No heat. Lift out of service
They are price based(think cheap)hotel. We were there for 4 nights and our room was terribly hot. They were going to "fix it" to no avail. Finally had someone on the night shift(two days in ) explain that they had the hotels AC system turned off. I am deleting my account. Never going back.
Fantástico hotel. Muy bien situado y muy cómodo. El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno también. La zona común para trabajar o estar un rato con amigos es maravillosa. Gracias
I appreciate that my request for a quiet room was given. The room was indeed quiet, also clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Internet working fine. And staff at the lobby and bar were friendly. The snacks (toast) serve at the bar are yummy.
Hello , comparing my stay to east side with Deuche museum, I feel more comfortable in Deuche museum Motel one.
I had as always an enjoyable stay at Motel one Everyone was friendly and helpful,the rooms were immaculate ,clean and comfortable The only thing was not enough space at breakfast and also ,a kettle and tea making facilities would be a great addition to the rooms
Potential for improvement: - When I met with colleagues in the lounge, we were not allowed to eat homemade banana bread that someone had baked for the group. We were asked to leave the lounge to eat it. - I didn't like that the TV in the hotel room automatically turned on to a regular stressful program. At another Motel One hotel, an aquarium video with relaxing music starts instead, which I thought was so beautiful. I missed that.
I like the atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are small, simple, clean. Completely adequate. The beds were suitable and my wife and I both liked that there was a firm pillow for each of us. We do not like the type of shower they provide. It had an open side and the floor always gets soaked in these types of bathrooms. I will use Motel One again.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and floors. Easy connection to public transport.
Room is clean but it is very basic. Only a paper cup. Not even a bottle of water. I heard that you can request for a bottle of water at reception but why don’t they offer it when you checked in? Near train station.
Solid hygiene, minimalistic, adequately sized rooms, staff are friendly. All the basics are covered. Breakfast lacks some variety for the price, but overall decent, though the hard boiled eggs were very undercooked with no way of fixing that after speaking to kitchen staff. Technologically speaking, other hotels in the same price range allow streaming personal media to the TV via AirPlay or an HDMI cable. Still, definitely a trustworthy hotel chain, in my experience.

The location was great. The room was a bit small but for the price point probably ok. There was, however, not much space for storage such that with two suitcases in the room it would have been very difficult to move around.
We had a small, but perfectly adequate room with a large bed. Very clean and quiet. The price for the room, as well as for parking was very reasonable. Very good connection into the city center but the neighborhood near the hotel was also very nice. We would come again.

The receptionist greeted me very nicely. Since it wasn't crowded when I arrived, we had a pleasant little chat. The room itself was exactly what I've come to expect from Motel One. While I've always considered their breakfast to be top-notch, it feels like there's recently been some room for improvement. One thing I noticed was that my room door didn't have an automatic closer, so I almost left it wide open when I headed out for breakfast.
The hotel is well located, a short walk from Munich East railway station. The room is a good size, impeccably clean, with a comfy bed and good bathroom. The breakfast is also reasonably good. Overall, great value-for-money.

I stay frequently at MotelOne hotels because they are well designed, impeccably clean with friendly staff. The rooms are adequately sized, and sound-proofed with clean bathroorms.
Location, friendliness, easy checkin and checkout are all wonderful. The detergent that is used for the bed linen and towels smells of vinegar and the bathroom in 442 had an unpleasant smell.

I enjoyed my stay, and would stay with Motel One again. However, I had one disturbing experience: I went to pay for breakfast on day 2 (of four) and the staff could not find my record. For some reason it had been wiped. The staff said that had I not arrived to pay for breakfast, they would have assumed I had left, and would have cleared my room. They also said it was due to an IT error. That is obviously unacceptable. I make no criticism of the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but a modern business should have better systems than that.
It was clean and silent . Staff was friendly . No slippers and shoe horn were available in the rooms which is needed .

Si el horario del desayuno es hasta las 11h los sábados y domingos debe mantenerse toda la comida hasta las 11. A las 10.15h ya no quedaba ensalada de frutas y no la repusieron. ni siquiera cuando se preguntó por ello. El entertainment de la television no funcionaba y no me dieron solución. El año pasado me dieron agua en la habitación y este año no. Para mi gusto es un hotel caro para los servicios que ofrece.
There is no minibar in room, it is not important is empty or full but it must be. I put my drinks to balcony to make them colder. No basket in room, only in bathroom.
This was my first time at this property. I’d previously stayed at the other one down by Orleansstraße 20. This one was just as good. The staff was VERY friendly. The service remainded good even though I was there around Christmas! Thank you!

As always Motel One is great, but room was very noisy
Great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with nice chairs. Room in hotel gets too hot and this was September 18 degrees outside. So in summer it must be crazy hot. I did open the window for fresh air but busy traffic noises. When having breakfast they started to clean the coffee machine in the end without informing guests. Therefore I only was able to drink 1 coffee.
Very clean room. Clean fruit did a wonderful job clean the room is every day.
Lo que no me gustó fue que no cambiarán las toallas diario o que te dieran agua, salvo el primer día El hotel en general está limpio y muy atento el personal. Si requieres hacer check inn temprano t tienen la posibilidad te permiten hacerlo. Esto compensa lo anterior. Increíblemente cerca del tren. Definitivamente me volveré a hospedar y buscar esa cadena en otros lugares.

¡Servus! Con este saludo típico bávaro le daremos la bienvenida a nuestro hotel de diseño en el centro del distrito de Haidhausen, en el este de Múnich. El Motel One Múnich-East Side, al que puede llegar fácilmente desde la estación del este, ofrece un entorno sin igual gracias a su diseño interior, que combina elementos tradicionales y modernos. En él, los lugares de interés y los monumentos principales de esta ciudad cosmopolita se presentan con un corazón de graffiti, que le abrirá el apetito para un recorrido por la capital bávara. Hablando de apetito: por la mañana, después de una noche de descanso en una de nuestras camas box spring, le espera un desayuno saludable para que disfrute antes de dirigirse a la ciudad. Tome la S-Bahn y en apenas unos minutos estará en la plaza Marienplatz con su famoso ayuntamiento, en la Kaufingerstraße, que es la meca de las compras, o en el Viktualienmarkt, donde podrá comer alguna de sus muchas especialidades. Nuestro hotel en Múnich se encuentra en una zona histórica y especialmente bonita de la ciudad, ya que, con sus 1200 años, Haidhausen es incluso más antiguo que la propia Múnich.
