We chose this hotel for its location to the airport bus stop which is basically outside the front entrance. Price could be cheaper. Staff were friendly and room was modern and clean, but basic - no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Everything was great but disappointed that the Motel did not have any twin rooms. Unisual in thi day and age. Other attendees at our meeting chose to stay elsewhere, nearby, because of this.
No battle of water gives
Hotel is easy to access from all areas of the city with underground ,SBalm and buses all very close. Hotel was quiet, we did have a rear facing room.
Missing a flat pillow
Good quality in-room facilities, and the residents’ lounge was useful BUT the air conditioning had only heating and no cooling, meaning that even at the end of September the room was too hot and stuffy to sleep well. My room also faced onto a busy street so not possible to leave open a window overnight. A pity, and for a relatively new hotel I would have expected better. In conclusion: stay here only in winter when the weather’s cold!

I was by business reasons the week and the breakfast was a little poor without just cooked dishes.

Definitely a basic no frills place. Our room was warm despite the a/c and no fans are available. The lack of toiletries when I forgot something was very disappointing and our room was unbelievably loud so we didn’t sleep well the entire time. I’m not sure I’d rebook again.
Everything was just fine super service in Bar and Reception. The only drawback was, that there were dark splashes on the wall in my room.These were only removed the 2nd day not immediately I arrived, although someone checked the room before I moved in, and I complained at reception.
Room to the inside was absolutely quiet, most important. Strange that on a Saturday cleaning staff entered at 09:30 the room whilst sleeping as no door tags were available to notify. Breakfast was some kind of disappointing buffets and setup for 18€ (too small and narrow tables) I experienced in my live compared to the price. For example: Too small & empty plates of tomatoes and cucumber, no scrambled eggs at all, no beans, small selection of bread etc. etc.

I love the convenience of this place. Location is excellent and rooms are just optimum and clean. If there is one thing I would improve, it would be the TV. The channel collection is poor. It’s regular now that hotels TVs can connect to the guest’s Netflix account.
Very basic hotel. I forgot my shower cap and went to the reception. There are no basic amenities at all to offer.
Everything is perfect. I appreciate the checkin online. However, a minibar in thr room would be very useful.

I like the Motel One group and have stayed at several hotels in different places, and all of them nice and excellent cost performance, but my favorite by far is the Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna! I have stayed periodically in Vienna, a couple times a year for the past 20+ years, staying at many different hotels. And after staying in the Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna, I have kept coming back to it and no other. Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna has nice, friendly, efficent, and helpful staff first of all, thank you very much! The hotel has a nice ambience and atmosphere, and the rooms there are maintained particularly nice clean comfortable and quiet. Internet was also very good. Location is also very convenient, right near Westbahnhof, the airport bus and Metro, and the shopping center there is very nice, and also walking down Mariahilfer Strasse. I recommend the Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna the highest. Thank you very much!

This was my first time staying at a MotelOne. The one I stayed at is a very well located, modern but simplistic hotel located at the Vienna Westbahnhof. Very well suited for shorter trips but definitely considerable if one is aiming to visit for a bit longer. It might just be just a bit small and there is no mini fridge etc. that might be a bit nicer for a longer stay. The only 2 downsides for me were the bathroom and the street noise. First, while the showers have a nice angle to capture water on the ground, the glass door is a tad bit too small and so a lot of water gets on the floor and therefore, it soaked the bath mat every time I took a shower. Second, the first night I left the window open, that wasn’t a great idea as the hotel is located on a very main and busy street plus the railway. The second night despite keeping the window closed, I could still hear sirens etc. Otherwise, an overall very nice and pleasant experience and I will consider booking this hotel chain in the future again.

The overall stay was good but need to do some improvements on breakfast. Provision of a variety of items such as bacon, fried eggs will be highly recommended
Another very good stay. I visit Vienna at least twice a year and never think to stay anywhere else. Friendly, helpful staff, very good breakfast, comfortable and quiet room. A good location with plenty of public transport to the city, main railway station, and airport.
Comfortable, clean and stylish room though the art work was a bit too kitsch for my taste. Could do with more wardrobe space and better towels. Bed was great and I slept really well also appreciate a good shower.

Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Gran buena ubicación y ambiente agradable. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son bastante cómodas. Nuestra experencia en general fue muy satisfactoria y consideraremos regresar en otra oportunidad. El desayuno es lo único que nos quedó a deber, ya que no había opciones calientes.
Todo bien excepto desayuno, un poco pobre no había mesas libres y las que estaban libres estaban sin limpiar ocupadas con otros desayunos anteriores.
Henos repetido por tercera vez este hotel en Viena. Ubicación muy buena ya que el bus del aeropuerto llega justo a 30 m de la entrada ! y sale de allí hacia el aeropuerto. Igualmente el metro línea 3 te lleva en 5 paradas a pleno corazón de viena a plena catedral de San Esteban. El hotel es muy bonito y las camas cómodas. Todo muy limpio. Se hecha en falta cadenas de televisión en español.
Personal eficiente, para la oferta del hotel podría ser mejor para el precio. El desayuno es limitado en platos calientes, se desayuna en el mismo lugar que el lobby, lo cual es extraño. No hay botellas de agua en las habitaciones.

Siendo un cliente habitual de Motel One por toda Europa, he de decir que es la primera vez que tengo una mala experiencia. Empezando por el desayuno en fin de semana, que se parece más a un comedor social que a un servicio de hotelería. Muy poco espacio de buffet disponible para tantos clientes, daba una impresión de que fuéramos todos unos muertos de.hsmbre. Patético. En la habitación, el WC perdía suus. No se le hace mantenimiento adecuado. Habitación 5149 Y el servicio de entretenimiento del TV para conectar un dispositivo por wifi, fallo la primera noche. Pueden parecer menudencias, pero es que antes está cadena tenía una relación calidad precio excelente, y las continuas subidas de precio hacen que este producto ya no sea atractivo como antes.
La calefacción muy alta y sin poder bajar la temperatura. No entiendo como en un momento de restricción energética y de cambio climático pueden gastar de esta manera tanta calefacción. No se es responsable energéticamente. Por el resto todo muy bien.

Nuestro Motel One Viena-Westbahnhof está totalmente impregnado del ambiente del cercano barrio de los museos, en especial del MUMOK, el Museo de Arte Moderno. Los colores vivos y un diseño extravagante están presentes hasta en el más ínfimo detalle de nuestro hotel. Ya en la recepción le invitan a relajarse dos coloridos sofás «Enzis», que están por todas partes en el barrio de los museos. Contemporáneas y originales son también las obras del vienés Thomas Draschan, que participó en el diseño exclusivo de la recepción, la zona de desayuno, el bar y las habitaciones del hotel. Sus obras para pared y sus collages luminosos desprenden el típico carácter vienés y juegan con escenas de la estación del oeste, estereotipos y absurdos, por supuesto combinados con una gran dosis de humor.
Nuestro hotel de diseño se encuentra en las inmediaciones de Mariahilfer Straße, una popular calle comercial que sale del centro de la ciudad en dirección al palacio de Schönbrunn. Desde aquí también es fácil llegar a otros lugares de interés turístico del centro, como el Palacio Imperial de Hofburg, la catedral de San Esteban y la Ópera Nacional. La Estación del oeste se encuentra justo en la puerta del hotel y permite realizar cómodamente excursiones a los alrededores, con lo que nuestro Motel One es la base ideal para viajar a Viena. ¿Le ha entrado ya el gusanillo por viajar? Subrayamos a la cita de Novalis que, por cierto, también encontrará en los artísticos collages de las habitaciones: «Soñamos con viajar por el espacio: ¿es que el espacio no está en nosotros?» Y le proponemos que no es necesario que sea por el espacio: ¡puede empezar por nuestro hotel económico en Viena!
