Thank you for the service, I am very satisfied with the place and the service, we didn't stay long in the hotel, but the equipment is perfectly fine, there is only a little place to store clothes - it doesn't need a classic wardrobe, just a little deeper shelves and more shelves.. but I assume that the guest profile is 1-3 days' stay and those guests do not carry a lot of things.. good job anyway :)
Room 111 . Free Internet connection was not working properly.
Very comfortable stay. Delay in bar food order on one occasion. Crockery for breakfast should NOT be under the buffet serving areas, difficult to access when others are queuing for their food.
The only disappointment was- no in room coffee provided.

Excellent as always. Good breakfast. Staff coped well as it was very busy. Efficient and friendly.
Not grest. Stayed in better for less. Room very small. No clothes irons available. All 10 given out to people without return. People don't need to keep an iron overnight. Put in a return scheme. The reception didn't even kniw who they had been given to or when they were back. Positives: location.

Very good hotel in a perfect location; only issue I’ve found during a couple of stays is the breakfast seems unnecessarily chaotic.
My stay at Motel one could not have been better. Everything from the front desk to the breakfast to the cleanliness and affordability makes it a tremendous place to stay.
Stayed for 1 night with my family. Picked it because of the location near the train station as we came in late from the airport and needed to leave the next day. The room was clean, bed was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. Room itself is very basic (no mini bar? Coffee machine?) and not so spacious. Overall, it met our needs but i would not recommend to stay for more than 1 night. For the price I paid one can expect a bit more.

with checkin at 22.30 I received a room which was already / still occupied. Went in it and there was still clothing hanging around, bed not made... and I went straight out of the room again. Unfortunately this is an experience I would not like to make twice
I was very happy with my stay and it was great that I was able to get to my room faster than anticipated.

Too soft and worn out bed .
The temperature in the room was terrible it was too hot i know it’s winter but it was 17degrees outside and we had to Open the Windows to breath otherwise we could not sleep. also the shower felt down twice and it was not nice
Overall, quite good. But 2 things I didn't like. The first one was that the room smelled of the detergent that is used for cleaning the bedsheets and covers. And the second thing is that there were no scrambled eggs for breakfast, only boiled ones. Other than that, satisfied with everything else.
Everything was very nice, clean, and how I expected it. The only thing missing was that in my room, there was no safe, whereas in previous stays I had had a safe.
Not a good experience at all : - room much too warm. Mentioned it at reception but nothing changed - was there for a couple of night and no space in the room to put my clothes - the bathroom was not cleaned properly on the second night. - the breakfast buffet was extremely basic I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel chain is always a safe and good choice however this time it was so hot in the room it was not possible to sleep. View was super nice though. Staff at the reception was unfriendly

Loved the hotel generally. Very well located & convenient. Check-in was fast with friendly staff. Room was great, only issue was lack of bench, stand etc for luggage, so it had to go on the bend & floor.

Big Thank You. The hotel is great! what i truly loved is the cleanness of the room. This was key for me. Mariam in the reception was super helpful and assigned me a room that i requested. On top she was very knowledgeable like other reception team that i can't remember their names!

La moquette de la chambre était sale, l'aspirateur ne semblait avoir été passé. Des cheveux (et pas les miens) dans la salle de bain. Les serviettes fluffy promises étaient en fait plutôt rugueuses. Les chaînes internationales sur la TV ne fonctionnaient pas. Espace buffet du petit déjeuner trop compact, les gens se marchent littéralement dessus. Déçue pour 150 euros la nuit.

Parfait pour ceux qui ont un train à prendre ( mon cas). 02min. à pied de la HBF. Il manque un téléphone ( ou même un interphone) dans les chambres pour communication avec la réception.

Bonjour, tout était quasiment parfait, le seul petit détail négatif étant la température de l'eau de la douche, elle est, sans aucune intervention, assez variable passant en quelques secondes du frais au très très chaud ! Excepté cela tout était impeccable. Merci

bien situé près de la gare et des transports en commun petit déjeuner décevant chambre propre et bonne literie un plateau bouilloire aurait été apprécié mais le bar fourni le soir infusion ...
Très agréable, chic. Peu importe à l'heure d arrivée, une personne est présente à l accueil. La proximité de la gare est très pratique, vous avez présente à traverser la route. À peine 5 min de marche.
problème avec salle de bains inondation
Très bel hôtel, jolie décoration mais une atmosphère un petit peu trop sombre à mon goût. Chambre confortable, aucun bruit venant du couloir ou des chambres à proximités. Accueil pas très chaleureux à la réception, impression que l'on dérangeait alors qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres personnes et nous étions que 4.... Personnel du bar et du petit déjeuner très professionnel et sympathique. Emplacement parfait.

Pas de WiFi pendant tout le sejour, c est du jamais vu! C est lamentable!
Note de 2, comme l’étage. La dernière fois en novembre 2022, 17e étage avec vue magnifique. C’est pourquoi nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très déçus de la chambre avec vue sur le parking. Vraiment décevant.
