Good service and a good breakfast, we were very lucky.
The location of the hotel is perfect as its very central. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and comfortable. The only slight issue I had was not all the television channels were working for two of the three days of my stay but this is minor.
very friendly and helpful reception, very nice staff at the bar, very nice and delicous breakfast buffet. The room was clean and small, but more than ok for a city stay. We liked this place very much Just one thing.... We would recommend to change the used table sets at breakfast....or making self service with these... and/or to clean the table when guests leave their table.
Hotel was very clean, modern and in an excellent position. Room was compact but had all essentials and was fine for a short stay. Check in and check out was very efficient. Continental breakfast was fine though breakfast area was quite congested at peak times.
The room location of 4.02 was unfortunately a bit noisy, because of the proximity to the Luas line, and also they were water cleaning outside until the late hours. I tend to always have one window open.
This is a modern hotel situated in the heart of Dublin. The rooms are a good size. The only downside is there's no closet and very few shelves to put your belongings while you are staying. Many thanks to Aaron from maintenance who helped us out with a problem one evening.
Great location, friendly staff, good quality breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin. Daniel behind reception was a credit to the company as was Francesco behind the bar.
The staff at the Dublin Motel One are excellent. I’d like to single out Francesco who works at the bar. He is very helpful and personable. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
The sink in the bathroom fill up with water to over spilling levels (maintenance?)
Great location in Dublin. Quiet. Room was compact but fine for business or pleasure. The only annoying thing. I booked on the website having selected English, but all emails come in German.
Very well worth the cost. Great breakfast and all around nice stay - as always at Model One ;)
Returning customer. Very nice hotel to stay in excellent location. Clean cozy rooms, nice shower, comfortable beds. Would benefit having bottled water in the rooms and to have an agreement with a near by parking.
The front of house staff (Jafine) made checking in easy and made us felt welcomed
Great location - the rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, lots of tasty options. Reception staff very friendly and nice that we could leave our bags free of charge.
Very nice hotel, nice and central. Room was lovely and clean
The room was nice enough, but the air conditioning was not working properly. We talked to the front desk about it, but they weren't able to help us. So we dealt with a hot room and didn't sleep well as a result. Other than that, it is a nice hotel with a great bar/lounge area downstairs and a great location.
The hotel was excellent, made very welcome as soon as I came into the lobby. The only issue I had was with the tv in the room, it kept turning off every couple of minutes.
Location 10, cleanliness 10, atmosphere 10, overprice dbreakfast for what was offered 3. overall enoyable
Outstanding thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful decor, clean rooms and hallways, good selection of drinks. Incredibly helpful reception team.
We had a wonderful experience with Motel one. The hotel was very clean. All employees were very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the rooms are small. But, we weren’t there to stay in our room.
Good clean and modern room, comfy bed. Liked the ability to open windows. Very friendly helpful staff.
Great location to experience the Temple Bar area of Dublin
Myself and my husband had a wonderful stay here recently. Our second time coming back. The location is ideal for getting around and the rooms are so well designed and with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. The staff at reception are fantastic is helping us get sorted with parking locally. Couldn’t fault one thing about our stay. We will be back again!
Minimalist but has everything you need. Comfortable bed, good shower. Appreciated the 'office' room downstairs to work from during the day
Great hotel. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Would go back again.
This hotel is perfect! Its location and value can't be equalled! Hotel room are small but well thought out and every space considered. Will definitely be back
I booked this hotel about 2 months prior to my visit. I contacted the hotel through booking.com stating it was for my partners birthday and if the hotel could put a balloon or something in the room to mark the occasion. They said no problem and that house keeping would put petals and swans on the bed. I was so excited to see this when I arrived and told my partner about the surprise. When I arrived, the room was empty. This came as a big disappointment for me as the hotel told me they could do it. I wrote to them again via booking.com about it and still haven't gotten a reply so this was a bad place to start our stay. The room itself was nice. Just very small. No fridge in the room and bin only in the bathroom. Other than that, it was nice. I was also disappointed with the fact that on booking.com it says 'Breakfast included'. It was only when we arrived that I saw the breakfast options and then re read the small print on the booking which says continental breakfast. Should be made more clear in my opinion.
The desk clerk was very efficient. The room was excellent. The continental breakfast was a bit odd. Some guests require the protein provided by dairy, sausage/ham and eggs, as well as whole grain breads. Fruit, while tasty, is also high in fructose sugars. A little dab will do. Non-milk and or coffee beverages were in short supply or exhausted by 8:45 am. This could be improved.
Good value hotel in the heart of Dublin. Room was lovely and clean, bed could have been more comfortable, it had a dent in the mattress from previous occupants. Breakfast was nice but a bit cramped around the serving areas.
Staff were brilliant, cleanliness was good! On top of that location was perfect. Would stay again
The price quoted for a night was €154. I stayed for 4 nights and the price increased dramatically each night which was certainly not expected. I booked via my company but the receptionist insisted I booked via Booking.com and the price increase is to be expected. Breakfast was very poor. No hot food at all. No daily house cleaning. Even when I asked for my room cleaned after night 3, it was not done. Lifts very slow one out of service. Unable to exit at ground level using the stairs. Difficult to find.
Good location, excellent staff( Jayden was fabulous- very helpful and lovely rooms. Would have been 10 should they have offered full Irish breakfast and complimentary water in room.
Overall very good experience. Breakfast was a bit limited, and the 1am fire alarm on my first night was unfortunate.
Absolutely blown away by your hotel. The location the facilities everything can’t wait to rebook very soon. The most comfortable bed I have slept in. Breakfast was grand only thing but if ur not too fussy will get something.
Great place. We stayed there twice in our trip.
Nice, clean, centrally located hotel.
Fantastic location, very clean, friendly.
Super!
Excellent location - the best actually! Price vs value very good. Lovely room and bathroom... comfortable bed and atmosphere. Super clean and wonderful housekeeping services. Breakfast was basic but very good - excellent for European guests... but I don't think you have enough variety for a US or Canadian guest. Staff at desk were a bit reserved... not overly friendly... but very professional with any questions we had... but not really above and beyond feeling. :(
Clean and accommodating . Ask for top sheets on your bed if you use them
Excellent location, wonderful modern hotel, friendly and helpful stuff !!!
Excellent service from front staff and great location. Would stay again
Always a good experience at Motel One. This time we booked the slightly larger room, because the standard room is very small for two people over more than one night. The one critique of the room I have is the design of the shower: water splashes out while showering and wets the floor.
Great location. Well-designed room.
Smooth check-in by super friendly staff, convenient location, clean room.
Property is nice but staff are not friendly. Opposite of what is known about the Irish people in general.
Great central location, very helpful staff. Fairly priced. Unfortunately a resident let off the fire alarm in the middle of the night which took at least 30 minutes with all residents on the street to sort out. We had 3 weeks luggage and there was very limited hanging / draw space.
TV Channels not working!!
Very good location, friendly staff, only continental breakfast available, to little breakfast space, but good food quality, good 24/7 bar
Wszystko super, preferuję osobną kołdrę nawet w małżeńskim łóżku-tego brakowalo i czegoś na ciepło na śniadaniu.
