Eine runde Sache - Qualität wie erwartet
Aufenthalt war wie immer. Drei Punkte störten den insgesamt gewohnt guten Aufenthalt: - erhielt keine Reservierungsbestätigung per eMail, obwohl ich eine eMail an das Hotel geschickt hatte - das Frühstück enthielt immer noch keine weichen Frühstückseier (Eierkocher hierfür ist anscheinend immer noch defekt, was man mir bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt vor einem knappen halben Jahr auch schon mitgeteilt hat) - kein einziger fremdsprachiger bzw. deutscher Sender war über den Fernseher zu empfangen (wäre für eine deutsche Hotelkette ein schöner Service gewesen)
Das Hotel war super! Die Lage ist perfekt! Bei dem Zimmerservice wurden die Becher nicht gewechselt, im Bad war keine Lüftungsanlage/Fenster und es gab keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank, aber trotzdem war es insgesamt sehr gut!!!

Major issues with your app while booking. Charged me before I checked in but says pay on arrival. Cancelled the booking and re booked but still charged me the two. Your customer services had no idea why I was charged
Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The location is absolutely brilliant, we were a 10-15 minute walk from almost everything we were looking to go to/visit. Shout out also to the man that checked us in on Friday morning he was absolutely brilliant, didn’t get his name unfortunately.
the toilet leaking/running kept us awake all night i came for a relaxing nights sleep and got the opposite
Arrive to a warm welcome at reception, Carly was polite & quick to accomadate us to our requirements, making our stay first class and will certainly be using this Clean, well positioned & friendly hotel again!
Fabulous location and great value for money. Within walking distances from the coach and railway stations. Very modern and clean, I would stay again in the future.

The staff were very much the difference between Good and Excellent. Both at Reception, but also the Bar guy was awesome. Filled a quiet room with happiness. Felt like being in Cheers. The place was clean and beds comfy. I personally struggled with the pillows. The large ones just don't work for sleeping and the thin ones were too hard. But the room was spotless and compared to a lot of alternatives the value for money is significant. Would stay again... if they change the pillows.
Brilliant staff always helpful. Rooms a little stark. Really clean. I had an accessible room, but I had a walk round the corridors to the lifts.

The excellent staff gave me directions for the music venue I was attending that evening. The bed was so comfortable/ the best sleep I've had for some time.

- TV needs to work - shower needs to be more than a dribble - staff need to be able to work the system to provide an invoice on departure (and when they say they will e mail it then actually do that)
Clean, comfortable & in a great location.
The toilet seat was visibly unclean. There seemed to be some marks from previous use or something else which had not been wiped off properly or cleaned away. The shower water in the morning was also cold which led to an unpleasant morning shower for both of us. Other that the room was nicely laid out and the tea and coffee service area was well better stocked than most hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful when wanting to store bags and check in.

From the moment we arrived staff were attentive and friendly and our room was great spacious and quiet. And very helpful to let us leave our bags before check in and after check out so we can make the most of our visit. Bar area, as usual for Motel one hotels was quirky and comfortable. Shah and Dan, bar staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our 2-1 gin. Nice touch for members as well as free water. Good to see key only access to upstair rooms and toilets. Didn't have breakfast included this time but plenty of places near by as well only 10 minute walk into centre and trams right outside.

Become a regular for our annual company get-together. Close to station bars and restaurants in nice part of Manchester. St. Peter's Square is quaint and quieter.

Nice neat and clean. No Draught beer which was disappointing. I am not sure if a new system was in operation but the staff on receiption were very confused and it took an age to check in and I am still waiting for my invoice!

Nice, clean room. A little noisy but that was to be expected in a central location. I was not a fan of the breakfast set-up in the lounge. A brighter breakfast room with proper tables and chairs would have been more comfortable to eat in.

Having a door hangar that says “Do not disturb I’ve had a big night” might be suitable for a Millennial guest, but not really appropriate for a pensioner like myself! In the bar area 2 customers (I don’t even think they were guests in the hotel) were watching loud videos on their phones. Hotel staff didn’t intervene and allowed them to continue. We decided not to have another drink in the bar because of this.
Such good value for money and genuinely the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years.
