I absolutely loved my stay!. Chloe is an invaluable asset to the hotel/hospitality business. Excellent customer service! Chloe very patiently helped me with registration/ online booking queries over the phone and very kindly offered me a room upgrade on arrival. I loved the fact there is a cosy bar and very helpful staff. Every single staff member were so accommodating (forgot my toothbrush) but reception were able to offer a complimentary one, bar staff also excellent. Only improvements suggested would be to provide a thicker duvet in the winter months/ blanket as cold at night so had to sleep with air conditioning on. The bathroom drainage was a little whiffy when air conditioning came on and wafted into the room but can be hopefully resolved. Bed was super comfy and room spotless!

The look and feel of the lobby, 24 hour reception, 24 hour bar, the fact the bar serves hot drinks and snacks, the comfort of the beds and pillows, the quality of towels, the sound insulation in rooms ensuring a good nights sleep always, the location of the hotel. All those are the reasons I keep going back.

Stylish hotel at amazing price. Rooms are not huge but they are perfectly adequate. Bathrooms clean and well equipped with hairdryers. Tea/coffee facilities included. Large tv and double comfortable beds.

Another lovely stay at Motel One. I arrived early and was happily surprised when the receptionist (the Man City fan) told me my room was ready. Much appreciated!

Delighted to be back to stay at the hotel. Chloe and Dembah were very wecloming upon check in and assigned a room as per my preference. Massive win for the hotel to have Sharad back working in the hotel bar as this person is an embodiment of what top notch customer service should be like. Clean rooms as always and very convienit location.
Arrived early in the morning with my son. We were planning on leaving our bag when we were were informed our room was ready. Tram is located outside the door and near everything. Highly reccomend

For a solo traveler like myself , it was superb Room was big enough for me , cleaned every day ( the only other place I've stayed in like this was Ostend hotel in Ostend . Ain't a negative but if your a person who travels with a big suitcase and lots of clothes to hang up , this room isn't enough for you but as I say , if you travel light , couple of t-shirts , rest can be left in your bag or suitcase, it's for you I like my tea , so I asked for more tea bags and milk, like a shower , asked for more soap gel and asked for a new remote , ( old age doesn't come itself , so I need subtitles lol). All delivered to my room , within an hour The staff at the desk , so friendly and helpful , Special thanks to choe , who advised the trams I could get , to utd and city grounds , I'm that happy with service , booked 3 days in motel one in Newcastle in march , I have stayed in a z hotel in Glasgow, and being a member there , you get a free glass of wine , cheese and grapes every night . Here I could get a free bottle of water So that one nothing Glasgow Cmon guys , equal it 🏴🤪
Great stay. First time at this motel one and won’t be the last. Clean, quiet, well-appointed. Best thing though were the staff. Friendly, efficient, welcoming. Special mention to the barman (apologies for not getting his name); he really did go out of his way to look after us - much appreciated. Great location and tasty breakfast too. Thank you 🙏

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the stations and to the city center, in the beautiful St. Peter’s Square. The bar area is beautiful and the coctails are really good. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff is friendly, but we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the check in late at night because the only staff member was working at the bar counter. This should definitely be improved.
Disappointed with breakfast options. Would have preferred Full-English. Eating area extremely dark. Would prefer more light

Fab base for our few days in Manchester. Central to everywhere, nothing more than a ten minute walk away. Nice bar area, friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily, not huge, but adequate.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, the reception staff are very friendly which makes for an easy check-in. The rooms are small but big enough for a weekend stay, the hotel is in a perfect location.

Hitel was very comfortable and great location, however the room was cold,the heating never got up to temperature . The receptionist was brilliant and tried to sort it out.

Check in staff very professional ,welcoming and efficient. Unfortunately on this stay there where no biscuits in the room coffee and tea brewing station.
A lovely peaceful hotel, slap bang in the centre of the city. Perfect base for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, if on the small side, but perfect for a night or two. The bar/lounge was a nice relaxing space. The only negative we had during our stay was the staffing of the bar though. We only saw the one bartender over the two days, she was very polite and obviously worked long hours. But sometimes you were left waiting considerable time at an unmanned bar, whilst she had a break / doing necessary jobs in the back. We did have to go to reception to ask on one occasion, as people where stood waiting and wondering, with no sign of anyone. It wouldn't stop me recommending this hotel though.

We stayed two nights in a special room. We have stayed about 4 times before at Motel one in Manx. Mattress wasn’t great this time.
Very central location, tram outside the door. Cosy room and comfortable soft bed.
Every think nearly perfect. We arrived at 11.30pm ,Had to wait about 30 minutes to check in as we had to wait for person serving at bar to come to check us in.
Tolle hilfsbereite kompetente Mitarbeiter ! Alles war bestens !!
