Toller Service an der Rezeption
Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was modern but a bit small. Shower was very warm and powerful. Don't know why you just give a single duvet on a double bed. Breakfast was poor - limited choice and no where to sit. I wouldn't book a breakfast if I stayed again.
Nicola, who was at breakfast area, was so kind and friendly. He gave me a good vibes in the early morning and I could start my both days in the happy way ;)
Nice location, very central and I really liked the Hotel
The only negative point was that breakfast was served in the hall due to lack of seating in the room.
- horrible matrasses, blankets didnt even cover the full bed (too small) - breakfast was in hotel lobby with very small and low tables (too much trouble to set up enough real tables?) - very limited breakfast... no bacon or fresh baked eggs?
I am a big fan of MOTEL ONE hotels. Stayed always in this chain hotels all around Europe. First time i am facing this kind of thing. I was in the room full day, so the other day i was out for MEsse show, and request a cleaning. In my room, in the bathroom the cleaning person scattered my personal belongings such as parfumes, shaving cream, hari gel, etc., including my toothbrush. Everything was a mess. I'd put my toothbrush in a cardboard cup so it wouldn't touch the counter, but the way I found it wasn't a pleasant sight. May be the cleaner was in a hurry did not have time enough, and he/she could have forgotten the mess. The rest as always I am fine.
Convenient location - across from the mall. nice atmosphere. The tiny room was clean. Bed was ok. 2 different size pillows. Bathroom is very tiny. So sad-No hot water cooker or coffee machine in the room. You can get food at the bar even late at night. It’s just a Toast (could be a bit nicer prepared) but helps if you arrive super late and nothing else in the area is available anymore. Parking is a mess. Not enough space and if the garage is full, there’s no other location to park other than the expensive mall. And you’d have to walk all the way around the mall once it’s closed. We’ll probably come back when we know there’s no concert or exhibition at the convention center. It was just too crowded. But that’s a good sign I guess. 😉
We had a very pleasant two-day stay at MotelOne Frankfurt Europaallee. The staff were consistently friendly and competent, the location is attractive and convenient, and parking in the garage was readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel.
Generally, a good experience but there are important buts: For breakfast service no warm options just boiled eggs does not count) is not acceptable, especially german staples such as potatoes, scrambled eggs or omelettes, warm pastries, sausages and bacon SHOULD be included. Rooms could be better

Good value, nice shared spaces, very nice breakfast. Disappointed not to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks.
Especially the Italian man at the breakfast was amazing. He was so energetic and joyful, that it help me to start into the day. And the breakfast itself was very good. A lot of vegetarian and organic options.

For the location, the price, and the Motel One brand, I expected a much better experience. The room was fine; clean and tidy, but quite basic. The shower only had a single 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo product, with no separate conditioner or moisturizer provided. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The selection was very limited, with only a few basic options and no scrambled eggs!!! Overall, it felt quite minimal and not up to the standard I expected from Motel One!

I recently stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be really good. Friendly staff who were very helpful, a good choice at breakfast even though the hotel was still being refurbished and high levels of cleanliness. The only improvement would be if there were tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
the room is very Basic there are no minimum facilities available like hot water kettle or tea bags no cupboard for cloths..

Generally a mediocre hotel. The beds were amazing as was the bathroom very good, although small. The carpet was relatively dirty and the room was small. The location was easily accessible and in a good spot for trips to the centre, as two metro lines were close by and many trams. The reception was just typical but there to answer questions! Overall I would stay again
The staff is very nice and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible considering the renovations.
Got a super small room even if we were 2 people, a single blanket, AC didn’t work at all. So we had to cancel the remaining days we had there and move to another hotel.
I’ve stayed at your hotels in different cities and locations before, and I was generally satisfied with them as well. But the team here is truly outstanding. Many thanks to each and every one of them.
Happy as always. But due to the ongoing renovation, the lounge and bar was not available. No problem with that as it was announced. But 20 EUR for a reduced breakfast (croissant & coffee) makes me reducing the promoter score.
Great budget friendly stay. Right next to the mall with everything you need and you can get around Frankfurt easily as there is an U-bahn, Sbahn, and straßenbahn stop. Breakfast was lovely. I like the concept of the smaller room to save money but still be in a perfect location.

Very bad value for money. It was way overpriced considering the size of the room and the general quality.
War super
Suggest adding a Safe to the room. Also more glasses for drinking etc.in bathroom. Also bathroom door does not stay open without blocking it with an item. This is annoying when in such a small space. Having the door open allows steam out and adds a feeling of space... Bar staff do not seem very happy - not many smiles....Breakfast staff very friendly and reception was fine...

It is conveniently close to the venue. The staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast was good, as were the bar drinks. The bed was comfortable, but the comforter was too small for the bed. I missed a night-table or shelf, for putting my phone / jewelry / water bottle on. I missed a safe. I missed toiletries: hair conditioner, and body lotion. It was a good stay which would have been a little more comfortable with the last three items.
The overall experience is always very good. Rooms were cold, as the overall hotel heating was disconnected, this was a bit uncomfortable.
One of the ground floor Bar personal (stronger person) was very unfriendly and aggressive in his behavior in different occasions and with different guests.
A very special mention to Nicolas at breakfast what a gem! He can teach more of the team to smile especially reception. Location is great. With the high charges over fairs, there should be a bottle of water in the room. It would also be good for some light voile curtains for some privacy in the room when curtains are opened for natural light or when opening the windows for some fresh air.

My room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. The air conditioning didn't work. My room on the ground floor was particularly noisy due to its proximity to the lobby room. Totally unsatisfied this time.
All things were ok but so many problem with parking, at 9:30 pm was indicated as free places but was completely full, receptionist gave me the opportunity of another parking but I’ve paid 45€/day…

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room faced the front of the hotel and we didn't hear a thing at night from outside. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend it to friends and we would stay again.
