Can I save a new payment method or credit card on my profile?
If the ‘Direct payer’ option is enabled on your profile, you can save a personal credit card as a payment method.

How do I delete my corporate account?
You can delete your corporate account in your profile settings.

If I delete my corporate profile, will my private profile be deleted too?
No.

If I delete my private profile, will my corporate profile be deleted too?
No, your corporate profile will not be affected if you delete your private profile.

As a Travel Manager, can I de-register a corporate user?
Yes.

I’m the last Travel Manager in a corporate account. How do I permanently delete the account?
Only the relevant Sales Manager can delete the last Travel Manager or a corporate account.

What happens if I only have a beOne corporate profile and it gets deleted?
You will no longer be able to log in as you are neither a beOne user nor a corporate user.

How do I set up a new payment method?
Please contact your Travel Manager.

Why aren’t all payment types displayed in the CB?
The relevant Travel Manager is responsible for enabling payment methods. Please contact your Travel Manager and ask them to enable more payment methods.

Can I also use my beOne voucher for corporate bookings?
If the breakfast voucher was issued to the same email address, then yes.

Will my private reservations be displayed on my CB profile and vice versa?
Yes, all your reservations will be displayed on both profiles. But in the corporate section, you will only be able to view private trips, not edit them. In order to edit private trips, you need to switch to the private beOne section, and vice versa.

Can I connect my existing beOne profile to a corporate profile?
Yes, if you use the same email address for both profiles.

Do I have different passwords for my beOne profile and the CB?
No, if both profiles are registered under the same email address, there’s only one password.

I’ve made a corporate booking without logging in. What should I do?
You can only make a corporate booking when logged in.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
You can create a new password using the ‘Forgotten your password?’ function.

How do I become a corporate customer?
You need a corporate contract to become a corporate customer.

What is the CB?
The Corporate Booker is a special section of the Motel One website for customers with an existing corporate contract.

How do I get access to the CB?
In order to access the Corporate Booker, you’ll need a corporate contract. You will receive access details from your Sales Manager via email.
