Very nice and modern Hotel, we had a a room to the inner courtyard of the building what made the room extreme quiet, what was really nice. But there was no chance to screen the window from view; the only option was to block out the light completely. That could be improved. Everything else was very nice and service is perfect.

Spartan accommodations but well appointed; it had everything we needed. Nothing extra. I would suggest a small refrigerator and a pool.

Great location and spotlessly clean! The hotel is situated in a fantastic area and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The complimentary toiletries provided were top-notch and a wonderful touch. The Wi-Fi connection was flawless and extremely fast.However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was just average—polite, but not going above and beyond to make the stay special. It is also quite disappointing that there are no fridges in the rooms, and it would be great if the hotel offered a coffee machine or some free coffee for guests in the morning. Overall, a solid stay if you prioritize location and cleanliness!"

The receptionists were a but forgetful, but otherwise everything went well. The breakfast was great, we appreciated the big selection of vegan food! There could be real glasses for toothbrushing.

Hi, I have one issue I'd like to raise with you, namely: there seems to be no space where a person could sit for free after checking out? I had 2 hours to kill before my train and I noticed the whole ground floor is a cafe / restaurant area, so I had no place to sit and wait while NOT drinking or eating anything. I think it would be both cool and fair to offer a part of that space to people who are waiting, since you are a hotel and there will be rather a lot of waiting involved. We had a wonderful stay at Motel One Vienna-Westbahnhof and would like to thank the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also greatly appreciated the cooperation with the nearby parking garage. As guests arriving by car, this made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. A special thank you goes to the lobby team. The atmosphere in the lobby was welcoming, relaxed, and stylish, and the staff contributed greatly to creating a pleasant and friendly environment throughout our stay. One of the biggest surprises for us was that many of the hotel’s services and refreshments were not more expensive than similar services in Hungary, despite what we had often heard beforehand. This was a very positive experience and added even more value to our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Vienna and at Motel One Vienna-Westbahnhof. The wheelchare accessible room is too small for its purpose and it is very difficult to maneuver. The bathhroom is just perfect and fully adequate. The breakfast is a big star - rich, fresh and fits every possible expectation. And your staff is just lovely - smiles everywhere, helpfull and forthcoming. Again the problem is the room, otherwise nothing to complaint

had a very pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Feras at the front desk, who was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. His positive attitude truly made a difference. The only minor downside was that there was just one towel provided for the shower, which could be improved for better convenience. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent property with efficient staff and a high standard of public area facilities and a good standard of breakfast. The seating in the public areas is a little bit of style over substance as they look great but are somewhat uncomfortable and not easy to move. rooms are on the small side and rather too dark in decor and would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities.

it was strange because the payment was done like other times but in reality was without breakfast, we noticed that this problem was happening to almost all the clients, they were heading to have breakfast and their name was not on the list, it was suspicious

I enjoed staying at your Hotel.Big comfortable room and very clean! Variaty of food for breakfast in a spacious room.Very important that is closed to metro and tram and helps the tourist to move to the center and back to the hotel only in a few minutes!I would definetely recomended and I would love to come back my self.

A very pleasant stay. Hotel looks great, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Our room was tidy and well equipped. The only thing lacking was a kettle. A fridge would’ve been nice too. Breakfast was kinda okey - cheese, boiled eggs, ham, yogurts, bread, sweet buns, fruits. I suggest that omelette or sausages could’ve been a nice addition to the breakfast menu as well. There were also some vegan/vegetarian options. However, as a celiac person I would’ve appreciated some gluten free options as cereals or bread without gluten.

This is my fifth time staying here. Consistently great service, fantastic staff, comfy rooms, yummy breakfast! It can get busy but the staff is super attentive and extremely helpful. Great place for groups! Highly recommend this Motel One!!

Staff was great. Food was good. Room was spacious overall. TV was super slow and I couldnt link it to my mobile device. Air in the room didnt work too. Bathroom was great.

Great hotel, as always. BUT my room and bathroom felt quite used and a little bit run-down this time. Unusual for the typical Motel One quality level. I also wasn't happy with the quality of the rolls ("Semmeln") in the breakfast buffet this time. Usually, they were big and fresh. This time you could really see that it is a lower-quality industry product. Please improve! Staff and friendliness is exceptional as always. Thank you! Still good value for money.

Great hotel. Location is very close to all you need. I had small issue with parking, I paid at the reception but I still had to pay at the parking garage. It registered my first 3 days but not the last 2 days, so once I was exiting it showed I had unpaid parking. Other then that all really nothing to complain.

Vybavení pokojů a koupelny je již starší, se sprchou jsem nebyla zcela spokojena (malý proud vody na jakékoliv nastavení hlavice). Rychlý a jednoduchý check-in, výborný večerní lounge a bar, skvělá nabídka nápojů. Na snídani mi chybělo teplé jídlo. Moc děkuji a těším se na příště!
