Accueil, Cadre, Chambre OK Emplacement Excellent Petits bémols : chasse d'eau fuit, et decu petit dejeuner car plutot continental que britannique (pas de saucisse, de gallettes de pdt, haricots rouge...)

Become a regular for our annual company get-together. Close to station bars and restaurants in nice part of Manchester. St. Peter's Square is quaint and quieter.

Nice neat and clean. No Draught beer which was disappointing. I am not sure if a new system was in operation but the staff on receiption were very confused and it took an age to check in and I am still waiting for my invoice!

Nice, clean room. A little noisy but that was to be expected in a central location. I was not a fan of the breakfast set-up in the lounge. A brighter breakfast room with proper tables and chairs would have been more comfortable to eat in.

Having a door hangar that says “Do not disturb I’ve had a big night” might be suitable for a Millennial guest, but not really appropriate for a pensioner like myself! In the bar area 2 customers (I don’t even think they were guests in the hotel) were watching loud videos on their phones. Hotel staff didn’t intervene and allowed them to continue. We decided not to have another drink in the bar because of this.
Such good value for money and genuinely the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years.

Easy check in, pleasant enough staff though they weren't very talkative, was only a quick stay, interesting change to pick up the water instead of it being in room

Room was clean and tidy, nice shower, good hair dryer. Everything worked.
When I checked in I was told i had another room for 2 nights booked. I questioned this and then asked for this to be cancelled as I hadnt booked it. I was advised they couldnt and I should cancel this. I then checked my booking software and i couldnt cancel it as this was not in my software (because i hadnt booked it). I am trusting i will not get charged for this, but I havent seen yet. Also the bar area is lovely, it cannot be charged to your room, it doesnt serve draught and it is really expensive! Everytime the bar member served me (at the bar not at a table) they presented the "tip" option. Why would we tip for someone performing their job to open a bottle (no draught). If they are serving a table of 10 all night, i could understand this. but we are not the USA and i feel it is wrong to request a Tip every time i approach the bar for a drink. I will not be staying here again due to the bar shortfalls and expenses and also the poor breakfast choice.

Nous revenons de notre séjour passé à Manchester et voulions laisser un avis agréable sur votre établissement, que nous avons adoré. Un immense merci à Maria pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que notre chambre était prête plus tôt que prévu, ce qui était un vrai plus à notre séjour. L'hotel est très propre, idéalement situé, le staff est très gentil et serviable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain séjour à Manchester.
Great hotel, room was clean and it’s located really central which makes it a great place to stay in Manchester for reaching the train stations, restaurants, shops, etc.
I was disappointed that the tv was old and it was a struggle pressing the buttons on the remote (buttons were not working when pressed). The bathroom toiletries were very limited too.
The room is clean and modern! Although the price a bit steep maybe look into the rooms prices
I love motel one so much. Peter's square is a fantastic location. The hotel is so so clean and the staff including the cleaning staff are really friendly. I recommend motel one to all my friends. I've even had a good laugh in bar on other occasions.
Immer wieder zieht es uns in ein Motel One. Auch hier war der Service hervorragend. Die Bar hat sehr lange geöffnet. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht.

I absolutely loved my stay!. Chloe is an invaluable asset to the hotel/hospitality business. Excellent customer service! Chloe very patiently helped me with registration/ online booking queries over the phone and very kindly offered me a room upgrade on arrival. I loved the fact there is a cosy bar and very helpful staff. Every single staff member were so accommodating (forgot my toothbrush) but reception were able to offer a complimentary one, bar staff also excellent. Only improvements suggested would be to provide a thicker duvet in the winter months/ blanket as cold at night so had to sleep with air conditioning on. The bathroom drainage was a little whiffy when air conditioning came on and wafted into the room but can be hopefully resolved. Bed was super comfy and room spotless!

The look and feel of the lobby, 24 hour reception, 24 hour bar, the fact the bar serves hot drinks and snacks, the comfort of the beds and pillows, the quality of towels, the sound insulation in rooms ensuring a good nights sleep always, the location of the hotel. All those are the reasons I keep going back.

Stylish hotel at amazing price. Rooms are not huge but they are perfectly adequate. Bathrooms clean and well equipped with hairdryers. Tea/coffee facilities included. Large tv and double comfortable beds.
