Awesome service and clean room. The guest service and receptionists did a great job when I forgot the Ipad and left the country by keeping it and packaging it until it was later picked up by the courier
We really loved our stay at Motel One Warsaw. Perfect combination of lovely room, staff and. Bar/restaurant for breakfast in a Locke location.
Amazing staff, rooms, and cleanliness!!
I've already been to 5 Motel One places in different cities/countries, and this one was super except 1 thing: we always traveling with our dog (a chocolate Labrador) and partly why we choose Motel One network is because you pet policy (you allow staying with dog for a absolutely adequate pet fee, which is totally fair for me as a customer). And usually, in all previous your places you can go with a dog to the bar as well, but somehow not in this one. And the pity thing is that we fund out about it already in the bar, after we order our cocktails. Yes, the staff in the bar was very polite when asking us to leave, but it seems counter-intuitive when you can stay with the dog in hotel, but can not in the bar and there's no sign that you can't before you sit there and somebody ask you to go away.
Pleasant stay as usual. Better than last year. This time the staff was friendlier and more efficient. There was one night when the bar tender could not handle all of the orders himself. Overall good value for money.
Massively exceeded expectations. Puts all other low cost hotel chains to shame. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent bar.
excellent quality hotel
Excellent reception staff who provided a warm welcome and helpful information on getting around the city. Clean room and spotless bathroom. Good space in the larger room. Very quiet. Reasonable choice of items at breakfast. Much appreciated. My only note for improvement: the mattress was a bit hard. Suggestion: stock some mattress-toppers for guests to request a “softer” rest.
Overall, I liked everything. But I really missed a kettle and free water every day.
A bottle of water in the room is a basic for any hotel. also a small fridge and a kettle, but there was none of that in the room… I hurt my leg and i needed some hydrogen peroxide or chlorhexidine - there was none in the hotel first aid kit, which surprised me a lot, they just sent me to the pharmacy. There were also no slippers, a robe or toiletries in the room, including a toothbrush and sponges. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is convenient, breakfasts are generally good, but there was only one type of eggs - boiled with a runny yolk. I do not eat runny yolk and therefore would like to have a choice of other types of eggs (for example, scrambled)
The room was what we needed, the staff were super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay, thank you
The room, service, bar and reception was perfect. But we had problems with TV.
Besides the fact there was no kettle forces - all fine !
The room was clean and relatively good for the price. The bar tenders and service in general were nice and professional. The thing I didn't like is that I was charged additionally for a parking spot, where while driving out it showed me 4 time less price on the ticket machine as I paid on the reception.
I had an excellent stay at Motel One Chopin Warsaw! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. Staff friendly! Would be great for an option of having a kettle on request for tea, but we can request a mug of hot water or tea from the bar open 24/7. The WiFi was free but really didn’t work at all. However, excellent place to stay! Perfect location and quality for the cost!
One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at!
Great location and good service. Excellent breakfast and bar service. Rooms are clean and good sized however no phone in room therefore you have to go down to reception if you need anything. A kettle/coffee making machine would be perfect in room. Otherwise I definitely recommend to stay a this hotel.
I haven't stayed here so dont send me a survey.
I so much enjoyed the stay, and the location is a very close walking distance to great scenery and restaurants.
Great Location, but Room Maintenance and Breakfast Could Be Improved I’m a member of the hotel chain, and the location of the hotel was excellent for me—close to the entertainment district and central attractions. However, the room had a few issues: there was a water leak from the toilet, and no light in the corridor near my room door, which made the area very dark and unpleasant at night. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic, especially compared to the high-quality breakfasts typically offered in hotels in Germany. .
Perfectly located hotel with very nice staff and excellent price.
Great location. Excellent staff.
I enjoyed staying at Motel One. The location is great, we could park in the garage and walk to the main sites. Small room but efficient, we didn’t spent much time there. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Good price!
My usual top quality impressions about the spacious, clean, modern and quiet rooms and the great location remain unchanged, after visiting my favorite hotel in Warsaw for the twelfth time. What left a final very bad impression, for the first time, was the fact that when I returned some hours after having checked out to collect my luggage (14/7/25, 15:15) and asked the left hand (my perspective) front desk lady of collecting my luggage, she suggested to wait for her finishing with the customers waiting to check in. It would be perfectly reasonable to wait for the on going specific transaction, but not wait for the whole line of people, which would mean waiting for 15 minutes for something (luggage from the storehouse) requiring 20 seconds. Only after insisting and complaining, she did what I asked for, meaning she brought my luggage after having finished with the specific customer in front of her and not after finishing with the whole line of people waiting. Such behavior certainly left me a bad last feeling and was in contrast with the behavior of all other employees of your hotel so far. A further minor issue was also the somewhat inadequate performance of the bathroom ventilation.
The quality of the breakfast was excellent. Everything on offer was perfect. I only missed a little more variety—for example, scrambled eggs or sausages. Objectively, however, there is nothing to complain about. Even the coffee from the machine was above average. Before arrival, we did the online check-in to avoid queuing at the reception desk. There was supposed to be a machine for issuing room key cards. Apparently, this information belonged to a motel in another city – in Warsaw, it was necessary to go through the reception desk. This was not a problem, but I would have communicated this a little better and more directly. However, our stay was great, and I can recommend the motel to everyone!
Overall an amazing stay at Motel One Warsaw! Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms (as always in Motel One) and really enjoyed the drinks at the hotel bar as well ;) the location of the hotel is perfect, everything reachable by foot (location right next to a busy street wasn‘t a bother because the windows were well isolated). Recommended!
The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, since the room doors are close to each other, you can clearly hear other doors closing. The parking garage has only 12 spaces, which is rather limited for such a large hotel. During our first stay, we received a coupon for water at the bar, but not during our second visit – it would be better if this were more consistent. The location is excellent, with the main street and river just a short walk away.
Excellent service, excellent location. Not the first time at the MOTEL ONE hotels, and as always they did not disappoint.
Feels like home from the moment you check in to sampling local delights at the bar to the friendly staff.
It's my third time staying at Motel One and it will be the hotel of my choice when next in Warsaw. The hotel is centrally located, rooms are modern and clean breakfast is very good. I would only wish for tea/coffee facilities in the room and a fridge, but not a deal breaker.
Hotel in strategic position to reach almost every sightseeing. High quality Motel One standard as usual. I got a free room upgrade, with view on the Chopin Museum. Excellent experience (and I am an happy Motel One guest since 2017..). As a BeOne Program member, online check in very fast and useful.
The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, the personnel polite and helpful and the location is great. Sometimes the prices can be a little too high, but usually the value for money is great!
I love your breakfast but the parking solution would be important
Nice business hotel in town. Good wheelchair accessible room. To be recommended.
The staff went to extraordinary measures to locate information tossed into our trash can that was needed after we checked out and the room cleaned. All information was retrieved by the staff very quickly. The facility was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and all of the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Great hotels, nice prices is WAW. Good service, location, price, lounge, supermarkt next door
We loved the location right across from the Chopin Museum, with easy access to transportation, the river, and many sights and cultural institutions. Lots of good design decisions -- and a spectacular breakfast
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year as we travel to Poland every year. The rooms were comfortable, friendly staff, reasonable pricing and overall a beautiful decorated hotel.
