Reception was very helpful and accomodating.
I've stayed in several Motel Ones before but this was the most dull and boring one, in a really ugly location. My main problem was that the room wasn't decorated in the typical Motel One style. It had turquoise curtains but that was it. What's cool about Motel One is you get the boutique hotel style for less money. But just having turquoise curtains isn't enough. Also, 17€ is too much for breakfast. I'm a Be One member and I would've had breakfast if it was offered at a discount / perk for membership.

Apart from the chevk-in, the stay was fantastic. But if I check in online before hand, I expect not to have to stand for 20 minutes while the only staff working serves drinks at the bar. Other hotels have a terminal to retrieve key cards.
There we not enough towels in the room. Just 3 one for hands, one for the floor and a large one. Which ment I had to use my hands towel for my hair. A bit inconvenient.
Perfect welcome, smooth and friendly, extremely pleasant, quiet, and comfortable room, delicious and copious breakfast.
Room had not been cleaned properly: dirty towels from still on the floor and the dust bin had not been emptied. When fresh towels were brought, it was still forgotten to clean the dust bin. Everything was ok.
Hôtel très bien tenu : Propreté impeccable, bon petit-déjeuner, personnel souriant et serviable. Facile d'accès en voiture depuis l'Est de la ville. Station de tram devant l'hôtel (ligne 11).

Overall a nice hotel. For me I experienced not being able to come into my room dur to a defect door lock. Reduced the flexibility for leaving the room. Breakfast was good, but to crowded.

The stay was quite good. I most of the time have a little problem with the water pressure in the shower. The walls are also quite thin, luckily I am a deep sleeper.

For the room everything was perfect as usual. But the Motel One Bar was horror this time. It looks like 8 people from the same team use it as their office on a regular base and selling very dubious things with Bitcoins, NFTs and stuff. Maybe not even legal or in a gray area. All of them had one call after the other and they have distributed themselves over the whole area. I know the bar is not a quiet place, but having those people in there until like 12pm was extremly disturbing, surrounded by video calls without headsets on. I don't think they even had a drink there...

You could offer a free bottle of water in the room each day and fresch fruits in the lobby.
all was very good, from parking to reception to helpfulness to cleanliness to breakfast & check-out.
Good vale for money. Although usually front desk workers are very friendly, last time they were not very kind when checking in. And in addition to that, we had to pay 6€ for a bottle of water, which I believe is unacceptable for the price and quality range of the hotel.
Bigger blankets in the rooms is a must.
For the room: you need to have wider blankets. Those in the rooms are too small. For the breakfast: there's a strong lack of something like wam scrambled eggs.

Fine Motel, good Parking, very nice personnel, but terrible ventilation/air-conditioning. The room was hot and less of oxygen. I could not open the window because of the noise of the traffic on the street. Was not an incident; more people complained about it. So it kept me awake for many hours:(.

Great service and great food. Unfortunately, the room i got smelled cigarettes soo bad that all my clothes and stuff got the smell. It is worth mentioning that it was no-smoking one: 432

Location is easy to get around. Easy access from and to airport. Tram stop right in front of the door. Welcoming was warm. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Room is a little bit small. Almost nowhere to leave the luggage. It was no problem for a night stay only. Bed is comfy. A real soundproof. Hearing works very well. Breakfast is so weak. Very limited selection for any kind of diet. Definitely not worth the money. You could have better breakfast for less outside in any coffee shop or bakery. First time staying in a motel one. I loved the general concept. Reception and bar are the same place. I was confused when i was first arrived there. I would love to stay in another motel one franchise.

The hotel was as expected from MotelOne. Modern design, clean, simple but with a good room and bed. It is straight to the point but then just a little better!
Motel One has for years been my first choice where available. However, the room in the hotel in Frankfurt Ost was far too hot and despite leaving the window open I had a really disturbed night as a result. When I told reception about this the next day I was told that the hotel’s heating and ac system was relatively old and the building as a whole could only be switched to one or the other. This is despite the info on your website stating all hotels have air con - clearly not the case if this only applies part of the year. In a hotel chain of this standard I expect to be able to moderate the temperature and was really surprised by this. The thermostat in the room was registering above 20 degrees even after I’d left the window open. This will unfortunately make me think twice about Motel One in future - in the Uebergangszeit at least.
