Excelent. It was my second stay at the hotel, and I plan to repeat in my next visit to Salzburg. All personal staff (reception, cleaning,..) we’re all super nice, polite, and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Modern hotel, nice comfortable room, cozy bar with selection of drinks. Breakfast area is too crowded.

Lægger godt iforhold til at kommet ind til centrum af Salzburg og med bil ind og ud af byen når man ankommer og rejser igen. lidt trængt med plads til morgenmad som er rigtig god og kan anbefaldes.
If you are coming to Salzburg to explore this beautiful city, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel is 3 km from the city center and has excellent public transport connections. The price of the accommodation is very affordable.
Overall Room quality ok as usual but we didnt get the bus ticket this time which should be included in the local tax. We were under time pressure, but still it should be provided by the staff.

Very pleasant hotel, perfectly clean and well designed. Cocktails should be improved, while cappuccino and coffe were very good! I did not have breakfast , but two friends of mine told me that the buffet was excellent. It is not in the historic center, but the buses (stop just in front) reach downtown in 10-15 minutes. Recommended also for its value for money

Cosy and clean. Nice designs. However replace the paper mugs in the rooms. Improve noise isolation. The slamming doors and noise from the hallway are minuses. Nevertheless I could recommend this hotel. Good price-quality relation.
Good value for money in Salzburg. Nice bar/lounge area, breakfast included vegetarian and vegan options. Finding a hotel with parking can be difficult in Salzburg, but here you have two different parking options nearby. The centre is only a short bus ride away and Salzburg now provides mobility tickets for free if you stay overnight, so there are no extra costs for public transport.
Very nice rooms and lovely lobby to enjoy. So convenient to the bus station and easy to get to town. There were no mini refrigerators in the room, but a great shower, strong blow dryer and great TV.
Dear Motel One staff, I would like to thank you for leaving my phone exactly where I lost it. When I realized that my phone wasn’t with me, I assumed that I must’ve left it in the room somewhere. Once I got back to the room, it was still on the bathroom counter. I was very relieved. Greatly appreciated, Krongtong Boonprakong

Parking is a bit intimidating. But we got done. Breakfast was Devine. Thank you so much. There were not any face cloths in the bathroom. Is that usual?

I was at the beone and signed up for it, it says there is a free water, but there was no free water. Service stuff was super nice

Comfortable and clean room. Ok location, easy to get to the centre of Salzberg via bus (takes about 20mins) not much in terms of places to eat around the hotel itself. No kettle or fridge in the room which was a bit out of the norm. The breakfast is not worth the money at all. Was about 17 euros each and it’s just pastries, fruit and cold meats/cheese. No hot breakfast except maybe a boiled egg. I’d say it’s worth 10 euros. Go up the road to Pur:isst for a brekky worth your money. Most staff were lovely just one let them down in the friendliness ratings.
I am a regular client, visiting the Salzburg Süd several times per month, and usually very satisfied. I find it regrettable that there is no more heating in days of temperatures as cold as 5 Celsius, regardless of what month. It makes the whole stay quite unpleasant, especially as the prices are much higher in May, and one has the feeling of paying much more for an inferior service. I work as a classical singer, I cannot risk being cold. Thanks in advance for thinking about this.
Generally positive experience. However, few things that we missed during our stay: - No bar fridge in the room - No water boiler - the bed is bit small - the service in the lobby could have been friendlier, the waitress was very rude! The waiters though were very friendly and helpful.
Imagine what happened to get at this point and instead of stay 7 days, check out on the next morning. (Ps. With 2 small children to look for somewhere) Dear Manager, Thank you very much for your kind assistance at the front desk during our check-in. I truly appreciate your warm welcome and support. As I mentioned at the time, there seems to have been a misunderstanding with my reservation. In my initial request, I specifically asked to reserve "1 The-One Queen", as stated in your offer. I also clearly noted that we were traveling as 2 adults and 2 children. When I received the confirmation, I was unable to review it thoroughly due to work commitments, but I trusted that it matched the details I had provided. Unfortunately, it appears that this assumption was incorrect, and I only realized the discrepancy upon arrival. I had already secured the reservation via the payment link without rechecking, trusting the process based on our previous correspondence. Now, this has put me in a difficult situation. I'm traveling with two small children, and organizing a trip nearly 800 km away from home is already quite challenging. Additionally, I am here on a business trip while my family is on holidays, and my company is covering the cost of a single room—but not a double. This means that, unless a solution can be found, I may need to check out tomorrow and look for alternative accommodation, which again is not easy to do while roaming with 2 kids and still need to work in the new office nearby. I sincerely apologize for not double-checking the confirmation, but I was led by the assumption that my written preference had been properly taken into account. Moreover, there was no clear information that a room cannot accommodate more than three people due to safety regulations. Had this been explicitly communicated earlier, I might have understood the limitations and planned accordingly. With that in mind, I would kindly ask if it’s possible to remain in the room with my family for the originally requested period, paying the rate for a single room, as quoted. I truly hope there is a way to make this work. Thank you once again for your understanding and for looking into this matter.
Excellent, clean facilities Unfortunately wifi wasn’t very fast and didn’t connect too well And Television didn’t seem to work however overall a great hotel and very good value for money!

Very quiet room. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Had great breakfast.
Some of the group couldn't find an alternative flight after Lufthansa canceled flights to Israel, and instead of being sensitive to the situation, the hotel supervisor charged us for the unusable rooms. Won't be arriving again to this hotel, and i would spread the case on social media. It seems like it's only because we are israeli.
It’s a very nice hotel, but it’s laughable that the only perk they offer to the members- free bottle of water! The absence of tea kettle or coffee machine is also highly regrettable
I did not get a bottle of water, as normally as a member i would. My window was not sealing well, it was very noisy all night long
Everything was good. I wished you had wash cloths available.
No working air conditioning in our rooms , probably cost cutting on the electricity which is a shame
We had a great stay at the Motel One in Salzburg Sued. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The whole team was very kind, nice and helpful.
I am still waiting for a refund for my cancellation. It has been a week.

Takket være placeringen i den sydlige del af Salzburg er vores hotel det perfekte udgangspunkt for udflugter til det imponerende Hellbrunn Slot og den dertilhørende park. Parkanlægget Hellbrunner Gärten er en mesterlig landskabsarkitektonisk bedrift, der bl.a. rummer et verdensberømt springvandsanlæg. Hjertet af Salzburg når du ligeledes uden problemer, eftersom hotellet er optimalt forbundet med offentlig transport. Byens vigtigste seværdigheder befinder sig dermed ikke langt fra hotellet: Mozarts fødested, Mirabell Slot, borgen Hohensalzburg og Salzburger Domkirke venter på at blive udforsket.
