Hello, Room cleanliness, size, breakfast, location of the hotel, all of these were good. It met my expectations and I got the value for the money I gave. I had a small setback that I said would have been good if it hadn't. I booked 2 rooms, I did not share the detailed information of 4 people during the reservation phase. When it comes to the payment, although I stated the age of my daughters in the registration, a fifty percent discount was not given for the breakfast written in the general rules. It was shown that I did not specify their ages during the reservation. Although I did not write the guest information at the entrance. I made a reservation in the same way for Dresden and Leipzig on the same day, the necessary discount was made in both hotels. It is not an important figure, but I felt the need to specify because I thought it was on the initiative of the friend on the registration

We stayed 3 days with my wife for an extended weekend holiday. As always, the same Motel One quality. Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff, service were all excellent. Large family room with comfortable bed, and bathroom. Basic and satisfactory hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, The lobby staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, the room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.
Beautiful rooms, fantastic lobby, choice of colors and themes was amazing. Full comfort points achieved. bathroom was lovely. service was impeccable, they got all my respect and appreciations. tv channels in different languages so that the only way for us to watch something was subtitles which i guess is fine to me. a good way to learn german if i may say so.

We always find all members of staff totally courteous and always willing to help us when we have any questions about Prague, restaurants and exhibitions. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and the breakfast was good with a variety of choices to satisfy a varied choice and diet.
Great hotel in an excellent location in the city centre of Prague. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay once again in Motel One. This was my third stay in Motel One in a third city, and I will be staying again for sure if there is one of them in my other holiday destination in the future.

This was my fifth stay with Motel One. The one improvement that I would recommend is better soundproofing on the doors to the rooms. I could hear everything going on in the corridor. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

Every thing was great but one issue raised which was that I requested late check out till 1 pm due to late departure flight and the reception charge me 200 kc for one hour
Hello, It’s not my first time staying at Motel One — I’ve been a guest even before becoming a member, and my previous experiences at Motel One Zurich and Warsaw were excellent. Unfortunately, my recent stay in Prague fell short of expectations. The room did not feel as clean as I am used to with Motel One, and a group of guests was very loud and vulgar, which disrupted the usually pleasant atmosphere. Because I have always trusted Motel One to provide both comfort and a calm environment, this experience was surprising and disappointing. I still plan to recommend Motel One and have several bookings already lined up, but I hope this feedback helps ensure the high standard I’ve always enjoyed is consistent across all locations. The stay was perfect and employees were super friendly. Just small improvements I might suggest is to add electric teapot and tea, coffee for the guests. Also glass/cups for the toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. One-time use cups work fine, but it is a bit sad to throw them out after use. If we talk sustainability, then glass would be a better solution. These cups might also be useful for people who apply makeup and would like to stack it in a cup for the easiness of access and usage for longer stay. The room was incredibly spacious and with a lot of storage spaces - I loved that. Wifi was not as strong to be used for a longer period. Once both of us connected to it, only one could use it but even then barely. (In the room itself, not the lobby) I really like that there is free drinkable water in the lobby - thank you!
Good location but not as grand as the website suggests rooms are basic with no beverage facilities, no fridge and a cardboard cup. Rates can vary considerably and despite joining the loyalty programme my stay was expensive and not particularly good value.
We stayed in Munich, Salzburg, Vienna, Prague and we love each hotel, personnel and breakfast.

Motel One thanks to its location was my favourite hotel in Prague since it was opened, though breakfasts were always rather poor. But this time sagging worn-out mattresses and old broken soap pumps in both, shower and sink made our stay slightly poisoned.

The people who work there are great. The lobby is great. Drinks are great. The room I had was fine but felt oddly empty. Also, with another building looking into the hotel, some sheer curtains, in addition to the regular curtains, would be nice.
We have stayed here before but this time we were not that happy. The door to the bathroom was broken and took extreme force to close. There were also hairs in the sink when we arrived which was very unpleasant.
Overall our stay with you was excellent. Two issues could be better though: 1.Charged 400 CZK more compared to the reservation. After complaining received a compensation of a single breakfast (325 CZK) 2. Water pressure in the shower was humiliating. After complaining, was fixed.
Vi manglede et garderobeskab på værelset, som vores venner havde i værelset ved siden af. Vi kunne også godt have brugt en el-kedel. Vi brugte ikke lounge og bar, derfor kun en middel karakter der. Manglede en hygiejne affaldsspand på badeværelset, som ellers var stort og godt med en god hylde til toilettasker.
