GREAT SERVICE
Superb lounge, nice room, great staff
Great hotel in a prime location - great service by reception team - efficient, professional and polite. Room as expected - all the facilities expected - clean and functional.
I had the best time ever and will beck again and nothing was to much of a problem the staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful
Excellent service. Accomodated when needed last minute change and twin bed making up , one email and it was all sorted. Reception were great and helped with additional key card. Stayed a few times now and always clean , great location and staff very helpful.
Breakfast is expensive for what is provided, and the quality has gone down since the last time I was at the hotel (9 months ago). Shower's plastic floor is quite noisy, and water pressure could be better.
Everything was great except for the required clean table at breakfast which was poor food was very good i would use this hotel anytime in the future
Staff always lovely, breakfast great, room small but very clean.
Really disappointed, our room was on the 1st floor there was a strong smell of Body Odour or something in the corridor, I reported it to reception. Housekeeping sprayed but it was back the next morning. We went down for breakfast at approx. 10,15 there was no clean tables they were all full of dirty dishes. I cleared a table so we could sit to have breakfast on going up to the breakfast bar there was no clean cutlery, plates. Everything required to be refilled as there was no bread or fruit left. There seemed to be no staff around.
The hotel is conveniently situated opposite the Central Train station. My daughter and I travelled from London to Glasgow by train and were relieved that we did not have to walk far with our luggage. The receptionist handling our check in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the bed very comfortable. There are many restaurants in the fasinity of the hotel.I can highly recommend this hotel. The reason for not scoring the hotel a 10, is because the room was rather small for two people and felt a bit crammed.
Super quiet room in the heart of the city. Very stylish, super comfy bed and amazing view on the city. I was on 7th Floor.
Painless check in, room immaculate as always , fantastic service from the bar staff, cocktails outstanding, unfortunately wifi did not work at all on this occasion, regardless of what device we tried :( 9th floor connection was very poor! Still one of my favourite places to stay in Glasgow!
Poor stay due to your systems issues. Had to queue for 30 mins to check in. Had to ask for the water bottle voucher. There were queus all evening in the lobby/bar area as people waited to check in. The Wifi didn't work. The team were using manual systems to check in and whilst they coped well they coul have been firendlier. The bar team are very functional, not much in the way of hospitality!
The hotel was ok but things were poor The WiFi in my room was awful which meant I couldn’t work, the tv was crap and missing channels and keep going back to the start screen and the room was smal
Staff extremely friendly and helpful!
Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and made the place. The room was a bit small. Only a couple of channels worked on the tv. The wifi was terrible, couldn’t connect the first day and when I finally did the signal was poor. When my room was cleaned the bins weren’t emptied and a cleaning rag was left in the sink.
No issues, great location, friendly staff and clean room.
room was very comfortable. beds especially. check in and check out were very simple and straightforward. Only thing that could be slightly improved is the water pressure in the shower and the single hair and body product.
Have stayed at the Glasgow hotel a few times now, love the rooms & bathrooms. However, it is strange that the standard double rooms only have 1 seat in them considering they are for 2 people!
Fantastic location late check out , nice surroundings and staff very accommodating
Always stay at tjis hotel staff are Absolutely Fabulous, help full caring spot on..
Excellent location to city centre, friendly staff, excellent customer service and fantastic rooms
Unfortunately there were "IT issues" when we arrived, resulting in a long queue. The wifi was not functional during our stay. The TV also turned on repeatedly on its own accord, I'm guessing due to the IT issue!
Modern, clean room - spacious with view. Accommodated our dog. Staff very friendly accommodating. Breakfast options suitable for gluten intolerance
Conveniently located in city center Very friendly staff Clean Good value for money
Stayed many times, staff always very helpful and friendly. Bit disappointed on my return to hotel in the evening as there was no bar staff. Bar staff off sick and unable to cover shift, couldn’t even get a coffee as the member of staff I spoke to didn’t know how to work the machine! Water pressure in shower has always been poor!
A comfortable stay. Easy to get to and well located. Check in was easy. The room is well appointed. We will stay again.
Very good - highly recommend. Only stayed one night but would book again for sure
Great hotel for the money. Spotless and comfortable. Central too.
Great price, great location, terrible wifi
Staff are brilliant and supportive. Ewan went above and beyond to help me change rooms when I had trouble with the TV in my room. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location to explore the city. Shower gets nice and hot and has good pressure.
We had another great stay at Motel One on Glasgow. This is our second visit and don't think we will go anywhere else now. Excellent rooms and spotless. Well done.
Constant noise from the karaoke bar and road works outside, floor was wet on arrival in my room which soaked my socks. Big long hair in my bed.
My third or fourth visit to Motel One, but unfortunately not my best one. On arrival room was extremely cold. AC very difficult to switch off or increase temperature. Television not working..
Overall the stay was ok. A system error meant check in took 30 minutes, and then the following day waiting for luggage in the same q as people checking in took longer than it should have. I would suggest there needs to be more reception staff available, and/or someone dealing with luggage. The room was ok, a little tired but overall comfortable. Wifi in the room didn't work which was frustrating as I had work to do and ended up hot spotting to my phone. The public areas of the hotel are lovely and have a lovely atmosphere.
Nice modern hotel very busy room clean and pretty basic checking in was a bit of a nightmare we are not very techno savvy found it difficult to check in even when three staff at counter could not book in without using internet if using again book before going in
Great service and so well priced!
Nice and clean. Right in the heart of city, with access to station and bus.
Fantastic location as we came by train. Supersize bed, spotlessly clean room, brilliant soundproofing that blocked out the central city entertainment during the night.
Room was great - everything we needed. Very clean and beds super comfortable. Bar and breakfast were very chaotic though (broken machines, not enough tableware, understaffed, busy).
Not a friendly reception, air-conditioning wasn't working properly, pillows are terrible, mint shower gel stinks. Location is great, hotel looks nice, cleaning staff were great, room was good except air-conditioning.
The service was not at all great. It’s very expensive as well and your employees are pathetic please give them hospitality training as soon as possible.
Hotel was well located for the needs of our stay. The foyer and bar area was clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well serviced but very small compared to other family members who booked the same room type. Breakfast food choices were mostly good, but no orange juice on 3 mornings which would be a basic. The lack of staff meant we had to clear a table onto other tables 3 of our 4 mornings as did all other family members! This left a cluttered and unsatisfactory dining experience. This unfortunately brought down our overall satisfaction score
Excellent check in service, attentive & overall good stay
Couldn’t fault our stay. Staff all very friendly, door steward at night excellent photographer for our group photo! Will definitely book again. Can’t comment on this booking process as a friend booked for us.
Lovely stay , very accommodating staff
Motel One offers the perfect location and hotel experience for those stopping in Glasgow for a night or those wanting to explore the city. It’s right next to Glasgow Central Train Station and is a 15 minute walk from GlasgowQueen Street Station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little smaller than I’m used to. As a single traveller, they were a good size. Might be a squeeze for a couple.
Great position next to the station. Comfy bed and good shower. Bedside table / Shelf very small and kettle didnt stretch to the table from the socket. But woukd we stay here again YES. So close to everytjing. Loved Glasgow great vibe.
Czysto uprzejmy personel
Dobre położenie blisko do centrum , super bar dlugo czynny ,przestronne logby za taką cenę naprawdę godny polecenia.

Następny przystanek: Glasgow!
6 ważnych powodów, dla których warto odwiedzić „Glaschu”
Wiecznie zielone
Piękne i niedrogie
Atrakcje
Gin71.
Położenie i okolica
Romantyzm kolei połączony z designem
Nasz niedrogi designerski hotel położony bezpośrednio przy Glasgow Central Station w całości nawiązuje do romantyzmu kolei żelaznej. W hotelu Motel One Glasgow połączyliśmy przemysłowy charakter techniki kolejowej i torowej z niezwykłymi emocjami towarzyszącymi podróży pociągiem.
Regały i stoły z wysokiej jakości mosiężnymi elementami wprowadzają w przemysłową przeszłość Glasgow, a dopełnienie koncepcji wystroju stanowią lampy ścienne Aldo Bernardiego.
Mungo. Odjazd!
