The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, since the room doors are close to each other, you can clearly hear other doors closing. The parking garage has only 12 spaces, which is rather limited for such a large hotel. During our first stay, we received a coupon for water at the bar, but not during our second visit – it would be better if this were more consistent. The location is excellent, with the main street and river just a short walk away.
Excellent service, excellent location. Not the first time at the MOTEL ONE hotels, and as always they did not disappoint.

It's my third time staying at Motel One and it will be the hotel of my choice when next in Warsaw. The hotel is centrally located, rooms are modern and clean breakfast is very good. I would only wish for tea/coffee facilities in the room and a fridge, but not a deal breaker.
Hotel in strategic position to reach almost every sightseeing. High quality Motel One standard as usual. I got a free room upgrade, with view on the Chopin Museum. Excellent experience (and I am an happy Motel One guest since 2017..). As a BeOne Program member, online check in very fast and useful.
The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, the personnel polite and helpful and the location is great. Sometimes the prices can be a little too high, but usually the value for money is great!

The staff went to extraordinary measures to locate information tossed into our trash can that was needed after we checked out and the room cleaned. All information was retrieved by the staff very quickly. The facility was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and all of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

We loved the location right across from the Chopin Museum, with easy access to transportation, the river, and many sights and cultural institutions. Lots of good design decisions -- and a spectacular breakfast
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year as we travel to Poland every year. The rooms were comfortable, friendly staff, reasonable pricing and overall a beautiful decorated hotel.
Everything was good except the fact that you could see the receptionists with these phones in the reception on the desk by the computers. And the phone wasn’t used as a communication device , staff between because you could see that both morning and evening staff got snapchats. Feels very unprofessional
Overall, I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I’ve noticed a shift in attitude at the reception compared to previous stays. The level of hospitality slightly it feels akin to encountering staff who are not entirely content in their roles, showing a certain degree of indifference. This was the most noticeable change. What I find particularly puzzling is the fact that personnel assigned to assist English speaking guests often lack adequate English skills nor are they fluent in Polish, which could otherwise be helpful in some situations. On a more positive note, the bar staff were exemplary in their service. I would suggest the reception team take a training course with them, and also work on improving both their English and Polish communication.
Very small room, no cabinetry for clothes, no fridge, no tea sets
Comfortable bed, clean room, quick check in and out. All in all a good stay and well priced. Would definitely come back or stay in another hotel from this group. One tiny thing - it would be nice to have had a bin in the room as well as in the bathroom, and for one of the bins to have a lid. Nit picking really but other than that, very happy!

Very nice place with great staff. However, there are no ice machines on the floors—you have to go all the way to the bar to get ice. Also, there’s no business center with computers or printers, though the receptionists kindly printed documents I emailed to them.
Im super thankful, this my second stay in motel one first one was in prauge and again motel one gained our trust, not only the friendly and there quick response but im also thankful for the housekeeping cleaners that found my tiny ear ring and put it in a place such huge thanks to keep our trust upright
L'hôtel est très agréable, bien situé. Accueil et disponibilité du personnel parfait. Un seul petit bémol au sujet du petit déjeuner, peu de tables avec chaises , nous devons prendre place dans des fauteuils de salon ce qui est peu confortable.
I enjoyed my stay: the location is excellent for visitors to the university. The reception area and my room were very clean - and I saw how carefully the cleaning team worked. The staff at reception, the breakfast buffet and the bar were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet had a good choice - I am very glad to see Fairtrade and bio products, as well as local/Polish specialities. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower is very good.
I enjoyed my stay again and will keep staying there as the hotel is centrally located, easily reached, close to eateries but the best is its very helpful staff, a wonderful buffet breakfast, clean and quiet. A top place!
The hotel was clean, the price is reasonable, and it is in a great location. My complaints would be 1) there were not enough staff working the counters to check people in & out of the hotel, so there was a significant queue during check-in & check-out times and 2) the lack of a bidet in the bathroom of my hotel room.
Great place to stay in Warsaw!
Great location if you want to see lots of Warsaw. Staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast choice is very good and is regularly refilled/replaced.

1. checkin online was not working (it said to correct fields marked in red but nothing was marked in red, same behaviour in different browsers on different devices) 2. checkin online page every time openining in german language and euro currency. 3. AC not working in the room 4. after opening windows strange smell in the bathroom (like comming reverse from the installation). 5. the leaflets to hang on the door not to clean the room - falling down every time you open the door 6. tissues in the bathroom put in the box, like they were manually stuffed there by cleaning service - totally not hygenic 7. shower type walk-in - too short glass, floor gets wet during the shower
the usual high Motel One standards. location was excellent, opposite the Fryderyk Chopin Museum and a very close walk to Nowy Świat, the famed street with a vast choice of restaurants & bars. maybe a 25 minute walk from the main railway station, though there is a Metro station nearby. hotel rooms & bar lovely, staff wonderful.
Had two 1-night stays in the same week and overall am extremely satisfied. A few small notes: 1) the first room was perfectly clean, the second room looked very clean but felt humid and smelled faintly of mildew, so slight deduction there. 2) the TVs were pretty old and not smart-TVs, so we couldn’t use streaming apps, like Netflix. The screencast function also did not work well. It would have been nice to be able to sign in and watch our shows, but not a dealbreaker. 3) if room service for meals and drinks had been available, we would have happily paid for it, but also understand that those extras increase overall room cost. However, the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and the lounge and bar area was stunning. Very easy check in and check out, and lovely staff. Amazing value for the money, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall great experience. The room was clean + quiet. Photos of lobby/room matched website + expectation. Note : One of the days the housekeeper did not change the sheets (there was a smudge of makeup from the night before that's how I know). Note: cell/internet reception was not ideal in room and could improve - which would not be an issue if you were staying a night or so, but I was there a week and needed to respond to work. If there was a password I would have comfortably used Wifi. Free wifi with no password can also be easily hacked so I avoided use. There was also hard water buildup on the showerhead itself - I was taking out chunks with a Q tip but only so much - you may need to deep clean showerheads every so often.
Reception was polite and efficient. The room was adequate - not big, but clean and comfortable.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Tout était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous aurions cependant apprécié avoir une bouilloire et/ou une cafetière dans la chambre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, tout peut se faire à pied.
Gestion de la température dans la chambre à revoir et dimension de la couette qui ne correspond pas à la dimension du lit et ça c est un vrai problème pour moi qui suis grand
Très belle chambre au 8eme étage avec vue superbe sur la ville le musée Chopin, le stade et le pont Swieyokrzyskie.
Bar très agréable et des cocktails à tombé. La chambre est OK bien que peut-être un peu petite et manquant de rangement. Le petit-déjeuner mériterait d'être amélioré il n'y a pas énormément de choix. Par contre le parking à 100PLN par nuit c'est beaucoup trop cher, ça revient moins cher de se garer dans la rue...
Hotel toujours agréable mais: - Impossible de régler la température de ventilation/clim beaucoup trop froid pour moi, les deux (2) régulateurs sont la pour la décoration !- Impossible d'avoir une couverture en plus car limitée !
Super emplacement ; personnel sympathique ; hôtel propre et moderne !
L'hôtel est très agréable, la chambre et la salle de bien sont spacieuses et propres et avec un belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ! Seuls problèmes : c'est la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre, j'avais trop chaud et les oreillers sont beaucoup trop durs, j'ai très mal dormi les trois nuits.
Aujourd'hui tous les hôtels moyenne gamme propose une bouilloire dans la chambre. Ce serait bien que ce soit le cas.
Hôtel immense, néanmoins d'un calme absolu ! Très bien situé : a proximité du métro, des bus, et de la voie principale qui mène à la vieille ville. En face du musée Chopin , et du parc qui longe l'école de musique, où à chacun de mes passages, une mélodie s'échappait d'une fenêtre Si je dois retourner à Varsovie, je retournerai dans cet hôtel

En théorie, vous pouvez directement pianoter sur les touches. En pratique, vous pouvez aussi y commencer votre journée riche en découverte en savourant notre petit-déjeuner. Dans tous les cas, une chose est sûre : nos canapés signés Wittmann et Poltrona Frau vous réservent un accueil des plus confortables. Continuez à vous laisser porter par la musique dans l’espace bar de notre hôtel et jetez un coup d’œil au mur situé derrière son comptoir : noir et brillant, il rappelle la laque raffinée d’un piano à queue avec de jolis détails dorés. Les clés (de sol) pour réussir vos vacances se cachent dans nos chambres : des lits boxspring ultraconfortables vous invitent à faire la grasse matinée.
Grâce à son excellent emplacement au sud de la Vistule, notre hôtel abordable est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir de nombreux restaurants ainsi que les attractions touristiques de Varsovie. Le château Royal situé dans le centre-ville vaut le détour ; bâti au XVIe siècle, il fut longtemps la résidence des rois polonais. Après la reconstruction de la vieille ville, totalement détruite pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le château Royal fut classé au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. L’impressionnant palais de la Culture qui se dresse sur 237 mètres de haut, se trouve également à deux pas de notre hôtel et compte parmi les emblèmes de la ville. Si vous aimez les balades dans la nature, vous serez comblé par le jardin de Saxe et le parc Lazienki. Envie de faire du shopping ? Partez donc flâner dans la Nowy Swiat, l’élégante rue commerçante de Varsovie, qui se trouve également sur la voie Royale menant du château Royal au Palais de Wilanów.
