A good value for money hotel with nice reception and bar facilities. We were disappointed that water was not available in the room nor tea and coffee making facilities.

Everything was fantastic! The hotel is in a strategic location, making both Amsterdam city center and the station very easy to reach! It is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The breakfast offers everything you could want, and the atmosphere—just like the staff and the cleanliness—is exceptional!!! I hope to return soon. The hotel was great. The rooms are clean, warm, quiet & lovely. The WiFi in the hotel is free and the reception is 24/7 which is so helpful. I liked the location of the hotel and it was easy to walk anywhere that you needed. The best thing for me though is how friendly & helpful all of the staff were. It’s such a good value for money
Wieder ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Motel One. Der einzige Minuspunkt war für mich, das man kein Fenster öffnen konnte.
Très bien mais pour la douche, il n'y a présence que d'un shampooing-gel douche. Je préfère avoir comme dans d'autres hotels, un shampooing, un conditionner, un gel douche, un lait hydratatn séparément. Je tiens à mettre en avant l'amabilité de la femme qui nous a accueillie. Il n'était pas possible de nous connecter à la télé car il nous fallait un code wifi que nous n'avions pas.

Goed basis hotel. Wel wat verbeterpunten: Betere stevige hoofd kussens en een koelkast op kamer zou echt een top zijn. Ontbijt was prima!
Das Hotel erfüllt alle Erwartungen, das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Ausfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist leider etwas eng und könnte für größere Autos schwierig sein.

Motel One blijft een fijne keten. vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers, heerlijk bed en alles heel erg schoon. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd.
Al 2 x gebeld en 1 x gemaild en nog steeds geen factuur van mijn verblijf wat ik zakelijk graag wil hebben. Daarnaast niemand die mij Nederlands kan beantwoorden ( zelfs mail!!!! In Engelse taal🤯) Niet echt zoals ik t verwacht als ik in Nederland een hotel boek…. Bij deze wacht ik nog steeds de mail met mijn factuur van mijn verblijf op do 19-2-26 af
Een heerlijk verblijf gehad. al was het maar voor 1 nachtje. Ik raad deze keten zeker aan. en ga vaker van Motel one gebruik maken.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr gut. Derzeit funktioniert der Online Check In nur begrenzt. Man muss sich trotzdem an der Rezeption melden und einige Angaben wiederholen. Die Matratzen sind teilweise zu weich bzw. durchgelegen.Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, sich im Zimmer einen Tee oder Kaffee zu machen.
Kurztrip - Amsterdam. Wichtig war ein Hotel im Zentrum, da wir viel gelaufen sind. Schade, dass das Hotel nicht über eigene Parkplätze verfügt. Ansonsten war alles prima.
It was located near to tram and Metro making it accessible. A shopping center beside for your basic needs. The room was enough for two persons and comfortable bed.
Sehr gut! Personal top! Sauber, Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Preise sehr angemessen. Nur parken war sehr teuer :) sorry! Fußläufig zu Bahn, Zug. Flughafen 15 Minuten, Innenstadt ebenso.
Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Eine richtige Heizung hätte noch gefehlt bzw. ein Fenster zum Lüften. Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad wären noch hilfreich gewesen.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and have travelled the world but the experience here was shocking. My engagement with the hotel manager was the worst. she told me that my complain about the mispresenting of your hotel at the Cisco website, will not be amended and it is what it is. This was the worst feedback any customer could hope for
My stay at Motel One was a very good experience. The hotel location is good by being just a short train ride from the airport, as well a short metro ride to city centre. Hotel is also located a block away from RAI Amsterdam, which was very convenient for me. The hotel premises are very modern and Cozy, the only downside was the restaurant that was under refurbishment and for this reason, the full breakfast wasn't available. It's a pity once I would loved to have tasted it. I'll definitely consider staying at Motel One the next time I am in Amsterdam.

I have been traveling for work and staying in four- and five-star hotels for about 20 years, and I have never had to sleep five nights in a row on such a hard mattress. I’ve also never experienced a situation where the hotel reception didn’t even know what a mattress topper was, nor had one available for guests who prefer to sleep on a regular one. I’d like to thank the only person at the reception who understood my problem and solved it with what the hotel had available—the night shift staff member, who, at 2 a.m., found five duvets for me to stack on top of each other to use as a topper. All the other reception staff weren’t even able to send me an email or message explaining that it wasn’t possible to get a topper. When I checked in, the receptionist told me I would have to request room cleaning each day, otherwise it wouldn’t be done. At first, I agreed, but then I wondered—why should I have to remind them daily to clean my room when I’ve already paid for all five days? Even after I asked several times to have the cleaning service sent automatically, they didn’t change their policy. Regarding the breakfast I really appreciate the professionalism of the different baristas but not the conditions in which they had to work : during the six days I spent there, one day it was not possible to pay for breakfast by card because the card machine wasn’t working, and on another day, I couldn’t get a receipt because they had run out of paper. Regarding the cost I find really inconvenient that the hotel asked to pay the entire stay which were five nights in my case during the check in, rather than at the end as the majority of the others hotel. I didn't have indeed the possibility to check the room and I find this quite unfair as their bed were terrible. In summary, I do not recommend this specific Motel One located in Amsterdam closed to RAI.

Großes Doppelzimmer hell und ruhig und sehr herzliche Menschen und ein geliehener Regenschirm, den ich fast nicht gebrauch6 habe. Alles gut.
Ich finde es bedenklich bis zu 290 EUR für ein Hotel zu nehmen, in dem die Lobby Baustelle ist und ein Frühstück nur aus Kaffee und Croissant besteht. Da hätte ich einen Rabatt erwartet. Außer einem (Farb?) Geruch, war das Zimmer bestens und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Achtung! beide Treppenhäuser bergen im Falle eines Brandes ein maximales Risiko. Die Stufen erlauben keine Flucht aus dem Gebäude, dies muss dringend verändert werden. Die Stufen - Auftrittsfläche ist viel zu kurz.
Very good checkin experience. Invoice via eMail, bar was open eventhough during booking it stated not available due to renovation. They even offered a very small breakfast. Excellent! Only that you have to go to the reception to pay for the breakfast first is a bit annoying as they do have a card reader at the bar.
The hotel and room was nice but we checked out at 2 am on our second night as the heating was blowing cold air and I got sick from this, we had a double bed with only 2 thin single duvets for a couple

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I would especially like to highlight the entire team – all staff members were consistently very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the very first moment, I felt welcome and well taken care of. During my stay, renovation work was being carried out in the building. Despite the ongoing construction, everything was very well organized, and great care was taken to minimize any inconvenience for the guests. This clearly shows how professional and considerate the team is. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience – I would be happy to return!
I still did not receive the invoice for my stay from 11th to 12th of February!
Work in the main hall was quite annoying, especially on the weekend. Then the consequence was that a normal breakfast was not possible. But the price of the room was the same, no reduction, no information before.

Hallo, wir hatten zeitig gebucht und vertraut. Leider gab es wegen Renovierungsarbeiten kein Frühstück und es war in den großen Haus immer nur ein Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung mit langen Wartezeiten und unsere Zimmer waren im 6. und 7. Für die Taxis gab es keine Zufahrt, die hintere Tür war verschlossen. Natürlich haben die Bohr, - und Hämmergeräusche auch tagsüber gestört. Schade eigentlich liebe ich Moten one. Wir versuchen es weiterhin mit ihnen.
My room was basic. No tea/coffee facilities. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we couldnt chat in the lounge area due to on going alterations. A discount should have been given. There was no let up either Sat or Sunday.
You sent me a email saying works will be done from Monday to Friday hence why I came late to check in you didn’t tell me there would be works on weekends to Early Saturday morning you had works going on which disturbed our sleep so had to leave the hotel because of the noise very disappointed because me and my wife just wanted to have a lay and rest but couldn’t and for a hotel why isn’t water free the fact your staff tried to charge me 4.50 euro each for a bottle of water was ridiculous.
Alles perfekt, lediglich die bei laufendem Betrieb durchgeführten Renovierungsarbeiten trüben den Gesamteindruck ein wenig (z.B. keine Toiletten im Lobby-/Loungebereich). Perfekte Anbindung an Flughafen (Zug, 10 Minuten Fahrzeit), Innenstadt (Metro, 10 Minuten, Straßenbahn, 20 Minuten) und Stadion/AFAS Live (Metro, 10-15 Minuten) mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Supermarkt nebenan.
Toller Aufenthalt
Ist halt ein Motel One. Das ist absolut nichts schlechtes. Zimmer sauber und wie gewohnt ausgestattet, nicht verwohnt und alles funktioniert. Frühstück war ok auch wenn der Lounge Bereich klein ist im Vergleich zu den größeren Motel One Hotels. Lage ist gut und einfach zu erreichen. Parken kann man gut im Q-Park 200mtr links vom Hotel. Es gibt einen Hotelpreis! Vorher mit dem Hotel Verbindung aufnehmen.
Alles super. Dass es kein Frühstück gab, wegen der Renovierung des Frühstücksraumes wussten wir. War aber kein Problem für uns. Auch das Parken in der Tiefgarage hat bestens geklappt.
