Amazing rooms, great staff
Very confortable and located close to Messe and Prater and, very important, to the Metro station. Room very quite and clean. All services worked perfectly. Good quality breakfast with a wide choice of food. You can't miss the cocktail bar!
There was cold outside and in hotel the heating did not work
- it was all very good - a small, but somewhat annoying aspect for a non-smoking hotel and for me as a non-smoker: I stayed in room 328 and whenever I opened my windown throughout day or late night there was smoke entering through the window due to smokers standing in the smoking area on the terrace outside the breakfast area = this smoking area should be removed and places somewhere where the smoke cannot bother anyone.
Good location and decent rooms, but the parking was very impractical – the entrance was extremely narrow for an SUV and the exit required driving against the traffic signs. The TV didn’t work (likely dead remote batteries), and one towel had a torn edge, which even caused me to lose balance after a shower.
Excellent stay as usual. Look forward to come back.

Rooms don’t have kettles or drinking water and there are no shampoo, conditioner, body creams which you can find in other 3 stars, so if travelling for business it’s inconvenient to having to carry your own shampoo and conditioner and body creams. There is only a soap that is not very good, certainly not good for hair. Rooms are missing an iron and iron board which again if travelling for business are very handy, I asked for one at reception and it wasn’t working.
The overall is very good, the hotel staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel’s decorations are amazing and the room was comfortable and cleaned. Very good breakfast!

Chambres confortables, petit déjeuner riche et très goûteux, emplacement calme et très proche à l’arrêt de métro. Nous y retournerons et recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour le bon rapport qualité prix , son emplacement et l’accueil cordial.

It was my second stay in Motel One Prater and I enjoyed it very much! View is amazing, metro station is just few meters away so it’s very easy to get to the downtown. Room was quiet, very clean and cosy, bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as always. Staff is amazing, kind, helpful, always smiling, especially Ms Renata made my stay unforgettable. Definitely will come back!

Online Booking and online check-in worked fine. Room is nice and clean. Stayed in Vienna Prater - there everything was very new. For the breakfast I would have liked scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up especially given the breakfast price of 18 EUR per person per day.
the atmosphere is always nice, the location is perfect. the greek restaurant on the other side of the street would be a great recommenation for guests. The staff has been there for a long time and are extremely friendly. It would be great if an early check in - check out could be selected if possible. Sometimes, especially after a longer night - it´s nice to leave late - but if you want to check out early and have a program - the room can be left and cleaned right away. The friendlieness of the bar women - (had no name tag) could be improved. Aaron was really nice and friendly... fresh Breakfast juices - fresh egg dishes, I think improvement wouldn´t hurt...
Great hotel, it was close to Prater and close to the metro station. Spacious room and very clean. I would improve the breakfast, I missed the omlette and eggs were not boiled enough.

We’ve been staying at Motel One Prater about six times a year for the past seven years, and it continues to be our favorite place in Vienna. The staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes a big difference and keeps us coming back. There's a special atmosphere that feels both modern and cozy, and we truly feel at home every time we visit. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, style, and genuinely great service.
Hotel was excellent and very good value. But booking system was very user unfriendly - I somehow ended up with wrong date and had to pay twice.
The hotel is very good as always. At the arrival, the reception staff were a bit impolite and impatient, and I didn't like that. Other than that, everything was good. The breakfast is a bit expensive. For two people, it is better to have a brunch somewhere else.
The air condition was perfect. Lovely cool room when it had 35 degrees outside. Nice lobby and very nice garden

Propreté, facilité d’accès, amabilité du personnel, emplacement, parking. Tout était parfait.
Cela fait la 4ème fois que nous réservons une chambre au motel one et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits !! L'accueil très sympathique, les chambres spacieuses, très jolies et aussi très propres, et la vue sur Prater magnifique... bref nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Emplacement très pratique pour aller au centre des congrès et dans le centre. Joliment décoré. Confortable. Seul point négatif, quand on est seule dans une chambre double avec un lit 2 places: on a à disposition qu'une couette, taille 1 place. Mais pourquoi !!!? J'aurais préféré une couette adaptée à la taille du lit.
Accueil formidable, gentillesse du personnel, aide à l'impression d'un document sans aucun coût supplémentaire, super design, ambiance lounge, lumière non agressive, propreté incroyable des chambres, ergonomiquement bien étudié
Je tiens à remercier au personnel dans le lounge bar et en particulier à Vicky et Claudia qui ont assuré un service excellent pendant le petit déjeuner et qui on rendu un début de journée à chacun avec leur sourire et leur gentillesse.

Un hôtel dont les chambres sont extrêmement confortables, ainsi que les salles de bains. En revanche l'espace pour le petit-déjeuner est beaucoup trop restreint. L'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport au centre de Vienne

Situation
Un séjour à deux pas du célèbre parc d’attraction Prater
À Vienne on ne s’amuse pas qu’au Prater, mais aussi dans le Motel One Vienne-Prater. Les attractions de ce célèbre parc se reflètent également dans le design de notre hôtel. Les petits chevaux de manège traditionnels et les bateaux à bascule apportent une touche originale dans le One Lounge. Des éléments de design tels que la « Pig Table » de chez Moooi ou encore la « Rabbit Lamp » nous rappellent que le Prater, bien plus qu’une fête foraine, est aussi une grande zone de loisirs. En prenant votre petit-déjeuner sain et bio, vous pourrez admirer le célèbre lilas qui fleurit au Prater. Les fauteuils et les fontaines dans le One Lounge vous donnent un avant-goût des heures de détente que vous pourrez passer dans le parc.
Notre hôtel design se trouve directement en face du Prater de Vienne et est ainsi tout près de la grande roue célèbre dans le monde entier. Dans l’arrondissement Leopoldstadt se trouvent également le parc des expositions et l’université d’économie. Avec la station de métro (U-Bahn) Messe-Prater qui se trouve juste en face de notre hôtel, le centre-ville, Stefanplatz et bien d’autres attractions de Vienne sont rapidement accessibles.
