Very happy with my stay. Reception services very good, both arrival and departure. My room is ideal for a business trip with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. It would be good to have a 30 second delay when you take your room key out of the power slot. Very good bedside reading lamp which I do like and is often ignored.
Nice cosy room, be even better if the AC worked (it appeared to only heat).

I had attached my bat caps in the bathroom for it to dry and it was thrown away. I had left one towel on the floor but it was not changed (it was hung at the place of my bathh cap actually). There is no fridge nor coffee machine in the room
Rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable bedding and great shower, also nice to get a bottle of water for the room on arrival. Staff were all extremely friendly, check in and out very quick and easy. The bar is lovely, comfortable seating, nice ambient music, and the bar staff were very nice. We had an excellent stay and this would be our first choice if we come back to Berlin - excellent location near to shops, public transport, and only around ten minutes from some of the attractions. Great experience!
Value for money, excellent location.
Rooms were small but clean and well equipped. We booked one room with a view which was great. We would have appreciated an explanation of the heating/cooling system, as the room got very hot so we had to choose between a quiet hot room or a noisy cool room with the window open. The other amenities were good, we enjoyed breakfast and the selection was plenty. The rooftop bar was nice and well-furnished, however we waited nearly an hour for three cocktails, with no apology. The rest of the staff were great, and we appreciated being checked in early.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. I was also very impressed with the staff — they were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The location is excellent and the price was good. There were several fingernails on the carpet when I arrived to the room - they need to vacuum and be more attentive to cleaning.
The very best location and it's very convenient to connect anywhere in town by public transportation. I had great experience and comfortable 5 nights at Motel One. However, I'd prefer more variety of breakfast and more amenities in room.

Gutes Buisness Hotel
I enjoyed the stay in your hotel at Berlin-Tiergarten, I have not written excellent since I would have preferred a second blanket to place underneath, I have problems to lie on the rubber only separated by the thin sheet.
Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel, good breakfast. The option of entering the credit card details as a guarantee via a link was convenient. The only inconvenience was the waiting time of over 30 minutes when calling the hotel to ask about how to provide the credit card information. Including the link for entering the credit card details directly into the reservation email would save time for the staff and the guest.
Very comfortable hotel room, good choice of breakfasts, chic bar and lovely roof top terrace, friendly and efficient staff and excellent location with acces to lots of transport options.
The hotel was very clean and very central, the bed was very comfortable the 18th floor bar had a fabulous selection of gins. The bedroom itself was incredibly small and would put me off staying again or requesting another bigger room if this was an option ?
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful and cozy hotel. Everything was so clean and inviting. Your staff was so very kind and helpful as well. I so enjoyed the evenings spent in the sitting area sipping on a delicious, well-made, AND served Berlin Gin/Tonic. Your bartender (forgive me for not remembering his name!) was excellent! I would highly recommend this motel for its comfortable beds, clean rooms, and service. It has a great ambiance and the lounge is a spectacular place for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast was excellent as well! I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit!

Hotel in a Central position near U Bahn, clean with very helpful people who speak fluently English. Only minor point is the fact that one cannot buy breakfast in the morning, unless you have a CC with you, also 18 euros for a basic continental breakfast in Europe is a little bit too much. Overall my experience was great anyway.
Great stay! Very clean bedding and room, everything feels new and the windows open for fresh air. My room faced the back and was quiet at night. My stay in the room was comfortable and met all my needs. I would stay again and I would recommend to others! Only thing is room doors locks didn’t work (I tried 2 rooms). Not sure why that is, would be great if they locked for extra peace of mind. But I felt safe overall.
Overall, very good. The bed is too soft, and the pillows are too bulky. Each person gets two pillows, but both are bulky. You need a pillow that is a little more flat also.

ChatGPT recommended this hotel based on my requirements and i am happy for recommendation. Location is nicely a bit off from the worst tourist area, there is more local feeling in the area (like pubs in neighbourghood) and still very close to "center". Only two things i found a bit lower and affected some points: Lounge bar people did not speak English too well and beer selection was small. And on breakfast there were almost nothing warm. But... Overall very happy with the hotel.

Příjemný hotel ve výborné lokalitě pro poznávání Berlína - pěšky jsou dostupné hlavní památky (Braniborská brána, Charlie Chekpoint), blízko na zastávku metra. Možnost uschování kufrů po skončení pobytu.
jako vždy vše v pořádku, milý a kompetentní personál
Kolega, který cestoval s námi měl emailem potvrzenou rezervaci parkování, ne možnost ale opravdu potvrzenou, přesto toto parkování nebylo a byl nucen odjet na jiné parkoviště.Auto měl zaparkované na ještě volném místě pro parkování. Přesto pak v noci několik aut v garáži parkovalo mimo vyznačená místa. Za mne jinak standard, pouze nebylo správně povlečeno, polštáře jen vsunuty, nepřekrytý horní okraj a na snídani, když sklízejí a smetou drobky ze stolu, zpravidla je smetou na židli a víc neřeší. Ono ani když je smetou na zem pod stůl a kolem pultu s jídlem to není hezký pohled. Byl jsem ubytovaný již z pátku na sobotu, kdy hotel ještě nebyl plný s ohledem na půlmaraton, nedělní zmatek bych chápal. Jinak bar a servis super, lokalita super.
V Berlíně to byla má první zkušenost s Motelem One. Vše fungovalo skvěle - check-in, vybavení pokoje, snídaně, check-out. Pochválila bych dále rozptýlení hostů po hotelu (do pokojů v různých stranách a patrech). Díky tomu jsme se méně vzájemně rušili.

Hotel i personál jako vždy skvělý. Jen matrace v pokoji 422 by už za mně byla na výměnu, byla trochu proleželá. Barman na jedničku, velmi milý.
