The Motel One in Nürnberg (as the one in Vienna in which I had stayed the day before) are excellent, modern and comfortable.
This property is located just steps away from the bahnhof, city center and public transportation. The room was modern and clean. The bar was nicely decorated and had reasonably priced drinks. The price was exceptionally reasonable.
We stayed in a lovely room on the 12th floor with a wonderful view overlooking the city. The room was well equipped with great soundproofing. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent—rich and delicious, with something for everyone. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and ensured restful nights. Additionally, the option to leave my luggage for a few hours on the day of departure was fantastic. Overall, everything was great! I highly recommend this hotel!

We wanted to eat breakfast, but couldn't because there was literally no place to sit. That was unfortunate, but you are still my favorite hotel.
Have one more glass in the room. Offer something else to eat at the bar.
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The location is great and everything is in walking distance. We really also enjoyed the rooftop bar on top of the hotel, which had nice drinks and a great view. The breakfast was a little bit too expensive so we didn’t have it at the hotel. The rooms were great but a little bit small.

We loved the rooftop; it was very atmospheric, as was the view of Nuremberg from our room and breakfast with a view. And that's about it. The mattress was terrible. I have back problems, and after one night, my leg was really pinched. The mattress was terrible, it felt like I was in a trampoline center. Our experience was also greatly spoiled when we arrived. The girl spent about 10 minutes insisting our reservation wasn't there, even though it was paid for. She insisted I hadn't made a reservation and that there was no such reservation in the system. After I told her to search by the reservation number, she initially didn't want to look, but eventually found it...
I would have rated this hotel higher but for one incident. One night I was awoken by people talking and drinking on the fire escape next to my room. I can only assume that they came from either the car park to which the fire escape leads or the adjacent road as it would be extremely unlikely that guests of the hotel would choose to sit and drink o the fire escape steps. The whole incident represents poor security on your part which needs to be improved.

Had a great stay, wonderful hotel, the rooms are very sound proof, clean, tidy, efficient! If I had to comment one thing, the room was a little bit hot during the night, but that's minor!! Thank you for a great stay!

As before we have always been more than happy with most aspects of the Hotel Motel One chain. This was our first time in Cloud One accommodation and we were impressed with the extra level of amenities and breakfast produce. However, we were not impressed on one occasion when we were entering the breakfast room. As on previous mornings we presented our Card to pay for breakfasts, as the host presented the Card Terminal she asked us what percentage Tip we would like to leave. We thought this totally inappropriate and felt pressured to make this decision before we’d even sat down to eat or been attended by any of the serving staff.

Superstay, perfect beds and breakfast but the fire alarm in the middle of the night spoiled our stay.
Bar is great but the service was at least at my visit quite poor (there were only a few folks in the room)
Great as always - room clean, staff super friendly, good and tasty breakfast. Just the parking garage is a bit of a challenge and probably should be blocked for larger vehicles as it’s nearly impossible to go around the corner in one go when driving out.

We (a couple) stayed one night in the Cloud hotel and were very satisfied with almost everything. Out room was on the 10th floor and had a nice view over the old town (and bus/tram terminal) The double room is small and does not have a cupboard or wardrobe for clothing, but for our short stay, the two groups of three coat hangers sufficed. There is a kettle and adequate coffee and milk. The bathroom is small but fittings are of good quality and everything functioned ok. We arrived at 9 in the morning and asked if we could store our luggage before checking in, and wer surprised when the gave us keys for the room. The car park in Willy Brant Platz is about a 5 minute walk, and not too expensive. There is a nice view from the roof top bar, but the service was unfriendly and the cocktails were not special and a bit expensive. All together though, a hotel worth recommending.
The bathroom was a disappointment. No clean tissues were available... The shower browser kept falling off its holder onto my feet (which hurts) Toilet was not properly cleaned

Po vstupu do budovy nás potěšil úsměv za recepcí. To je nejvíc, když na krásný dizajn a čistotu už je člověk zvyklý. Milý rozhovor, výběr pokoje a zas můžu ubytování jen doporučit. Ocenila jsem blízkost starého města a klid. Snídaně v pořádku, doplnila bych veganskou variantu mléka. Určitě se vrátíme, město nás nadchlo.
Jsme majitelé společnosti a jsme členy klubu BE ONE. Pokud někam cestujeme a je ve městě, využíváme zásadně - Motel One. Nyní jsme byli na veletrhu IWA. Za cenu, kterou jsme zaplatili jsme měli snad nejmenší pokoj, který existuje. Uličkou kolem postele jsme nemohli projet ani s kufrem. Pokud jsme otevřeli kufry, nebylo již ani kam stoupnout. Pro jednoho? Ano snad uspokojivý pokoj, ale pro dva na služební cestě? To, tedy ne. Když jsme se dívali na ceny jiných hotelů, tak bychom za daleko menší cenu měli minimálně větší pohodlí. Problémy nastaly již při objednání parkování pro naše vozidlo. Nejprve nám bylo sděleno, že parkoviště hotel nezajišťuje. V den příjezdu nám přišel mail, který toto popíral, ale oznamoval nám, že parkoviště hotel má, jen není možná rezervace - takový systém, kdo dřív přijde, ten dřív mele. Na snídaně zásadně chodíme cca 45 před ukončením. Při snídani máme rádi klid a pohodlí. Zde to byl problém, protože jsme dojídali vlastně po celou dobu to, co zbylo, tedy zbytky. Málo pečiva, málo salámů, málo sýrů. To ale nemění nic na tom, že personál byl slušný a příjemný. To ano. Katastrofální bylo připojení na WI-FI. Potřebovali jsme komunikovat s domovem, s naší centrálou, s našimi zákazníky. Práce na PC přes WI-FI, to byl opravdu nervy drásající zážitek. Stálé čekání, stále se točící hodiny na PC, stálé odhlašování z WI-FI. A co bylo naprosto nepříjemné bylo to, že ve večerních hodinách, když jsme se vraceli unavení z veletrhu a chtěli si alespoň v klidu posedět na baru, tak za personálem docházely na bar nějací muži, pravděpodobně známí personálu, kteří se podle mého chovali nevhodně. Vzhledem k tomu, že hovořím německy přišlo mi naprosto nevhodné, když hlasitě komentovali to, že si manželka objednala druhou skleničku alkoholu. Budu upřímný. Začali jsme zvažovat, zda není velkou chybou zaměřovat se na jeden hotelový řetězec. V Norimberku tedy opravdu velké, ale velké zklamání. Na konci dotazníku pokládáte otázku, zda bychom tento hotel doporučili. Ta otázka je špatně položená. My nevíme, zda jsou všechny pokoje v hotelu tak malé. Hotel má fantastickou polohu, ale pokud se dotazujete na konkrétní hotel a na konkrétní pokoj, tak řeknu ne, nedoporučuji. Již nikdy nechci takto bydlet.
Vše bylo fajn, moc milý pán recepcní a snídaně jako vždy top!

Navíc je náš Motel One díky své centrální poloze u norimberského náměstí Plärrer ideálním výchozím bodem k objevování města.
Franckou metropoli se totiž vyplatí navštívit nejen kvůli grilovaným klobásám, norimberskému perníku či proslulému vánočnímu trhu Christkindlesmarkt. V bezprostřední blízkosti našeho designového hotelu se nachází městské centrum s atrakcemi, jako je Germánské národní muzeum, kostel sv. Vavřince a nesčetně možností k nakupování. Na druhém břehu řeky Pegnitz na vás čeká středověké staré město s mnoha historickými památkami jako Dům Albrechta Dürera, náměstí Hauptmarkt, kašna Schöner Brunnen a Císařský hrad. Dostanete se k nim pohodlně pěšky nebo veřejnou dopravou.
