. it was the bed and the heavenly pillows which I'm missing already!

Motel one is a very good place to stay in Glasgow, It is comfortable, clean, has friendly staff, and is a great location. It has a bar and comfortable lounge area. It is very good value for money. The breakfast is not a fully cooked English breakfast but good continental with boiled eggs, meats cheeses and salad vegetables etc. Nothing to complain about. All good!
My stay was comfortable. The street out in front of the hotel was a bit sketchy with some rough characters at nighttime and generally unclean sidewalks and construction in at least one direction. The room was nice and had a lovely view up the street. I love the big window with lots of light. I didn't always receive a clean bath towel as needed, however. It was fairly quiet and felt safe. I enjoyed the lobby area with lots of seating and tables to chat with friends also staying in the hotel. I attempted to purchase a bottle of water at the bar one night. That was a lengthy wait and the tone was less than friendly. My friend who purchased the breakfast was disappointed in the frequent empty juice containers and sparse supply of some other items. It was a pleasant stay, otherwise.
My seventh stay at the Motel One in Glasgow. Perfect location, perfect price, perfect staff. Absolutely no complaints during any of my stays over the last three years.

Generally a very nice stay. Room slightly small, but adequate for how long i was actually in it. Noise was pretty low, but did hear taps and things going on from the room above (i was in 530) and a really loud alarm clock at 6am, which wasnt the best. I was surprised there wasnt room service, so had to go out to get takeway etc.
Very clean, tidy city hotel. Didn’t try the reception bar, but thoroughly enjoyed all other aspects. 9/10 instead of a 10/10 because there was no drinking water available in the room.

There was a queue when we checked in then we were given the wrong room No on the card so unable to get in so when my husband went back down they lady said he would need to stand in. The queue again which by this time was just about out the door. He refused to stand back in the queue so she was quite snippy with him even though wasn't our fault we'd been given the wrong room No. Everytime we stay there there's a queue. Its putting us off staying there in the future. Bar staff were friendly. Room lovely and clean though small.

My favourite hotel in glasgow, I always look forward to visiting. The room was clean and the bed was so comfy. The only reason I scored lower this time around is there have been changes to reception. Usually when you walk into the hotel there’s a sign for a fast track check in if you’ve already paid and checked in online. That sign wasn’t there this time so we waited a little bit. Secondly, when we went to check out, I was expecting to pop my key card in the return box as normal for a quick check out. However the box wasn’t there and there was a big queue for reception. We had to wait in the queue for a while and nearly missed our train. When we were front of the queue all I had to do was hand over my key and that was us checked up so it felt like we waited for an inconvenient time just to hand over the key.
Excellent from arrival to departure. Room had everything I needed, bed was very comfortable and really quiet, despite being in a really busy part of the city. Couldn't hear any outside noise or my neighbours. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Perfekte Lage. Der Aufenthalt war kurz aber sehr angenehm. Der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Motel One in Top-Lage. Das Hotel war sauber und das gesamte Personal sehr zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert. An der Bar gab es gute Drinks und Snacks. Der Kaffee ist frisch und sehr lecker. Die Lobby bietet viel Platz mit schönem Ambiente und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Schade, dass man über die BeOne Rate kein Frühstück mitbuchen kann, bzw man es in der Buchungsbestätigung nicht erkennt oder ändern kann. Ich dachte Frühstück sei im Preis enthalten, leider wurde es aber extra berechnet. Bei einem Doppelzimmer sollten in der BeOne Rate vielleicht 2 Flaschen Wasser enthalten sein. Nicht gut fand ich, dass der Lift auch ohne Zimmerkarte funktioniert. Die Security war am Freitag Abend etwas unaufmerksam, sodass eine fremde Person ins Hotel gelangte und bis auf die Etagen kam.
Sehr gute Lage direkt neben Central Station. Personal sehr freundlich und Hotel gewohnt sehr gute Qualität. Einziges Problem: hatte Zimmer auf der Rückseite, dort sind offensichtlich zahlreiche Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe, deshalb bis 01:00 bzw 02:00 war an Schlafen nicht zu denken, da der Bass seinen Weg ins Zimmer fand und das sehr eindringlich. Dh wer diesbezüglich sensibel ist, sollte auf jeden Fall um ein ruhiges Zimmer auf die andere Seite des Hotels bitten.
Für Städteurlaub 8 Nächte im Motel One gewohnt. Lage gut, Zimmer wie gewohnt. Bar + Lounge optisch sehr ansprechend. Hätten uns ein regionales Bier auf der Karte gewünscht.
Im Nebenhaus befindet sich ein Nachtklub. Der Lautstärke der Immissionen macht es unmöglich zu schlafen. Im Wissen darum wurden wir an der Reception mit unserem Wunsch für ein lärmfreies Zimmer um Mitternacht abgewiesen. Erst bei der 2. Intervention morgens um zwei Uhr wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer in einem höheren, weniger betroffenen Stockwerk, angeboten. Dass überhaupt Zimmer mit diesen Voraussetzungen angeboten werden, finden wir eine Zumutung und raten davon ab, Motel One in Glasgow zu besuchen.
Am Sonntag war die Auswahl des Frühstücks ( gekochte Eier ) nicht vorhanden. Die Brötchenauswahl war eingeschränkt und die Auffüllung am Büffet wurde erst 45 Minuten durchgeführt.
Tolle Lage, freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, exzellentes Frühstück. Wenn wir zwei Wünsche hätten, würden wir das Personal ermuntern Britisches Englisch zu sprechen (als Ausländer taten wir uns sehr schwer) und die Kissen austauschen (in anderen Motel One Hotels hatten wir schon bessere Kissen).

Ich war mit einer reisegruppe im motel one. Die innenausstattung und das farbkonzept gefallen mir ausgezeichnet. Ich habe mich gleich zuhause gefühlt.
