Participants and participation
The contest is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who are permanent residents of the EU or Switzerland. This excludes employees of Motel One and their relatives. Any attempted manipulation shall result in exclusion from the contest.
Giveaway period and prizes
The giveaway begins at 2 pm on 19 September 2019 and ends at 11pm on 10 October 2019.
Participants take part by filling out the competition entry form on the Motel One competition page
www.motel-one.com/beone/sixtgewinnspiel and clicking ‘participate’.
Participation in the contest requires explicit acceptance of these conditions.
A total of 12 winners with one partner each will get the chance to take part in one of three Haidhausen tours on specific dates. Each winner and his partner are only permitted to take part on one of the selected dates, with eight people going on each tour. The three tours will take place on the following three days: 21 October 2019, 22 October 2019 and 23 October 2019. The tours start with a one-hour spin through Munich’s Haidhausen district in one of HeyMinga’s VW buses. Afterwards, a Motel One representative will show the winners around the newly opened Motel One Munich-Haidhausen. A stay at the Motel One Munich-Haidhausen is not included in this offer.
The winners will be randomly chosen from all entries. The winners will be notified by email.
Privacy policy
The personal data of all participants will be treated in strict confidence unless and until consent to publish is provided and shall, under no circumstances, be disclosed to third parties. To be entitled to their prize, the winner must declare their acceptance to Motel One within 72 hours and submit all data required for announcing the winner. The prize cannot be changed nor redeemed for cash. Prize claims are not transferable.
We collect the names of all participants and store them for the purpose of determining a winner. All data is deleted within 30 days of the end of the contest. We only collect address data from the winners for the sole purpose of dispatching their prizes. We do not disclose any data to third parties.
By accepting the present conditions of participation and privacy policy, the participant gives their consent to the use of their data as described above. Participants are legally entitled to access, modify and withdraw the data stored about them.
Disclaimer / changes to the conditions of participation
Motel One assumes no liability for the availability of the Motel One website. Motel One assumes no liability for any potential transmission errors.
Premature termination of and changes to the contest
Motel one reserves the right to terminate or change the contest without prior notice at any time if the correct implementation of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical or other reasons or if the fairness of the contest appears to have been compromised. The participants shall not derive any claims from such events.
Other provisions
There shall be no recourse to legal action. The participants shall have no enforceable claims to the prize or redemption thereof in cash. The present conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participant and Motel One are governed exclusively by German law. If individual clauses of the present conditions of participation become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.
