Within three days of stay no fresh linen at all, no fresh towels - I had to call to get fresh towels on the third day
Long wait at check-in, no room service (even though I hadn't canceled it). The hotel comes across as stingy: only welcome water". An alternative welcome coffee would have been better.
As discussed with the manager, the television shows the option for CNN and other English-language and international channels but then they do not actually work. I understand this will be addressed for 2026, so that might give me more comfort in staying at the property again then. (This was my third stay at the property and I was told last time that this would have been fixed by now. It had not.) Overall, the staff is fantastic, the place is clean, and the location is perfect. The only other things I'd really rather see are proper full-sized duvets (not the tiny Scandinavian-style ones that don't cover a person while sleeping), full-sized mattresses (not the two small ones pushed together with the big dip in-between them), and shower glass that extends further out so no water goes on the floor during a shower.
Overall - ok. But: Breakfast: lack of vegetables types and quantity. Bath room : paper caps instead of glass. Room: no tea / coffee, bo safe, and no refreg
Everything was great
really like Motel One, but as someone who eats gluten free the breakfast has too few options... the deal breaker and why I won't book here in the future is that the gluten free bread comes wrapped in plastic. Apparently the bread is heated in plastic, which is the first no-go, the second no-go is that the plastic sticks to the heated bread.
Very good stay, although room was very hot even with leaving window open.
The bad smell in the bathroom. No possibility to have some boiling water in the room to have a tea before going to sleep.
Since the motel in Wien Donau-City was not open yet, my reservation was moved to another hotel near the central station. The stay overall was good, but on the day of check-out I was disturbed by the cleanup crew around +/- 9:00 AM

Overall mostly positive experience. The hotel is incredibly busy and the front desk is not always staffed to handle the crowd. Our first room was wildly hot inside for October, thankfully the desk staff was willing to move us to another room. We also had issues with key cards twice, which was resolved quickly but an inconvenience nonetheless.

The location was convenient, the breakfast was tasty, the coffee was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was the check-in experience. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Ramira didn’t make me feel welcomed. It felt as though my presence was more of a bother than anything else. There was no friendly greeting like “Welcome to our hotel,” nor any helpful information about the stay, such as breakfast times or other amenities. That said, all the other staff were great. Friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay Despite that, the hotel itself is lovely, and I wish them many happy guests in the future.
It is an wonderful stay at the hotel,Direct at the Main station and a nice view .Nice rooms and the Bed was comfortable.
As I have come to expect, our stay was marvelous. Our room 15-10 was immaculate and made so again after our first of two nights. We had drinks downstairs, served by two of the charming bartenders I’ve come to know. The desk staff were also charming , efficient, and helpful. Like I say again and again, for me this is the only hotel to stay at when I come to Vienna.
Well situated and quiet. Rooms are well-organised, although a bottle of water a day should be standard. Also a phone connecting to the reception is a must, in case of emergency.
Overall it was a great experience and the breakfast was delicious. I would have liked to have a little more variety of dairy-free products and the opportunity to adjust the level of air conditioning for it was really too hot even though I turned the room air conditioning off. Thank you!

I always try and stay in a Motel One as you know what you're getting. This was pretty much what you usually get. However there were no net curtains up in here and the room I was in (333) faced out onto a play area and flats, so you had to be 'decent' when opening the curtains in the morning. It got a bit warm in the room but there wasn't any air con, so you have to open the window. I had a double bed but a single duvet which was a bit strange. I know I was on my own but I'd paid for a double room so should've had a double duvet on my double bed. On my 2nd morning I'd got the sign on my door saying not to disturb me, yet I had someone knock on the door to wake me up and before I could answer, they'd let themselves into my room. What's the point in having these signs hanging on your door if they're going to be ignored? The hotel itself is really nice and the location is right across the road from the train station which was perfect for me.
Our stay at MotelOne Wien HBF was excellent. The location right across from the train station made it so easy to get around Vienna and when it came time to head out. As usual when we have stayed with this brand, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the common areas are functional and the staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

I am very happy with my stay at Motel One. The only problem I had was that my room was quite cold — even colder than the corridors. I asked for help at the reception, and they advised me to turn off the air conditioning, but it still didn’t make the room warm enough, I’m afraid.
I've been hosted for six days and I found the hotel and all the staff wonderful! The localization is really strategic, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was clean and cozy.
Great location for us travelling by train. Very nice and clean, comfortable bed, and we loved the bar!
Not sure why the room was set up with 3 beds as it was requested single. The breakfast did not have warm options, which was disappointing.
Lots to like. Nicely appointed room with simple but functional inclusions. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Nice lounge area conducive to a drink or a coffee rather than being alone in your room. Breakfast good value. I gave a lower score for the room because there was no stand for a suitcase, although there was plenty of room for one and 2 out of the 4 lamps did not work.

Hacía frío en la habitacion
Excelente hotel ,ubicación enfrente de la estación de tren ,cerca del metro .El barman del bar muy simpático ,sabía hablar español y nos facilitó toda la información del metro ,donde plaza teníamos que salir y cuál teniamos que coger para llegar ,fue muy amable ,lo recomiendo
Hotel correcto. Habitación muy justa para familia de tres. Cama supletoria súper estrecha, es como dormir en una camilla.
Confortable, personal muy agradable y cercano, hicimos amigos trabajadores del hotel, Henry y Maurizio, buena atencion y cualquier duda nos atienden muy amablemente. Quedamos muy satisfechos. Gracias

En otros hoteles del grupo MotelOne, se entrega a los huéspedes, miembros, una botella de agua, aquí no y he echado en falta el agua en Viena.
Me gustó mucho alojarme aquí. Puntos a destacar: *La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la HBF - pude ir andado a muchos puntos de interés de Viena *Hotel muy grande y moderno con un diseño guay, cálida *Habitaciones en plantas altas con vistas muy chulas. Las camas son MUY cómodas *Uno de los mejores desayunos de hotel, super sano además, productos BIO. *Muy amable el equipo. Limpio y bien ubicado.
El hotel es bastante bueno; pero la recepcionista que mayor tiempo atiende no es amable, es altanera, parece que no le agrada atender a las personas.
Un hotel nuevo, moderno, con una atención excelente por parte de sus empleados y una buena ubicación, fuera del centro, pero con fácil acceso desde la cercana estación. Solo pondría una pequeña objeción al desayuno. Partiendo de que es un buen desayuno, se echa de menos algún plato caliente en la oferta.

Excelente ubicación, gran relación calidad-precio, el personal es muy amable, hotel muy limpio y buen desayuno. Las habitaciones son realmente lindas.
La habitación era calurosa porque no tienen encendido el aire acondicionado en esta época. La explicación del recepcionista durante el Check In, no fue amable. Pedimos un lugar para cenar o traer comida y las explicaciones fueron muy poco claras. En el Bar, los dos camareros que hacía el cierre, no levantaron la cabeza para atender. El dispensador de jabón en la ducha, no funcionaba, y había que abrir el bote para obtener el shampoo. Lo dejé abiaerto para que la persona de limpieza lo viera, pero se limitó a cerrarlo y dejarlo igual. He llegado con un menor de edad al Hotel (mi hijo), y no se nos ha pedido ningún tipo de documento de identificación durante el check In. Al decirlo al Recepcionista, su respuesta fue que "ya lo había comprobado"... IMPOSIBLE. Cualquiera podría haber llegado al Hotel con un menor, diciendo mi nombre...
Hotel nuevo, moderno y limpio. La habitación fue un poco pequeña pero en general todo estuvo correcto. El desayuno fantástico. Si hubiera una pequeña neverita en la habitación estaría genial. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento.
Destacar una gran relación calidad/precio y la ubicación junto a la estación central. Buenas habitaciones bien equipadas. Solo se echa de menos una pequeña nevera. A mi parecer, el precio del desayuno es excesivo.
El único demérito es que no había ningún canal de televisión que fuera en idioma alemán. Ni inglés, francés, español o euskera.
Bien situado. El personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación muy cómoda.

Desde el hotel también se llega fácilmente a otros lugares emblemáticos como la ópera estatal, el barrio de los museos o la catedral de San Esteban.
