Fabulous staff, so helpful, both on the front desk and housekeeping. Great location, very walkable. It's a budget hotel so the rooms are small but we expected that going in, but 2 people are the maximum per room, I wouldn't even suggest bringing a baby. Showers are fabulous! Hotel is modern and very clean. The only suggestion I have would be to install an ice machine where guests could get their own ice, rather than having to ask the bartender for ice.
The room itself was a little small, but I had expected that given the information and the price. I hadn't expected how friendly and helpful all of the staff would be. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and anything else we asked. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and think that the staff here make it an amazing place to stay.
The room was smelly. We needed to open the windows to get rid off the humidity. Additionaly, the walls, corners and some areas from the shower had mold (fungus). The shower needs a deep cleaning!
The room was TINY. No mini fridge, no chair. Just enough room for the bed and luggage. 475 Euro for a 2 night stay. I’ve had much better!
Clean comfortable and efficient. very attractive Lobby and Lounge area and very pleasant outdoor terrace. the only disappointment was the unavailability of parking.
Allez Paris! Champions d'Europe!!!
The hotel room and size was good. The hallways were definitely in need of repair which made the entry a bit scary.
The air condition AMD Wi-Fi both were not functioning.
Very hasty receptionist, no information received on arrival Room too small Lack of security in the bathroom No telephone in the room to communicate in case of need However very clean and excellent location
Great location. Easy access to the U bahn. Walking distance to old town, shopping etc. smoking should not be allowed so close to entrance.
We always loved to stay at Motel One Properties all over Germany but this visit was horrible from the second we checked in. The reception wanted to charge a much higher price that we had booked it for. Almost 150/- Euro they wanted to overcharge. If I do a booking in advance you need to stick to your commitment and you simply can't ask for the price which would be applicable at time of check in. I am very disappointed and will never ever come back to you guys. This kind of business attitude is respect less and has no values to me. Only because I carried a printed proof they changed the check in price.
The breakfast was limited, and needed more variety. The breakfast area was uncomfortable as it was overcrowded. The room I booked was perfect for a stay of one night but too small for a stay of more than one night. The room needed two chairs. Housekeeping did a great job, the room and all public areas were very clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location!
Friendly staff, clean, all the confirts of home at excellent price..
Anita was very helpful taking time to answer all our questions
We had an excellent stay for 4 nights. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Overall we were pleased with our stay, but really struggled to get good sleep due to noise primarily and also temperature. First though, the good things. The location is perfect for visiting central Munich, and the facility is clean, stylish and modern. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed from 30/4 through 2/5/25, so this included May Day and a Friday night. That said, it felt like there was lots of noise all night long and even into the morning. At the same time because the room was warm, we had to keep the window open which of course made it louder. We could not figure out if there was AC or even a fan we could run. If there is any option like that, this should be told to guests so they understand their options. The wall console was a complete mystery and did not seem to control temperature or anything we could understand, so we had both noise and heat. Thank you for considering our concerns. - David Foster-Koth
TOP !!
Hotel One has been a good choice. Everything was excellent. The only thing which didn’t work well were drunken young people in front of the hotel who made noice till 3 a clock in the morning.
lovely hotel nice bar great service
Great location. Great staff. Great price. Enjoyed the breakfast coffee and evening drinks. The outside courtyard was very pleasant in the evening. The room was just fine for us. Looked like new. Clean. Special shoutout to Maria at the desk for all her support and kindness. Also the two gents who handled breakfast.
All perfect position staff very good!
One of the best venues to ensure an absolutely pleasant stay in Munich. Outstanding team and service, fantastic hotel and location!
Well located, clean and well maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast crew were lovely, and a big shout out to Anton on the bar most evenings, a mixologist of excellence and a decent human being. Good luck to him.
Great location. Walking distance to the old town. Nice reception and bar area. Rooms were nice.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. I did not like the new shower gel. Smell is not good and bottle looks cheap. I miss the old one.
Alles prima
Sauber, Modern, alles Top :)
Fine
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.
Great location in the city centre, 10 mins walk from Marienplatz
Hotel rooms need a refresh. Carpet old, shower leaking, doors too loud when closing,
You should warn guests with rental cars. Small parking garage was full (only 20 spaces I was told) Whole street acess was blocked off by construction barriers, we could not gain acess to hotel. Navigation kept driving us around in a circle not near hotel at all. We had to drag our ski baggage from across the square. Parking garage was a distance away and had no direcions how to pay the ticket or how to enter the garage. Staff at hotel seemed to care less. To load our bags we had to race down a one way street. I know the construction was not the hotels fault, but they should warn you a bit. Otherwise , nice location, breakfast and comfortable public areas.
hôtel très bien situé. Chambres confortables.
Tolle Lage, sauber, nettes Personal

A recommander !

Situation
