I would like the room to be a little more spacious. You cannot have more than 1 big suitcase and a carry-on luggage in the room. There was no fridge, which is disappointing for me as I always want to have access to cold water. Furthermore, there was not coffee or tea in the room. The tv was installed in a corner and not in front of the bed, which makes it difficult to watch. Of course, this was due to the very small free space left on front of the bed. Finally, I would prefer to share one big double duvet with my partner, instead of having 2 single ones.
THE STAFF AT MOTEL ONE CHOPIN IN WARSAW ARE THE NICEST. ESPECIALLY THE BAR STAFF. IT WOULD BE LOVELY TO HAVE SOME BAR SNACKS SUCH AS CHIPS ETC. THE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE.
The only thing, as a cybersecurity professional, the WiFi in the lobby and the rooms is not secure, meaning that anyone can connect to it and see all the motel's guests' data in plain text (unencrypted).
Beautiful hotel with clean and modern rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting the Old Town.
Our stay at Motel One was wonderful. It was a perfect location, a short walk from Old Town, a grocery store and so many restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. And the room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect place to stay in Warsaw!
a jewel in Warsawa
Very good!
The motel itself is nice and clean inside. Stayed there for 10 days... BUT... there was no phone in the room to even call the reception in case of an emergency. No water despecer on the floor either. I had to get ice from the bar and was given it in a glass, not a bucket... how many times can you go down the stairs?. If you are looking to get more hangers, forget it. Only 5 per room, and you will not get more cause they say they do not have them. I asked for an ironing board and an iron which was handed to me at the reception desk. Had to bring it to the 8th floor myself. Room service did not bother to pick up dirty glasses from the room. Was I to take them down to the kitchen myself ???. No parking space when people come to pick you up, and the driveway is horrible. Drivers can't see the steps, no marking of the edges. Some almost ended up going through the windows into the reception area. Who the heck designed it !?!? Bottom line... will never stay there again.
good hotel with comfortable bed and amazing breakfast
nice modern room with very nice view, comfortable bed, breakfast ok, but for a Polish breakfast there could be much better choice of local products (it was just a simple standard one); a kettle and minibar in the room would be a great add-on
The room is very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff is cordial, helpfuland friendly. The reason why I don't give the maximum point is that there are no hot meals for breakfast (although there is pancake).
A few things stand out about Motel One Warsaw-Chopin and they are all negative. No way is this a 3.5 star hotel the experience fell well below that and price was above that. There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, there is no fridge in the room, there was no iron or ironing board in the room. When I requested an iron and ironing board from reception I was asked by reception to carry it myself from reception and up a lift to the room I had booked and bring it back again never have I ever been asked at any hotel to do this myself this every other hotel I have stayed at the would have done for me as the paying customer. Also for a 5 day stay I was only provided with one bottle of water for the room. This also unacceptable. The staff also seemed like they didnt care or I had to chase them up. Overall my experience of Motel One Chopin was unacceptable.
Perfect location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean.
Very nice place to stay, very nice staff and bar
My stay there was pleasant and peaceful. I was very tired and managed to get perfect sleep as it was very quiet in my room. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that might have been a little issue is the hair dryer that wasn’t working but I didn’t need it urgently at that time. Overall, it was a nice experience.
Très bon accueil. Personnel souriant.
Cosy, amazing ambiance and architecture
Overall my stay at the Motel One in Warsaw was very good. One thing missing from the room was a telephone, or another way to communicate with the front desk.
Beautiful hotel, up to date
Good, but not worth 140 euros a night. No coffee maker was a real downer for me.
Great location within easy reach of everywhere we wanted to visit. Hotel fairly new and well maintained . Good bar and reception area
Wonderful hotel with a great location right across the road from the Chopin museum. I would have loved a mini fridge in my room. That was the only thing that could have been added to my already amazing room.
Room was large and very comfortable, no complaints on that score. However, there is a fire door between us and the room next door. On the last night a young family stayed next door and kept us awake and woke us up early because there is no sound proofing on the door. In fact there is a centremetre gap at the bottom of the door! We could hear everything. It's not the families fault but the design of the door...
Good hotel centrally situated and right by Chopin Museum. Excellent breakfast options. Value for money.
Very pleasant visit. Helpful staff. Clean hotel. Central location.
Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Great central location.
Alles top
Amazing location, great value for money
all was perfect
Room is fine. But why was I able to check in online, collect card then find card failed next day and told to pay again?? With surly staff
Perfect location and accommodation
Awesome service and clean room. The guest service and receptionists did a great job when I forgot the Ipad and left the country by keeping it and packaging it until it was later picked up by the courier
We really loved our stay at Motel One Warsaw. Perfect combination of lovely room, staff and. Bar/restaurant for breakfast in a Locke location.
Amazing staff, rooms, and cleanliness!!
I've already been to 5 Motel One places in different cities/countries, and this one was super except 1 thing: we always traveling with our dog (a chocolate Labrador) and partly why we choose Motel One network is because you pet policy (you allow staying with dog for a absolutely adequate pet fee, which is totally fair for me as a customer). And usually, in all previous your places you can go with a dog to the bar as well, but somehow not in this one. And the pity thing is that we fund out about it already in the bar, after we order our cocktails. Yes, the staff in the bar was very polite when asking us to leave, but it seems counter-intuitive when you can stay with the dog in hotel, but can not in the bar and there's no sign that you can't before you sit there and somebody ask you to go away.
Pleasant stay as usual. Better than last year. This time the staff was friendlier and more efficient. There was one night when the bar tender could not handle all of the orders himself. Overall good value for money.
Massively exceeded expectations. Puts all other low cost hotel chains to shame. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent bar.
excellent quality hotel
Excellent reception staff who provided a warm welcome and helpful information on getting around the city. Clean room and spotless bathroom. Good space in the larger room. Very quiet. Reasonable choice of items at breakfast. Much appreciated. My only note for improvement: the mattress was a bit hard. Suggestion: stock some mattress-toppers for guests to request a “softer” rest.
