Perfect location, in walking distance to sights in the old town center, to REWE supermarket, bakery, many restaurant. The hotel has a very nice and contemporary design with a great lobby and bar. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the perfect stay!
Mooi hotel op een super locatie. Leuke en schone kamers, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Ook heel fijn dat er (goede) fietsen gehuurd kunnen worden.

Locatie geweldig. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers klein, maar schoon en mooi, zo ook de badkamer. Ontbijt duur en chaotisch. Iedereen moet bukken voor borden en kopjes. Goedkoop parkeren in Semperoper. OV voor de deur. Gezellige lounge om nog een drankje te doen. Aanrader !

Uitstekende ligging, prachtig ontbijt. De kamer was OK, maar kon iets breder zijn.

Another lovely stay here! Nice room on fourth floor with view of the Zwinger (as requested, many thanks). Friendly staff at reception and in the bar (special thanks to Sven for very friendly service). Our favourite Motel One.
nice hotel but I missed eggs and bacon at breakfast
During late afternoon: not enough staff available at the bar, waited almost 15min to order a ‚quick‘ coffee… Other than that it was a positive experience ant to be recommended ;)

We had anu excellent stay at this super modern design hotel, situated a few minutes from the main sights in Dresden and serving a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed in particular the extraordinary handicap friendly room, including the bathroom specially equipped for disabled persons
A modern hotel featuring nicely decorated rooms, a comfortable bed and excellent shower, superb location, and warm, welcoming staff.
Great location and good style, parking options. Room is small (though we took the bigger option), not very convenient, parking expensive, rates very high during bigger events, and the immediate charging policy (not shared by other MotelOne‘s!) is odd—whatever the extra service (garage, breakfast, etc.), you need to go to the desk and pay first…

Nice hotel, very good beds. While I understand that the breakfast area can be too crowded to allow dogs, not every dog likes being left on its own in an unknown environment.
We loved our stay. Everything was just right. Great location, staff, room and value for money. We will definitely return.

Excellent central location. Parking garage is perfect. Nice clean rooms, good atmosphere. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Coffee was not so lovely unfortunately.

In-room amenities were great, personnels were great and lastly as I am coming to the hotel for the last 2 years, I would like to see "omelette" in the breakfast.
Super leuk en interessant ingericht hotel. Kamers zijn altijd netjes en schoon. De bar was dit keer bijzonder smaakvol ingericht, met vriendelijk personeel en een zeer ruime keuze.
The Dresden am Zwinger is the perfect location when visiting the city and the patio is perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is helpful and friendly; the rooms are clean and comfortable. Motel One has become my favorite place to stay all across Europe.

This Motel One was in a wonderful location in Dresden. It was the perfect home base for me to explore this wonderful city. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was perfect and as expected. I even had a great view! This is my second stay in a Motel One and I know it won't be my last!
As always, we had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at the hotel. We will be returning for another stay next March.
Excellent in every category EXCEPT the only thing I really missed was a simple Nespresso machine. There were times I would’ve killed for a quick espresso before rushing out to my meeting.

Everything very good exept a problem with breakfast. I eat only a coffee and croissant and don’t think that I should pay a whole breakfast so I went to the bad where I got the coffee but was obliged to eat a muffin there was no choice.

As a parent traveling with two children I am very grateful that receptionists and restaurant staff was always kind and patient with the kids. However, the cleanliness was not quite what we are used to in Motel One. We found dishes and tableware not quite clean at the breakfast buffet, the kleenex box in the bathroom was empty two days in a row, there were pieces of lint on the carpet. We wish to add that the cleaning staff we met was very friendly and eager to help. We assume that the time per room provided for cleaning is extremely short and little mistakes line that unavoidably happen. It is just not what we expect from Motel One. Breakfast was good though not as varied and carefully presented as in other hotels of similar price. Vegans find a limited choice of foods.
Stayed for the fourth time in this Hotel: quality is good, food is good and the employees are amazing. This time the outside temperature at daytime was warm, in the night the temperature dropped to minus temperatures. Due to this the air-conditioning was switched of, means de windows needed to stay open for free cold air in the room. Due to the position of the hotel, there was a lot of outside noise; cars and trams. Management gave me new room in less crowed area, but still some outside noise.
The location is great. The design amazing. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. The rooms are very small tough and no toiletries.

Keurig verzorgde en schonen kamers enz Het was 's avonds erg druk in de Lounge van het hotel. Wachttijden voor een bestelde drankjes voor een groep van 10 personen duurde meer als een half uur !!!!

Het design van Motel One Dresden am Zwinger is geïnspireerd op het porseleinmuseum in de Zwinger. August II, de Sterke koning van Polen, was al gek van het 'witte goud'. Daarom heeft deze adellijke vorst een ereplaats gekregen aan de wand van onze One Lounge. De detailtekeningen uit het museum, figuren van originele Meissen-porselein en Skygarden-verlichting van FLOS maken eveneens deel uit van het designconcept. In de schaduw van de bogen vindt u onze grote Outdoor Lounge met zeven klaterende fonteinen. Achter de bamboestruiken is het heerlijk vertoeven en ervaart u van dichtbij het reilen en zeilen op de Postplatz.
Wie in ons Design Hotel in Dresden overnacht, overnacht tussen de barokke pracht van het oude stadscentrum. Het hotel ligt direct aan de Zwinger en ook andere bezienswaardigheden liggen niet veraf: het Residenzschloss Dresden met zijn Historische Grünen Gewölbe, de Semperoper en de Frauenkirche. Ook de beroemde Striezelmarkt ligt op wandelafstand en in de kersttijd zijn de kerststollen van Dresden en glühwein onweerstaanbaar.
