As always very pleasant , back in December
Buenas tardes. En anteriores ocasiones hemos tenido una mejor experiencia. Normalmente solo pasamos la noche y desayunamos en la cafetería. En esta ocasión, el último día de estancia llegamos sobre las 22 horas y la habitación estaba sin arreglar. Obviamente, la cama estaba sin hacer no había toallas limpias. Como era muy tarde y estábamos agotados nos metimos en la cama y comentamos la incidencia en recepción a la mañana siguiente. Nuestra impresión es que no le dieron mayor importancia, como si fuera algo normal. Nos fuimos del hotel con ese mal sabor de boca. Una lástima!
The interior of Motel One used to be a bit better. Looked a little run down. Overall, breakfast was good. Just missing some more healthy alternatives.
I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. I found the breakfast to have great variety and lots of healthy choices, along with plenty of machines to make coffee drinks! And I greatly enjoyed the long tables in public spaces to sit and work and watch the world walk and drive by.

I had a lovely stay at motel one The staff was super friendly Specially a young supervisor girl at reception her name start with A ,sorry I can’t remember her name,but She was so friendly,lovely the hotel clearly was short of staff that day but she did a lots of thing by herself. Defo coming back maybe just to see her
Motel One is my go-to place whenever I travel, as the bedding and soundproofing are consistently excellent. However, this time, two things didn't go as planned: (a) the door lock was broken, so while technically no one could enter the room without a key card, we didn't feel entirely safe; (b) during breakfast, the cantaloupe and watermelon tasted off, as if the fruits werespoiled. Unsure of their quality, we decided to stop eating them. Aside from those issues, everything else was fine.

Hotel was fine. Room is very small. Way overpriced due to Oktoberfest. A fridge would be very welcome.

For a business trip, Motel One is always my choice. Maybe nothing to explore new, but you don’t come across with bad surprises at Motel One. Everything is as expected. Breakfast needs to be improved a bit. Doesn’t fulfill the price you pay.
The hotel is very nice, the best is the top roof bar. The hotel is beautiful and well situated. The personal should be more friendly and proactive. I missed a minibar at the room for cold water and a coffee machine, in my room the window didn't close. I missed toothpaste and facilities in the room toilet apart from a glass instead of a paper vase. I missed a bread toaster and more diversity on the breakfast. No room details at all like a chocolate. Experience is ok, although it could be improved and therefore much better.

Very nice hotel, with excellent price and service. Clean and well maintained. The roof-top bar is a great bonus. What could be improved: (1) the small table and chair is not convenient for working with a laptop; (2) opening in the shower wall causes a lot of water on the bathroom floor - very inconvenient.
Excellent service from the moment we checked in. Very good bar offerings. The air conditioning was not working and was quite noisy, and due to the ventilation system (only a window in the room), a lot of steam built up when taking a shower. Unfortunately, I had sent an email before my arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, as I couldn’t find the information on the website, but I never received a reply. However, when we arrived earlier at the hotel, we were immediately offered a room at no extra cost.
Always SUPER friendly staff and room offers everything you need on a small scale. Hip decorations and feeling throughout the hotel. We always enjoy staying at a Motel One.
The room itself was clean and so was the bathroom. The little i had to do with staff has been handled fine. Regardless, the "Did you book by phone" question seems like a joke! I tried to arrange the booking by phone (i also had a question) and called 4 times. Out of the 4 times 3 times someone simply hung up on me and the 4th time no one even bothered to answer the phone!?!?!?

I will like MotelOne (normally 9-10 score) but this time there was a terrible smell when I checked in late in the evening. After opening the window for some time, the smell was gone.

The entry/exit to the parking garage is quite narrow. Coffee could be a bit better, and one of my colleagues would have loved a scrambled egg for breakfast - I'm fine without it. Otherwise a nice stay.

It is a clean, friendly and central hotel for my business trip.
Hotel was easy to find. Modern looking. Friendly welcome by your staff and a free bottle of water per person on arrival. Room small but very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, strong wifi, good bathroom. Definitely recommend anyone visiting Munich to stay at Motel one. Well served by public transport via tram or underground. I travelled with a friend - a seasoned traveller - and he, too, was very impressed. Maybe a small suggestion is to offer facility to make a tea or coffee in the room and possibly a bigger food menu at the bar. Thanks and keep up the good work. I look forward to my next visit in a Motel One hotel. I had stayed in Brussels in a Motel One.
The hairdryer was filthy. The plastic is melting and toms of hairs attached to it. Nice if you have vending machine or some way to get snack after hours
All great except for the bathrooms (the water temperature is impossible to regulate) and the weak wifi. The vegan breakfast options and friendly staff are always my highlight.

Hotel staff were warm and welcoming, rooms were clean and tidy, if a bit cold for my taste, as the air conditioning was set to 10 degree, which is too cold for me, but who but e would know that? I can't fault the hotel or the staff

Water glass in the room would be good to have. Other than that everything was nice and we felt comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Parking garage is a bit pricey for 19€ a night.

Hotel lindo, pero nuestra habitación estaba lista para una persona y no para dos. Faltaban toallas y duvet. Muy pequeñas las habitaciones, aunque funcionales. En general bien.

Sepp, un verdadero bávaro de pro con su elegante pantalón de cuero, le da la bienvenida en el Motel One Múnich-Parkstadt Schwabing. Se trata de un pequeño robot le irá preparando para la combinación única entre alta tecnología y profundas raíces de la tierra. Esa es la interpretación que el One Bar de nuestro hotel de diseño hace de la imagen de la nube o «cloud» y en un sentido doble: como almacenamiento de datos y como vistas desde el cielo de Múnich. El parque que da nombre al barrio es la pieza central de este barrio situado al norte de Múnich. Casi que no hay mejor forma de planear su estancia en Múnich. El hotel se encuentra directamente al lado de las torres Highlight Towers, del Jardín Inglés y de la estación de metro Nordfriedhof a la que llegará en pocos minutos desde nuestro hotel. Con el metro también llegará rápido al Mundo BMW y al Parque Olímpico colindante, así como al centro de la ciudad con la plaza Marienplatz y la estación central. Y desde aquí tampoco se tarda mucho en llegar a la Oktoberfest ...
