Room was good, bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet too. But the TV in the room was a basic TV that didn't have YouTube or the Bluetooth connection was not working. There was no glassware in the bathroom, I had to use a paper cup. I really wished the room had a kettle. Breakfast service was chaotic.This is my third time staying in a motel one hotel. Previously stayed in Edinburgh and Manchester. This is the worst one I have been in and it will be my last one . It was like staying in an overpriced youth hostel for the middle aged. Never again.
I Have stayed motel one lots of time prag wien paris madrid munich etc etc so i was always pleased and when i travel yo europe i always want to choose motel one but this time my room is cold aircontition was not working hotel staff could not fix it and iam sorry Thanks
Clean Hotel, decent location, staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are decent but basic. No bar fridge, or coffee maker/kettle in rooms. Lounge has all the features of drinks and food if you opt for the breakfast $ option. Bar staff were excellent.

Thanks for the nice stay! Good and clean room, nice and quiet. Nice staff. Breakfast is really good quality, would be nice to have a bigger choice regarding fresh ingredients like salad, avocado, tomato/mozzarella.
Rooms very small, no cupboards, no room service, no laundry, only one towel allocated per room, shower soap ran out and was not replenished, no iron and ironing board in the room. Location was ok.
My room on the 7th floor had an amazing view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and perfect. I really enjoyed the ambient music and fish tank on the tv screen when I enter the room.
The building! At 1:45 in the morning, I was awoken from sleep when someone was rolling along with their suitcase down the hall on the floor above me. Then they moved into the room above me and I could hear every movement. They were not loud, it was just a lack of sound insulation. The shower! There was NO hot water. When I checked out, your people said did you tell someone? I was naked, I had an appointment to get to, no, I reported it on checkout after a cold shoer. And the room was expensive. I normally do not pay this much. V disappointing. My previous experience, many years ago in Berlin, with MotelOne was bad - they gave my room away because I did not read the fine print saying that if I did not check in by 18:00 it was no longer reserved - but friends told me to give MotelOne another try. I guess I am done with you now.
Very pleased with the room.
Very clean room and comfortable bed. Spacious shower. What impressed me the most though was the noise insolation of the windows. My room was located facing a busy street that had traffic both day and night. Yet once I shut the window the traffic could barely be heard. In general the furnishing of the room was decent. The TV could have been more modern with more smart TV functions to be able to watch one’s favorite shows after a long day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great bargain in a good location of the city.
Overall, a good hotel and good experience, however: I asked at the bar for a wheat beer and was told that that they did not sell it (despite it being in the bar menu) - another member of my group than ordered a wheat beer, and I also had one (after being served by a different member of staff!). Possibly 'lost in translation'. We had breakfast on our second morning, where we were intending to 'set ourselves up ' for the journey home. A good selection was available, but hot options would have been nice.

I made order November 2024 and I wrote in e-mail that I want to book 3pcs TWIN room. After that you said okey and sent invoice and everything was okey until you sent e-mail 2 days before arrival that you do not have twin rooms but only double. Men needed to sleep in same bed which is not okey.
My daughter said “Why can’t all hotels be like this.” Our stay was incredible. All of the front desk people were extremely polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. The lobby area was impeccable. The rooms (and hallway) were fresh, modern, clean, and just really nice. You truly live up to your marketing. I’m not joking when I say your hotel was so much nicer than a lot of the luxury chain hotels I have stayed at. I loved the hip vibe.
Une grosse déception sur la chambre, on n'a même la place sur les chevet pour poser un livre et des lunettes, il manque des rangements pour les affaires et un espace pour les 2 valises, c'est du tetris. Tout l'espace de l'hôtel est consacré au hall d'entrée, bar...mais on ne vit pas dans le hall. On peut aussi avoir envie de profiter d'une belle chambre et d'une belle salle de bains après une grosse journée de visite. Deux exceptions : "Cato" au bar est exceptionnel, d'une incroyable gentillesse, professionnel, efficace, pas oppressant et garde toujours le sourire malgré une grosse charge de travail. Et merci à Manon, aussi très professionnelle, aimable, patiente et forte de proposition. Vraiment dommage, je voulais tellement visiter cet hôtel mais sans doute trop d'attente envers la qualité de l'établissement. Le jeune personnel est vraiment bien et réactif.

I don’t care for the carpet in the rooms and during hotter months a little fridge would be nice. That being said: the staff was absolutely lovely, my stay was a short one but I’ll make sure my next one will be with M1 again.

I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, the room was very comfortable. My only 2 complaints are the TV and the AI Art on the wall. The TV would sometimes be a bit problematic, turning itself off for no reason. And a few more english entertainment focused channels wouldn't hurt The AI Art really was a shame, for a hotel chain that prides itself in Design the use of cheap looking AI Art definitely felt lazy and uninspired
Overall it was a good experience. The staff at the reception desk are not friendly and they are not willing to help me out with the laptop charger issue I had.
Erreurs de réservation, arriver un jour plus tard que prévu et cela pour juste une nuit. Une solution a directement été prise en notre faveur, un service au top et une chambre au top ainsi qu un bon petit déjeuner. Merci à toute l équipe

Bonjour, nous avons passer un excellent wk chez vous. Juste un petit commentaire sur le déjeuner. Il y a pas beaucoup de place pour manger vu le nombre de personne dans l’hôtel. Aussi non tout était parfait. Merci et sûrement à une prochaine fois.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le seul point négatif est le manque de place disponible pour déjeuner le matin, le mobilier est très joli, mais certains ne sont pas confortables et ne sont pas adapté pour prendre le petit déjeuner ( fauteuil et table basse).
La température dans les chambres ne peut pas être réglée. Fournir deux couvertures et deux essuies même si la réservation est single

Le déjeuner manquaient un peu d’organisation et de place , et nous avons eux quelque problème à l’arrivée concernant notre réservation que j’avais déjà payé à l’avance mais qui dans votre système montrait comme non payé .
Toujours des lits confortables chez Motel One. Par contre l'espace de petit déjeuner de celui-là n'était pas chaleureux, et pas assez de place pour déposer/préparer son assiette sur le buffet.
Bel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. La literie est très confortable. Seul bémol, les rideaux qui ne sont pas assez occultants. Il fait vite jour le matin dans la chambre.

Le design de notre Motel One, dans le Waidmarkt de Cologne, s’inspire en effet à la fois du parfum culte local « 4711 » et du Rhin tout proche. Lors de votre arrivée à la réception, vous pourrez directement vous mettre dans le bain en vous enregistrant à notre comptoir en forme de vagues. Symboliquement, bien sûr.
