The room and shower room were ideal, we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and would be happy to return to the hotel on our next trip to Manchester.
Excellent hotel in the heart of Manchester
Room is basic no frills but clean, bring your own products because only one soap provided for shower gel shampoo conditioner. The tv did not work and no phone calls in room. Plastic beakers instead of mugs just all very economy feel. Pillows were good and location is great for Manchester Piccadilly station

My room overlooked a street which was very noisy. The room was functional. Nowhere to put your suitcase and very limited hanging space for garments. The hotel is situated across the road from Manchester Piccadilly station, making it ideal if you have an early train to catch. I had breakfast but it was average. I do not know where they source their fruit juice from, but it was watery and tasteless.
Good and clean, but what’s up with the cleaning ladies not refilling the toilet papers while they were cleaning? Had to ask for toilet paper myself twice in 5 nights.
Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet room. Well equipped room, clean and tidy. Very substantial breakfast.

Great hotel, fab location 2 mins from train station and about 10 mins into city life. Room clean bed really comfy, staff really friendly and helpful and the lobby smelt gorgeous.
1st time using Motel one. Great location, particularly for the main train station. The reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. My room on the 3rd floor was more than adequate for my needs for a 1 night stay. If I were staying for a longer period then a small fridge would have been very useful.The only minor negative that I had was the shower head kept moving when in use. Due to leaving early the next day I did not use the breakfat facilities. This hotel is very good value for money and I will certainly stay here again in the future.
The room was clean and had what we needed. The staff was very helpful. The location was across from the train station and accessible to most things in the city. Quiet room. Would stay again.
Lobby and reception area good. Cleanliness of the rooms poor. When I asked for ice for the room it appeared to be a problem. No one was at the bar on two occasions and on one occasion the bar staff member was having a chat with the receptionist. No offer of complimentary water in the rooms on biscuits and stained plastic recyclable cups were on offer for coffee and tea making. The carpet was dirty and grubby too. Vfm wise the offer was poor compared to the high end Maldron in the locality.
I needed to have a quick booking as the original place we rented is smaller than expected. We are group of friends who went to Manc to watch a concert. I volunteered to just find another place and good thing I did, and found Hotel Motel One. I had a peaceful uninterrupted sleep after the show.

Good hotel. Only thing that needs fixing is breakfast. No cooked stuff. And too small an area...looked crowded at 8 am...but you can get a nice breakfast at the nearby railway station.
The experience was bit great , I had no service no one could phone me or I could not phone out , no WiFi , the view was a brick wall , willer on reception che king in ignored when queuing and then to be told k thought you were with other group should be more aware the tea and cider in room was not visible as too high
Customer relations is key to my grading, that remains a stand out.

Generally excellent, but carpets and soft furnishings in my room were stained in places. Probably inevitable as some guests probably don't care if they mess things up. Bathroom was small but brilliantly well designed and very clean.

Es limpio y visualmente llamativo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Si llevaranos maleta no sé dónde se colocarían. El desayuno no es más generoso y amplio en el que hemos estado. Teniendo en cuenta el precio que se paga con lo vivido para una noche es correcto. Q haya enchufes europeos es algo muy positivo. Colchones buenos. Es caro.

Excelente ubicación al lado de la estación de tren Manchester Picadilly. Un hotel moderno, la habitación muy confortable con la cama muy cómoda. Todo el hotel estaba muy limpio. Destaco la amabilidad de María en recepción, nos atendió muy bien, una gran profesional, nos aconsejó en todas las dudas que tuvimos, siempre con su sonrisa en la boca. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel en nuestra próxima visita a Manchester.
Buenas habitaciones, confort, buen diseño. Debería mejorar el desayuno, es un poco justo en cuanto a variedad y la calidad de la leche en la maquina de chocolates y cafés de ería mejorar, al igual que el zumo que es muy aguado y apenas tiene sabor.
Hola, me ha gustado mucho su hotel. Sin embargo, no me ha llegado la factura del pago de mi estadía, y la necesito con urgencia.
Personal muy agradable, limpio y bien ubicado. Faltan perchas para colgar la ropa en la habitación y quizá un pequeño armario.

Muy contento con la ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, la limpieza, el desayuno... Muy buena relación calidad-precio.
Es mi primera opción si me tengo que quedar en Manchester. Lo único negativo es la falta de google/apple cast en las TV (estamos en 2024) y la falta de habitaciones con bañera. Por lo demás perfecto.
La única pega que puedo poner es el Wifi, que era muy lento. Por todo lo demás, ha sido un gusto alojarme en el Motel One Picadilly.

Inmejorable en todos los aspectos: ubicación, amabilidad del staff, calidad del desayuno, instalaciones, comodidad de la cama y almohadas. Si vuelvo a Manchester, volveré a Motel One :) sin duda
hola simple pero confortable, la cama excelente. el desayuno es muy monótomo, siempre hay los mismo, deberia haber mas variedad.
Todo perfecto excepto la entrada a las 15.00h.

¡Bienvenidos a la ciudad de la música, bienvenidos a Manchester! Un viaje a la ciudad del noroeste de Inglaterra necesita una buena banda sonora: aquí es donde se fundaron bandas como Oasis, The Smiths, Stone Roses y Take That. Acorde a esto, el Motel One Manchester Piccadilly está decorado con papel pintado con retratos de las famosas bandas. En la zona del bar, las sillas de club Varier y los sofás de Living Divani crean el relajado ambiente que se vive entre bastidores donde las guitarras eléctricas y los vinilos le dan el toque diseño. Y no podía faltar el símbolo de la ciudad, la afanosa abeja que también se hospeda en el hotel. Un collage de fotos sobre la temática de la Manchester Bee pone el toque de color, las lámparas de péndulo doradas de Produzione Privata recuerdan al cuerpo de las abejas y en los bancos de Signet hay cojines en color miel.
Nuestro hotel asequible de diseño se encuentra en el centro de Manchester en las inmediaciones de numerosos lugares emblemáticos como el teatro Royal Manchester Theatre y la catedral Manchester Cathedral. Justo enfrente está la estación Piccadilly Station, la estación central de la ciudad, lo que permite llegar fácilmente a lugares como el Salford Quays y el aeropuerto de Manchester.
