Once more a Motel One was a nice place to stay at, with wonderful staff and a comfortable room.

Everything very nice and great atmosphere. Small point: - Breakfast was good, but not great. No scrambled egg or similar. - For 2 nights, I saw a light blue Ferrari parking in the 15-minute loading zone before the hotel, while I paid for parking underground. I felt that was not ok. But no one had the guts to tell the driver?
Motel One keeps improving with each new hotel. The bar and reception area inKarlsruhe is spacious and the decor is imaginative and colourful. Bedroom had a great view over the town and beyond. Sound proof despite busy road outside. One of the best Motel One's so far ( and I've stayed in a lot of them). The booking process via internet can be tricky. It's easy to book the wrong dates by mistake.

I love motel one hotels. That’s why Iam a guest more or less at least once a week. I love it because it’s perfectly designed and organized to let me wind down after a long and busy day. - However there is one thing that annoys me every single time I enter my motel one room…. We had a lovely time, if we could criticize a couple of points it would be breakfast, some where along the line it seems fashionable to have breakfast in the bar area, this makes it very uncomfortable and slightly impersonal, would prefer better seating when breakfast is offered, also scrambled eggs would be preferred, but I’m complaining on a high level as you guys done a great job in thinking ahead for so many people in your hotel. Great bar, lovely hotel, room was wonderful, we had a lovely time……very friendly staff you have.

Arriving in my room 722, in the bathroom I found a huge clot of hair. I called reception that I wanted another room the accommodated but asked me to come again downstairs. I asked them to meet me at the lift, when the lady arrived to give me the keys. I wanted to show her the dirty hair, she was not interested.
We very much like this hotel. We love the way it has thought of all the things that are important when you travel: a really good bed, friendly staff, parking that is safe and clean. The location at the edge of the intercity is convenient. The restaurant next door The Last Meal is very good and open late. We loved our stay (again).
I was travelling with my electric wheelchair dependent daughter; which is always a challenge. Apart from the excellent wheelchair accessible room, the staff was very friendly and helpful: they even reserved the PRM-parking spot for us, free of charge and without us asking at beforehand.
It's well located, very clean and quiet. Beds are amazing. I am looking forward to enjoying the Sky Bar soon. Personal is friendly.

I have stayed at other Motel One hotels and know the overall concept. My booking was made by my local business partner hence it was not my personal choice, but I very much enjoyed my stay and I would definitely like to select Motel One again for my next visit to Karlsruhe. Apart from the facts that the rooms are not equipped with minibars, my overall experience was very good.
We loved this hotel! The staff is really friendly and helpful. And the room is so comfortable. We love the details, everything is just right! An example: you can park below in the carpark, get your suitcases and roll everything up to your room, the doors open automatically and your don't have to lift your stuff. Also the location in the city is very convenient. Very much a 10.

I would like to highlight that we receive messages in German even if I used English. It's really annoying because I don't understand German.
I always love staying at the Motel One in Karlsruhe. The staff is excellent and the service provided is really good. The only thing I'm not 100% satisfied with is the breakfast. As the hotel is getting more and more known, many people are coming and sometimes it can be too crowded, also I think there are not enough regular height tables for breakfast, so sometimes breakfast needs to be eaten by a coffee table which in my opinion is not convenient. Also the selection is very much limited and does not change over time which is not the best thing for a longer stay. I would recommend adding scrambled eggs and other warm options extending the selection a bit.
Small, but very clean and nice modern room. Quiet too. Just the breakfast was bad. Super crowded on 7:30 am, no places left. And choices (some bread, sausage and cheese) were very limited. So yeah, hotel is great but please improve the breakfast experience!
We love the motel one hotels and Karsruhe was no exception. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a convenient parking under the hotel. All the details are just right. The room is comfortable, bed is very nice. Love it!

Breakfast is very poor. The tomato and cucumber is NOT fresh and doesn't taste. Coffee has a bad quality. Saw several times that your personell is serving the pork and the cheese with same hand. This is causing that the cheese smells and taste to park. The room cleaning, towels are hanged up again, wet and not renewed while I have put them on the floor, so it would be replaced. ( 9th floor). Both the Breakfast and the towels I already told to the reception. But if there will be a follow-up, I have my doubts.

I have been to 4 other Motel Ones and Karlsruhe has BY FAR given the best service ever! Jose (I believe his name is), was incredible around breakfast time and ensured an awesome (yet efficiently clean) atmosphere. Well done for the whole team really, recepetion, cleaning, everyone. Please do add scrambled eggs and bacon to the breakfast though... :)

I stayed 3 nights and would happily stay again. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice bar, good breakfast - I have no complaints.
Very inviting and convenient hotel for if you’re traveling. Shopping, restaurants and transportation are very close. The service in the hotel is very professional.

The newly opened house in Karlsruhe is ideally situated fresh & clean likewise quiet despite its central location
Overall great value for money, but the beds are definitely too small for dbl occupancy (especially if friends are travelling together and not couples)
Very convenient location, at 15mn walking distance from the station and 10mn walk from the castle and historical center, + very close to the Staatstheater. As usual with Motel One the hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable and breakfast is good. The lounge is cosy and staff is friendly.

While Hotel in general was all good, I was disappointed about the breakfast - selection was poor, long queues and not enough places to sit.

Overall good, but missing some things. Tea/Coffee machine would be needed, or at least a vending machine, somewhere. Ideally with snacks, too. Soap dispensers aren't working properly - no bid deal, but at cost of a few Euros you could get some decent ones. Room was a bit cold, and heating didn't seem to work.
