Lovely stay. Staff friendly, perfect location and comfortable room.
Only one problem: Parking by Motel-One. I tried to, but even if there were some places I was enabled to get in. They told me they were reserved, but I did not now I had to reserve a Parking place by Motel One. Anyway, the rest was Ok.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. My only issues are that the water isn't hot enough when using the shower in the late evening (I had it set to max and it wasn't that hot), and that the breakfast is very expensive for what it is (it's very good, but not worth 17€).

Excellent choice for a short stay in Freiburg! Friendly team, very nice atmosphere and modern rooms. Rooms are on the small side but everything went well, I highly recommend this hotel :)

Everything was fine, but - offering us a silent situated room and then give us room nr. 211 (which is directly within earshot of the garbage collection that starts at 6. a.m.) is really ridiculous. Please avoid this offer in connection with a quiet room in the future for other guests.
I am afraid that I found my bed very uncomfortable and was kept awake by back ache every night. (I stayed 5 nights) I have never left a bad review before anywhere.

Still the connection of the TV with Android devices doesn't work, I pointed out this issue many times. The software on the tv makes the tv displayable, yet after the pin code the connection never worked, I tried with different devices y many stayings and rooms, never worked.

The hotel is very quiet at night. The reception was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and sufficient. It was also attentively served. The hotel is 5 minutes from the city center. The room was very clean and tidy.

Great location, easy access to the town centre and public transport. A mini bar fridge and being able to make coffee in the room would be a great improvement. It was hot and the aircon could not keep up so any drinks in the room ended up being warm.

I like MotelOne in general. This time again the rugs were a little dirty like there was no vacuuming and I really wish there was a toaster at breakfast :-)
On the morning of checkout the cleaner broke into my room several times, saw me sleeping naked and came out loudly slamming the door. I didn't put a sign on the door only because I've never been bothered by the staff in normal hotels on checkout morning. This is just outrageous, no privacy, I don't want to come back to you ever again!

Small room For 150 euro / night i wouldvat least expect a water boiler for tea in the room
It was adequate. Good location, room on the small side. No refrigerator, nowhere to fill a glass or water bottle. If all you need is a bed its fine.
All perfect i book always motel one when available in the city i will go. This time the price was a little high but the rest is good.
Very good as always.
Breakfast is a little overpriced for what is offered.
I wish you had the option for firmer pillows and softer mattresses
