We had a great stay at MotelOne. The beds were comfortable and even though it is located close to the autobahn and the airport, we didn't hear any noise from outside. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only things missing were a wee fridge and a kettle.
Everything’s a great Mozel One experience - except you can open window just for a short time since it’s too noisy outside.

Motel One is always planned prior to flights from FRA. Great place. Shuttle is easy, and for a small fee we can leave our car on site, grab the shuttle from the airport and go. 5 stars.
Overall stay was great, friendly reception. We stayed one night to attend an event nearby and came back around 1am. We wanted to sleep in until checkout time (12pm) but the housekeepers opened the door TWICE (around 10am and 11am) with master key. No privacy and no respect for the checkout time. We didn’t hang “Do not disturb” card as we were only staying one night. Highly recommend to place it on the door if you want to enjoy without disturbances.
Hi, as you can see by the scoring system I was quite happy with your Hotel. I had to deduct some points which I´d like to shortly explain: Location: There is a bus station nearby, but it takes a while to get downtown. I was still happy since we were able to be somewhat noisy without complaints. Bathroom: I tried rooms from the basement floor to the fifth. Sometimes water pressure is kind of low. Also, since there is no door or curtain, the bathroom floor will inevitably get soaked. This could be seen as a safety hazard. Wi-Fi: Depending on the room you get Wi-Fi is great or not so great. There was a time I had to take an online Meeting in front of the bathroom to be visible. Breakfast: The pastries were awesome! I would've loved some sunny side up or scrambled eggs, but I guess that's personal preference.
Overall a good experience. For the price of the breakfast, I would have expected a warm buffet (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms etc.), though.

In general I love your concept and hence am a frequent guest. But if a hotel is declared as an airport hotel and turns out to be a decent distance away, I don’t expect to pay for a shuttle.

I Always stay at Motel One Hotels, when I'm in a Business Trip. But this time, IT wasn't good. CheckIn via App didn't Work, Theo room wasn't ready, so i Had to Go to The reception to get a Clean room. And my Credit Card was Charge twice.

Typically good Motel One experience with one major caveat: I have no idea how someone has the idea to move the parking ticket dispenser back so far that even if you drive up close to it, you can't reach it without taking off your seat belt and catapulting yourself out the window. Absolutely idiotic!

For me it’s always a pleasure to stop in Motel One Frankfurt airport. Every time I travel for business, I am here. Gabriel and the hotel team are always customer oriented, going the extra mile and welcoming you with a smile on. Hotel is very clean tidy and looked after.
Me and my family were welcomed in the hotel so professional and warm hearted! All teams (morning and evening) are super helpful and kind! We didn't want to leave! Thank you for such perfect hospitality!

We always stay here on our way back to the US, it's close to the airport. It has the Goldstein Haus (restaurant) in walking distance. Breakfast is really good with a big selection.
My stay at the MotelOne was excellent from the airport pick up by the attentive Ibrahim to the check in Team and especially the breakfast crew. Wow, this team has customer service down to an art. The genuine caring service is being what I dare to expect considering the great price. I felt at home within minutes. Thank you for your amazing crew!

I was traveling from US to Azerbaijan and had a long layover in Frankfurt-Airport and thought I would need somewhere to get a few hours of sleep. When I looked up the hotels near the airport Motel one seemed to be the cheapest. I was surprised when I got there. That kind of quality is hard to find in that price range. Everything was clean and beautiful, the staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a toaster :) Thank you!
My room was great. There was no food to eat for dinner.
I had to get a room last minute very late at night. It was easy to do the reservation online on the App - check in was quick and I even got the offer for a late checkout wich I used. The room I got was locked at the 5th floor towards the City - so it wasn’t as loud. But still as the Hotel is close to the airport and the highway is passing by right behind the house you of course could hear the planes and cars. But if the window is closed there were no noises to hear. The breakfast was good just like expected, the stuff were super friendly. Overall I absolutely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a place to go before you take a plane or hiding back home.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would prefer more variations for breakfast. The cleanliness could be improved also - especially in the bathroom
The price, including breakfast, was euro 228.90 for one night, instead of the usual 79 euro for the room and that is in my view exorbitant. The motel is an average low budget hotel all respects, except for the breakfast, which is excellent. Feeling a bit taken advantage of, I will not, as in the past, first Lok for a motel one when talking to destinations where such is available.

Room could have been a little bigger. Good noise insulation, though! The breakfast buffet (like in all Motel One locations I know) could do with some warm dishes like scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon etc. There was a little hair under one of the pillows on my bed when I first entered the room. Please note re. my rating of "Location": the rating is for the area the hotel is in, not the hotel as such
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a problem, and they fixed it with patience immediately. Room had a nice view, was very clean. Wonderful shower. My only disappointment was that it cost 10 euros each for the shuttle from motel to the airport.
I liked the stay and the room was really comfortable. I really missed a kettle and some tea in the room, as well as a fridge with some drinks. Apart from that I really enjoyed the stay, thank you for that.
Location is perfect, just breakfast is not so satisfied compared to others MOTEL One.
The room was fine and mostly quiet. Noise from the halls is easily heard in the room. The breakfast was expensive for what was offered. That was a shame.

The facilities were very nice as always, but what made the visit very special was the front desk team, who has exceeded every expectation I had in its friendliness, communication, efficiency and charm. They really made me feel like a welcomed guest. I hope they can be duly rewarded for being such star employees.

Notre Motel One doit son nom à l’aéroport de Francfort, carrefour de l’Allemagne. Situé dans le quartier des affaires Francfort-Niederrad, l’hôtel n’est pas qu’un simple havre de paix à prix abordable pour les voyageurs fatigués. En effet, la proximité du parc des expositions et du centre-ville de la métropole de la bourse sur le Main en fait aussi un point de départ parfait pour découvrir la ville. La sortie d’autoroute A5 Niederrad est rapidement accessible et un arrêt de bus se trouve à seulement 200 mètres de l’hôtel. En d’autres termes, quel que soit l’endroit où vous devez aller à Francfort, vous y serez en peu de temps depuis notre hôtel.
