Great room ! clean and very quiet Staff were polite and helpful Lovely roof top bar
Beautiful interior, all very comfortable, although we had a glitch because it’s all so new and being used for first time, it was all sorted swiftly. Great access to the expo, metro and tram - so everything is at your fingertips. The only thing we missed was a toaster at breakfast….
All new, modern and clean! The staff was very friendly. Good location, just 5 minutes to the subway. Great hotel for the price.
Hotel was new clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a little expensive but would stay again
Stayed at Motel One Paris–Porte de Versailles with my son and loved the compact, well-designed room. Everyone was friendly, and receptionist Zeinab helped us with everything we needed. The location works well for the Expo area but is a bit far from the main tourist sights, and there was no complimentary water in the room.
There was no water in the bathroom and no reaction from the employees from the hotel
We had a short but very nice stay. Staff was extraordinary friendly, the rooms were very clean and cozy.
Loved the team
2 nights while on travel in France
Really enjoyed our stay at this new Motel One hotel. Staff were very pleasant and kind. They all spoke excellent English, and really made us feel welcome. Our 'basic' room was larger than we'd expected. We really appreciated the air-conditioning, and how quiet the room was, with no outside traffic noise bothering us. The location of the hotel suited us very well, because having the metro station six minutes away means it's so easy to get to the city centre. At the same time in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a lively local area, with shops, cafes and restaurants. The only things we noticed that weren't perfect was that the bathroom door in our room (654) was a bit difficult to fully close, and the hooks on the back of the bathroom door are quite shallow, and towels or robes could easily fall down onto the floor. Also it took the bathroom mirrors a little while to clear after using the shower. But we would definitely recommend this Motel One location and would happily return should we visit Paris again.
Great to experience a new hotel in the Motel One fleet. I appreciate the great service and the hospitality in Paris. The Gin Rooftop Bar is amazing.
nice and new, lots of room in the lobby. Free water.
Satisfait
Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was spic and span and the towels so nice and soft. Nice rooftop bar!
I booked for 5 nights. After 3 nights I was told that I only booked 2 nights, which was a failure of the hotel, as I paid for 5 nights. The conversation was not that friendly. The stuff let me feel like I did a mistake, what was not the case as I proved! Also I asked if I could do a meeting in the working room at the lobby. I was told that this is not possible as the room is not finished. Later that day someone else was working there. I had the feeling that I was being taken for a ride. The hotel in general is nice, but my experience was mixed with the staff.
Motel one ist die beste Hotel kette
Super tolles Hotel, alles war perfekt
Overall I'd recomend this hotel. For my the only inconvenience was parking situation: there's no hotel dedicated parking nearby; and the one that available on discount is on the Expo territory and it's quite a walk to hotel, especially if you're with bags or luggage. Everything else was great, I stay at this hotel network because you always know what to expect.
My experience at the Motel One Paris Porte De Versailles was very positive. The hotel is very close to a metro station, as well as bus and tram stops, so it's well-connected to the rest of Paris, although the area itself is more of a commercial/residential district and doesn't offer much in terms of tourism. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is super professional and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offers a good selection of drinks and a great atmosphere. The breakfast selection is sufficiently varied and tasty. The room, for a single, is spacious and well-organized, even the bathroom. I was completely satisfied with the overall cleanliness. The only criticism I have about the room is the lack of a mini-fridge, which would be very useful, especially in the summer.
The Motel One hotel was conveniently situated to the nearest Metro. Recently opened, everything was fresh and new. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful.
Very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice room A little more storage space would bei benefitial. Distance to the Metro was OK. The roof terrace was only Open in Connection with the bar. It would bei great If the Access would bei possible in day time and without Entering the bar.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Only downside was the location. Lots of work going on nearby but there was no noise once you were inside the hotel.
Parking space is not close to the hotel.
Amazing hotel
Loved everything! Everyone was really kind and so helpful!
Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and nice location.
Top Management, Top Environment, Top staff, thanks to everybody
We were the first customers to sleep at Motel One on 11 July. We had such a great time, we came back. We love the hotel, the staff, the comfort in the rooms. The lounge has a lovely living room stylish vibe with lovely books. We will definitely come back as loyal Motel One customers. Motel One has a boutique hotel design vibe at an affordable price. The staff remembered us, that's really important for customer service - keep it up. Thank you to Rosa for her lovely welcome!
I was very happy to stay in the Hotel. The only thing which could improve would be the variety of bread as I am Glutenfree. There was some GF bread and other things for me to eat, but they got worse the longer I stayed.
After a very complicated day when our flight was canceled at 9:30 PM, staying at Motel One Paris was a relief and quite a pleasant experience. The staff was terrific, very friendly and kind.
I have stayed at Motel One all over the world and this one has the best staff by far! The room was smaller than others I have stayed at but the rooftop bar was tres chic!
Excellent amenities. Poor location for private or family experience.
The service and comfort were excellent. The building is modern and clean. And if you choose to have breakfast there, it is very good. The bars are excellent as well.
Super visit - we were the first guests and treated very well. We love the hotel and we can't wait to return. The breakfast was super. The personnel were super kind - we benefitted from being the first customers and had a super experience ! Bravo et merci !

Kilka słów o stylowym hotelu Paryż-Porte de Versailles
Miniaturowe wieże Eiffla i ilustracje z filmu „Mały Książę” w połączeniu z motywami florystycznymi tworzą niepowtarzalną atmosferę i styl.
Oprócz WiFi, bezpłatnej przechowalni bagażu, telewizorów Smart TV i wygodnego zameldowania online oferuje również w godzinach porannych urozmaicone i obfite śniadanie w formie bufetu.
