There were no USB-C connectors to charge a phone in the room. Breakfast is quite basic without hot food. Nice view from the rooms however rooms are quite small. I couldn't get a TV programmes showing for some reason.

The service was, as always, very good. Although there was a renovation process going on, it did not have a negative impact, except that the bar was only provisional :-)
Typische Motel One Feeling
While the lounge is nice and stylish, the halls of the hotel look/feel eerily and run down. The room was small but fine, only the window was coming out on a wall of the next building, depressing. Great bed as always. Mind you, this was already an upgrade, apparently the room I was given initially was even smaller.

Friendly, comfortable, and just the right breakfast. Also, the location really can't be beat for those who want to enjoy the city's excellent dining choices. Keep up the good work!
Great location, lovely staff. Very helpful. My negatives are rooms are quite small and no kettle in the rooms. Love to come back after being out and have a cup of tea. Instead you need to go to the bar and wait to be served. Can be busy down there at times

As always clean, efficient and comfortable. However with a bathroom fan that wouldn’t turn off, and for the first time ever from the many times I’ve stayed here, very noisy neighbours, it wasn’t restful.
On the surface when I arrived, I thought no bath and the room is boxy and overlooking à street and train tracks. But it was very quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning, we decided to pay for breakfast there and they had lots of vegan options. It was a continental, not a cooked breakfast, with a delicious selection and warm breads. Above all, I found the staff super friendly and accommodating. We had a few quirks like needing a vase for flowers and asking for double espressos as part of the breakfast(this was not on offer in the coffee machine) and both times, they were more than happy to offer what we asked for witg à friendly smile.

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. My only complaint is that the big black couch in the lobby is disgusting. Also: it would be nice to have some food available 24/7
Live the organic and vegan options at the breakfast (especially vegan "sausage" and "cheese" and also Bionella). Please continue! However, the bedroom was very expensive this time (>200€ for a standard room). I guess, there were some events in Berlin that were the reason for this.
Climate control knew only two steps: off and sauna. Had to leave the window open to achieve a comfortable temperature. Bathroom didn't seem to have any working ventilation.

Very warm welcome by Kim Carolin who made it possible for me to check in a little bit earlier. She was also super organized and took my company details and issued the invoice straight away. Something I haven’t experienced before. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. Would definitely recommend to stay

Check in was a bit harrowing, as they struggled to find my reservation until I was able to produce my confirmation email. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, however in retrospect not ideal for business travel due to lack of space to hang clothing and to iron garments. I would strongly suggest that you put fans in the bathrooms. As much as we are environmentally conscious, we did not re-use the towels as they do not dry out in between uses, and thus requested fresh ones daily. A fan would allow for less moisture in the room. Housekeeping also did not provide fresh cups each day. Bed was thoroughly comfortable. All in all, good value for the price and suitable for vacation stay.

Wonderful stay at the super convenient Upper West Motel One in Berlin
Would be nice that if you put beforehand that you do not want cleaning in the room - that you do not need to hang anything extra on the door to make the staff aware of it - why are you even asking that then? Secondly - if we do our check in alone and the check in aswell and not ask for cleaning - who is working in the hotel then? Would be nice to appreciate this with like a stupid discount of 5€ or so. And if we get water as “members”, then this water should wait for us in the room. Not be handed out like the bar is the reception. Terrible! Additionally - the coffe at the breakfast is sock water. I know that german coffee culture is like 0, but the guests in the hotel are mostly not german. Offering me a coffee of this low quality for this price of breakfast is really embarrassing. Additionally only having boiled eggs is really questionable. The worst breakfast I had in my life in a hotel - and I was all over the world, including England - and there the food is terrible. But your breakfast is topping all of it. The WiFi is a PUBLIC NETWORK? How sick is this. I thought safety of data is in Germany kinda important.
Lovely staff & great place to stay. A critique for Motel One, the entire chain: Booking was a bit troublesome because website was down, I could not book online, nor become a member of the BeOne Club, my confirmation of booking via link kindly sent by mail also turned out impossible due to the system failure. Guaranteed booking by phone transmission of credit card info initially seemed not acceptable these days. As a "born-analogue" person, my preference is for great flexibility in booking routes, & stable pricing no matter which booking method, independent of silly marketing ploys like club memberships.
Whilst we had a beautiful view from our room, we were disappointed that there was only one chair and therefore we were not able to sit together. We would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room. We were made very welcome after our delayed flight which meant we got to the hotel at 02:00.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Alexanderplatz hotel, in particular the lounge area = very stylish and the cocktails were delicious! I will need to return when the Roof Terrace is open. The one area that really needs improvement - is the clearing away of breakfast plates when customers have finished with them, this was also an issue at a recent stay at a motel one in Manchester. Just because you have a buffet style breakfast with clients serving themselves, you still need to have staff going around regularly - like every 10 minutes - during the breakfast time to clear dirty plates. Otherwise as has happened at all motel one that I have stayed at so far - guests come down for breakfast and cannot find anywhere to sit which has a clean table - not a nice start to the day! I also heard other guests complaining about this too, so I hope it will be something that motel one sorts out soon - then I will be able to give a 10/10.
The bathroom ventilation could be stronger, it steams up quite quickly
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The stay was made great by curtious, and helpful staff. The bar offers a fantastic selection of Gin and its service is fab. The hotel is located centrally in Berlin-Mitte with public transport in close proximity.

The hotel location is excellent and very reachable by using any means of transportation. The rooftop bar is nice. Service staff and reception were friendly. However, the standard rooms are extremely minimalistic. No kettle, no phone, no hand or body lotion and no desk. Also, bottles of water are only available to those guests who book directly with them. Many of them would not be knowing about this beforehand. I did not get a bottle, there were no water dispensers in the hotel elsewhere and the tap water was tasting funny. So it created a bit weird situaton for me.
Great location to Bahnhof Zoo and the shopping district of Ku'damm. Did not take the option of breakfast at the hotel, since there are many other bakeries near by. Room was clean but tight.

The only thing it lacks is being able to have a mobile key and not needing to wait in line at check-in
• Great room, clean and well presented. The only negative was that the usual comfortable chair was missing from the room so it was necessary to sit either on the bed or the desk seat. Also there were no tea/coffee making facilities. • Professional and helpful staff. • Good breakfast but no hot food and it also became a little boring after 5 days of having the same choice each day. • The 10% members discount on reservations is a great step forward. • Paper cups in the bathroom were sometimes removed by housekeeping and not replaced.
Příjemný hotel ve výborné lokalitě pro poznávání Berlína - pěšky jsou dostupné hlavní památky (Braniborská brána, Charlie Chekpoint), blízko na zastávku metra. Možnost uschování kufrů po skončení pobytu.
jako vždy vše v pořádku, milý a kompetentní personál
Kolega, který cestoval s námi měl emailem potvrzenou rezervaci parkování, ne možnost ale opravdu potvrzenou, přesto toto parkování nebylo a byl nucen odjet na jiné parkoviště.Auto měl zaparkované na ještě volném místě pro parkování. Přesto pak v noci několik aut v garáži parkovalo mimo vyznačená místa. Za mne jinak standard, pouze nebylo správně povlečeno, polštáře jen vsunuty, nepřekrytý horní okraj a na snídani, když sklízejí a smetou drobky ze stolu, zpravidla je smetou na židli a víc neřeší. Ono ani když je smetou na zem pod stůl a kolem pultu s jídlem to není hezký pohled. Byl jsem ubytovaný již z pátku na sobotu, kdy hotel ještě nebyl plný s ohledem na půlmaraton, nedělní zmatek bych chápal. Jinak bar a servis super, lokalita super.
V Berlíně to byla má první zkušenost s Motelem One. Vše fungovalo skvěle - check-in, vybavení pokoje, snídaně, check-out. Pochválila bych dále rozptýlení hostů po hotelu (do pokojů v různých stranách a patrech). Díky tomu jsme se méně vzájemně rušili.

Hotel i personál jako vždy skvělý. Jen matrace v pokoji 422 by už za mně byla na výměnu, byla trochu proleželá. Barman na jedničku, velmi milý.
V pokoji mi chyběla lednička.
Naprosto skvělý personál na recepci, velmi vstřícný, opravdu super. Do popisu hotelu bych jen zvýraznila potřebu rezervovat si parkovací místo v garáži
